i have no idea what's possible, but it would be nice to have a way to register unrecognized followers.

3DNPC's Zora isn't  recognized for me, but i have EFF and a Zora customizer going so i don't know if that's conflicting.

but where can i see the poses with the name ?

Well, @t.ara is the new expert at ZAP animations and I remember that a long while ago I asked for an animation list for ZAP 8 and I was told that there isn't one.

However, back in ZAP 6 times, I've got a link from @JinZen for an animation list.

http://www.raydesign.be/modSkyrim/

Failing all that you can still get your current ZAP animations from CK.

First go to here,

Animations1.jpg

Then scroll down to character animations,

Animations2.jpg

Then to LOOSE,

Animations3.jpg

Then you want to copy the 'Anim Event' not the ID. Most of the times they are the same, but not always.

Animations4.jpg

Then copy that to the SUM .json file for whatever list you want it in. 'sFloorPose' here are the poses the guard leaves your PC in, when leaving the cell.

Animations5.jpg

That's how I built the default animation lists in SUM. But, @t.ara, might know an easier way to get those animation events.

Also, you might want to make your own list and leave the 'sFloorPose' (for example) alone as changing that will affect all my mods.

The new list name will go in the POP's MCM here,

20200708200910_1.jpg

You can also make these lists in SUM but explaining that will take another wall of text. :classic_happy:

But I want the latest version so I am playing with this one. Yes, *sigh*, it DOES work on SE, people...I am not imagining it. There is no BSA to unpack and the form ID doesn't appear to be an issue. It's running in my game. The issues I noted above are not because of game versions but scripting on the part of the mod.  Such as when a punishment is triggered the mod should refrain from also triggering a 'daily' event such as Parade or Pillory until the punishment event has concluded.

Well, it obviously does not work on SE since that does not happen for LE.

if you offer that feature you should do it in a way that everybody can use it. i suggest you make a foto gallery like Apachiis Hair Styles for the poses and their number. Otherwise it is useless. And ithas a bad side, if you didnt noriced it. if you choose schainspose instead the sfloorpse, the one from whipping and the one instead of sfloorpose are different.  in earlier versions they were the same,

The follower selection is very stringent. The next POP will make all followers that fail this selection process wait at the arrest location.

Which follower were you using at the time?

I was using Aria Bal as the first issue, but when testing, I also tried using Lydia.

Thanks for the help. ?

Not a chance to ever give that Nomkaz person another chance? Or at least release his last SE conversion?

I'm not stopping anyone from posting a SE conversion here in this thread. Then, when I get a confirmation from SE players that it is good and working, I can put it in the download section an give credit on the main page.

If yoou are good,  you would make the gallery.

it means : if you have schainspose for end of cell fun pose, the guard entered the cell and the pc get in chains. then whipping startet  keeping the chain pose. Now, since 4.41, the guard enters the cell and the pc get in chains. then whipping starts, but in a different chains pose.  this is somewhat strange.

also, in earlier versions you could not chosse the pose, but you had different poses each time. now it will be always the same pose, the one you have written the number in, if you know any. i find it strange, that you make the feature to choose the pose, but dont give a clear picture to choose from. i mean, who from the thousands of your downloaders can use this feature `? i stay with 4.37, if i play with pop or even with 3.60 to avoid dde and sum,.

anybody can make a gallery. You could issue a request...

Its also more of a question for zaz topic.

I am planning on doing such a thing maybe in the future, but only after I set up my patreon. That kind of stuff is a lot of work and I did it for myself for some of the poses I need.
To do this for all poses and for all people, yeah its quite a job.

I also planned to release my own presets for POP combined with some minor tweaks like replaced animations and stuff, along with other tips. But this again, is quite some work.
Setting up POP to ur own liking is not THAT hard.
All POP Mods come with the necessary tools to play around urself.
The poses available can be found in the FNIS.txt file in ZAP Folder.

The chain poses always varied for as long as I can remember them beeing part of the mod.

Your log shows a lot of orphaned properties/scripts (removed mods), a lot of them from DCL. These could be the reason for your CTD.

Try cleaning your save.

I cleaned my save with ReSaver and it still crashed. Here's the log.

I also tried it on a new save and though it didn't crash, the guard just stands there after I'm tied up.

Well, I noticed my name here in the notifications section...

I don't think my version is on the latest there :)

I did upload that as a second mirror cause the pack couldn't be downloaded a while ago. SO I made sure everyone could :)

Huh, there's something wrong on how POP saves profiles.... I tried to load a custom one I made and it seems that it did not load (a popup saying it was a "bad filename or index" I don't remember right now). Huh, is someone else noticing this? I tried making a new save, reloading POP and even checking my scripts... But it did not help at all ;-;

Could you please check if it's something related on how the mod loads SKSE .json files?

Another thing I found out is that the same old ZAZ default animations play on punishments, not regarding to the SLAL ones I have... I dunno if it's a checkbox I have, but could you please help me out with these as well, if it's not such a bother?

Anyways, it's indeed a great mod that breathes a lot of life on the prison system and keep up with the wonderful mod!!! ?

Can't confirm that.

So far POP (at least the last few years) managed to create successfully json files.

Those where even useful for new versions if new additions settings got modified and a new json gets created on MCM save

How old was it, do you remember the right name, did you position the json in the right directory?

I could be that you type in the wrong file name all the time.

You can have multiple json files for MCM settings, but don't forget the names.

If you forgot the name you can find your MCM settings here: skyrim/data/skse/plugins/xazPrisonOverhaul - Patch

the skse/plugins/xazPrisonOverhaul - Patch folder has changed and includes more sub directories now:

skyrim/data/skse/plugins/xazPrisonOverhaul - Patch/stuff/MCM => place your old MCM json into this folder

set all common punishment animations to 0

set punishment via tags to >1

I forgot the MCM names ?

I don't know how I could confuse you even more, because now I'm confused too.

Yup, been there and tried that. Made a new, pristine profile with the newest POP and the same error appears when I try to load it on another newly made save ("bad command or file name!" error) thought it could be an all caps error but it did not seem so... Not even the NOVA profile that already come with the game :/

Is good to point out that I'm using MO2 but even moving the MCM settings from overwrite to a new folder did not help it. Tried with the UIE patch and without it and it's no use...

Last thing I'm trying is using the previous version and disable every mod but POP and its requirements... But MO2 outlines what's overwriting what and nothing it seems so.

POP doesn't need a UIE patch, means you try to load a SUM json into POP?

Be advised that SUM, DDe, POP all create their own json on MCM settings saving.

Means you have now multiple json files for:

SUM: MCM and actor lists and more

DDE: MCM and Custom outfits

POP: MCM

SUM, DDe, POP respectively have 3 subfolders now:

Global

Stuff => your MCM json here

System

Well, on the download tab of SUM you get to download an optional UIE patch (I use UI Extensions as well) but with or without it doesn't work.

Yup, my file structure where POP saves it's presets is fine, I've checked countless times...

I did not try to load a SUM json into POP.... I don't use SUM for nothing besides as a requirement for POP

OK... I installed a previous version of POP (it loads presets and write them like always before) and I'm 60% sure that is something related to the mod, not my installation, or my POP preset location...

The file location is the same as you said above... so I'm pretty sure that's not that.

Anyways, thanks

You still could create a new json with POP 450.

If POP 450 fails to load this file, then you know there is an issue with POP 450 creating MCM json files.

Last settings I loaded to POP 450 where from POP 446 after moving the 446 json into the new folder structure of POP 450.

UH! ?

I can only see on my Setup POP 450 loads the MCM setting.

Isn't there now a MCM option to load all available json in POP MCM and shows them in a list?

Okay, if it's not a MO problem hopefully Inte has an idea. ?

Yah... I'll keep trying, but I'm pretty sure that's something related on how SUM finds the json and loads it.... but it also could be something related to my setup... I will not remove that  option. One thing to keep in mind is that my POP 450 doesn't even load the NOVA file that comes preinstalled with the mod :/

I still think you confuse something here!

You keep talking about SUM, but you want to load a POP MCM json.

SUM has it's own MCM json unrelated to POP's MCM json.

Loading and saving the MCM settings from POP and SUM are unrelated to each other.

Both mods come with a nova.json that are different to each other (and now that I write it... naming all json "nova" seems not like a great idea)

Nova.json that comes with SUM:

Just go here, and click the 'Refresh MCM Files List',

20200712120326_1.jpg

that will show all the MCM .json files that POP can use. Just select one in that list to load/save your MCM configuration settings.

There is no need to remember MCM .json files names or locations.

and now that I write it... naming all json "nova" seems not like a great idea)

Why not? They're completely independent of one another.
