The maid outfit used in CD came from a mod on nexus called Tes4Mod for Skyrim which has been on there since 2014. I remember it being in Oblivion

many years ago before that. What I'm saying is I doubt you would need permission to use it as no-one remembers who the original creator was. Most likely

it came from a long defunct japanese mp game.

Halleljujah, thanks for this. I too, I'm sorry to say Kimy, feel you should move away from Mega. I dloaded Integration with no problem because it its only 37mb. Expansion however, as you know, is way over 1gb and I was unable to download it, that damn site just froze my computer and prevented me doing anything else during the dload, as with last update I had to force restart my pc.  If you don't want to cut down the mod to under 1gb, then there is no other option.

I guess you would be also save just to update them all on a running game by removing all old files and adding the new ones.

I can't think about a mod right now that overwrites DDaix physically.

 

At least that's what I'm doing right now and have in the past.

There are many other maid outfits with well established permissions.

I'd be happy enough with the "maid outfit" already in DCL though.

It's the dialogs that matter... plus the menial tasks and oppressive rules.

A bit like Dragonar, but with far fewer rapes and more fetching, carrying, arriving on time and not forgetting to do things at the exact time and in the exact order you are told.

OK. I just opened it and looked... It only contains scripts; doesn't fix the misplaced animations.

I guess that doesn't matter for a patch, as they work where they are, just shouldn't be distributed like that, in theory.

Some praising is deserved. I must say I loved the new rope restraints, a big thanks to all involved.

 

Also, I don't know if this was intentional, I couldn't help but notice how the new karada rope fits perfectly with the armbinder and harness collar;

Somehow I broke the mouth animations for ringags/ponygags with the 4.3a update.

Investigation is running, maybe other mods need an update now too?

With all those DDi/DDx patches I get confused, will try to install DDix 4.3a patch over it ?

Same here, but i don't actually know what's going on as i'm using just updated Devious Lore too. And i don't have restraits/chastity keys but some simple skeleton keys etc...

The Lore was installed with "Lore Patch 1.0", then "Devious Lore 1.13" as dev suggested.

nooo, that's not good, I hoped it was just me and everything will be alright again with next LO.

 

So far ring gags not having mouth animation:

Pony gags don't have mouth animation:

Also during installation DDi 4.3a will overwrite DDx 4.3a files.

Install DDI before DDX. Then you can install DDX and overwrite everything if it asks.

 

Actually what happens to me is mouth starts open with even pony gags. But then 3 seconds later mouth closes. What mod does that i still don't know as i play with different mod setup from my normal.

Well it has something to do with DDix, because I use the same LO, just the DD update is new.

Maybe need to start a new game >.<

 

And if you say DDi before DDx, that's news for me too, because DDi is the brain (animations, scripts) while DDx provides more devices.

That was the rule so far.

Just had a DFWS gag scene and DFWS wasn't able to equip one anymore after update.

NMM didn't want to overwrite anything but that doesn't mean that it happens in LO?

Just tried to manually overwrite the DDi and DDx Core files and nothing get overwritten ?‍♂️

Reinstall for a closer look!

Devious Devices - Assets.esm
Devious Devices - Integration.esm
Devious Devices - Expansion.esm

In that sequence. Since the first day, that I installed DD. I read it somewhere and stuck to it. ... back in ...201.....4? 2015? ?

 

Edit: In MO it's just a single shift in the left pane to fix that. No "reinstalling" needed

I'm also getting some oddness with gags on the latest updates. (It's presumably more a DDi issue, rather than a DDx one.)

 

So far, while wearing a ring gag, the mouth doesn't remain open during sexlab animations and will be left closed as if not wearing a gag after the animation ends. The mouth also remains closed after using showracemenu to edit appearance while gagged - which perhaps isn't a common thing to do, but it's never happened before when I've done it. (In the race menu, the mouth will always shut, but previously the mouth opened again once the menu was closed.) The mouth seems to open correctly again after going through a load screen, or after a devious poll event happens, such as struggles, plug moans or vibrations.

 

For the record, I don't use "DFWS" - which I assume is devious framework?

 

My DDx doesn't overwrite anything from DDi. The previous version did, but the patch notes from the latest DDx show that the shared file was included by accident and has now been removed. That's one reason I chose to download the entire mod again, rather than just the update patch. The patch doesn't remove the file, only adds/edits others.

Technically: no, that's part of the fun of it

+ I stick to the habit of installing any patch in it's seperate "mod" on the left pane.

 

To keep DDx's thread clean of non-DDx stuff => let's shift more MO questions to PM or even better into MO's thread

Well I downloaded DDx and DDi 4.3a again.

Deinstalled all old DDxi stuff and checked for leftovers.

Installed in good NMM manner DDe than DDi (ITS THE BRAIN!)

And it didn't matter because nothing got overwritten this time.

Seems something during download was borked, or user error while installing files by messing up version numbers while grabbing them from a gigantic single folder full of mods.

Or NMM messed up, but we all know that's IMPOSSIBLE ?

Hi after updating from version 4.2 to 4.3 the petsuit animation don't work anymore. I installed it after assets and integration. i used fnis but it still won't work. in version 4.2 it worked fine. i also tested other devices like the prisoner chains and other and all work fine. only the pet suit animation and the pony play boots didn't run. could anyone help me here?

(the ornate and skeleton keys are from Devious Lore patch and replace all restrain and chastity keys)

 

I think your up to something there.

After redownloading/reinstalling DDxi 4.3a on my early LAL save:

First gag mouth animation testing (ring/pony) after loading:

> DDe pony/ring gag works

> DDx 4.3a pony/ring gag not working

 

Than DDi started a random gag struggle idle event:

> PC DDi random device struggle

> PC gets stuck after gag struggle (controls blocked)

 

To get out of that I pressed DL struggle key

> DL gag struggle animation starts (guess triggering any other animation would have helped too)

 

After that all gag mouth animations stop to work (ring/pony):

> SLUTS pony gag not working anymore (mouth closes after 1sec again)

> DDe pony/ring gag not working anymore (mouth closes after 1sec again)

> DDx 4.3a pony/ring gag not working

> even after starting a struggle animations via DL -or waiting for a random struggle event from DDi- the "PC stuck, controls blocked" event never reappeared

(guess, because at that moment something broke and it was no issue anymore ^^)

 

My uneducated guess:

=> DDi 4.3a pony/ring gag mouth animations are bugged or modified to an extend that it now conflicts with all other mods

=> would make sense, because the DDx gags are broken on gameload, and the DDi idle broke all other modded gags too

 

=> DL patch needs update to 4.3a (unless someone that has DL NOT installed has the same issues)

=> might conflict with DDi 4.3 from the start and it only looks like DDx is the culprit

( @donttouchmethere , @merManc , @Zaflis ) Guys - one second please. I have tested gags.

I dont know if you already know that: but best way to bypass PC animation of removing a gag is to find a chair, sit in the chair, than go to your inventory and unlock it by a key (that way is faster).

So i went to Laura Bondage Shop to buy some gags and sit in the chair for testing... ?

Testing: i have sat in the chair and equipped gag, waited couple in-game minutes, than unequipped gag - to see if animation of open jaw will break (if jaw will close while being in the gag). Than unlock the gag, waited to jaw close and equipped next gag on my PC. In the case of pony gag - i have also waited more time than couple of minutes - to test this out.

I have also updated DDi 4.3 to 4.3a, DDx 4.3 to 4.3a . And after update i didn't do BodySlide or FNIS (i was to lazy to do that)...

 

Only problems i remember i have had, were:

a) using Beast Race Refits - which gave me problems like closing mouths while gagged (and my character was Nord),

b) using "showracemenu" after being gagged - makes mouth to close up every single time when i get out of race menu,

c) using different jaw/mouth settings in race menu also gave me problems when jaw was too small (idk: longer distance to ball or ring?)
