I had to doublecheck after reading this, but you are half correct. Order of DDI and DDX does not seem to matter because they have only assets unique to each, but DDA must be loaded before both. Otherwise you'll get some old records in your game.

 

Either way, you can consider DDX as DDI+... It's like bonus content that is added afterwards.

Ok. I can see the point of that comment. ? I have tested it while standing. Put the gag on and have done two tests.

First test - Unlocking by Key:

So any chance for explanation what should happen here wrong for me? I'm curious becouse if it happens for me at any point - it could mean some bug in scripts or my mod setup is messed up... But until that - animation plays nicely.

Update:

I think I'm getting closer to the issue ?

DDix 4.3a:

To break the DDi gag expression reliable:

> drain stamina to zero

> SLanimation with face and mouth expression activated

> trigger any mod that lets the player make any sound/expression other than the once that are covered by muffled DD expressions

 

Removing and reequipping the gag resets the expression to gagged, until PC makes an alternative expression and ergo breaks the gag expression again

Looks to me like the DDi 4.3a mouth expression maintaining is broken for ring gags and pony gags (that's the two I tested, ball gags didn't get effected by this on my setup)

if it all works for you, then I might just have an unknown conflict and could solve that by falling back to DD4.3 or lower

@donttouchmethere  So at any chance can you test it somehow with two mods like ZaZ and BWitch? I know that they have got settings for invoking sounds or disabling them while gagged. I use those mods in my setup - maybe thats why i was not affected by it. In a spoiler.

ZAZ settings will only effect zaz gags

bwitch only causes aroused moans without the expression change from gagged to ungagged

 

my issue is this:

DDi expression for ring/pony gag => alternative sound effect plays with own expression => DDi doesn't rebuild the gag face expression

same LO just updated to DD4.3a (means I had no issues like that before)

alternative test would be to start a new game, urghs, well should go relatively quick

is it possible that the pet suit and the pony play boots animations affected as well as the gag animations you all mentioned? I reinstalled all three mods but that didn't work, some bound animations work and some not since version 4.3

Made a new game - my character is ugly as hell - and lame... (and 1'st lvl...)

Ok - i did that. Also don't have Devious Lore installed. I have drained my stamina by sprinting against the corner/wall - than Try to escape by Struggle. But i didnt't succesed. I mean animation of struggle played but device was not removed. And i did that with pony gag equipped.

 

Also i use DDi 4.3a and DDx 4.3a

 

Edit: I don't know how to drain stamina while being already in an animation of struggling - if that what you mean. ?

DDix 4.3a:

The DD escape mechanics work.

But to my horror it tested all gags that till show parts of the mouth and all related DD expressions break after any kind of alternative mouth expression.

I can now repeat it reliable via Sexlab Solo animation with all SLF facial animations activated (triggerd via SLAR and "N" key)

So I'm now convinced that it's an DD 4.3a issue.

 

Thanks to your pics piotsze, I got reminded that DD has a much greater variety of gags to offer now.

I had tunnel vision already, because all mods equip always the same gag types.

Don't worry anymore about struggle animation, I was on the wrong path to find the cause of the issue.

 

I perfected the way to test gag expression reliability:

> grab any gag with mouth expression

> Switch all facial expressions in SLF on

> keep pressing N till SL solo animation starts (via SLAR)

> See how the gag expression fails (or hopefully not) and not recovers after SLanimation

Load order : yes ! Of course, you are right.

But @donttouchmethere 's original question was about "installation" in an MO environment.

So, to express my post a bit clearer (and less ironic ):

Priority order in MO (left pane):  DDA before (above) DDI before (above) DDX

Load order in MO (right pane) :  ^ same

 

Sequence while installing the whole bunch in MO: do as you please

I got annoyed by all those notes I never could read because of my secret handwriting and laziness.

Also save game names are somewhat limited xD

 

Theoretically it's possible to export those notes too, not tried yet, but pics of it look cooler anyways ?

Becouse i already made a new game character - i have tested that. (using: DDi 4.3a and DDx 4.3a)

Pony Boots have got standing Struggle animation which plays alright - no problem here. Pet Suit (omg! really?!) has got no animation. But how to Struggle when kneeling on the damn ground... Due to the repect to woman - i'm not gonna post any screenshots of that, sorry! You just have to believe me on that. ?

The pony play boots have a unique animation and the pony boots not. if equiped the pc should run like a pony and the pet suit has a unique crawling animation. back when i updated expansion to version 4.2 i also had that issue that the animations of the pet suit didn't work. i had to many animations installed. after reducing them it worked but this time this didn't work. when i equip that suit my character is still standing. the reason why i wan't this to work is because i use the devious followers mod and the pet suit is a part of the deals you could make there.

I see. Well, stranger things happens when updating mods... Also i have discovered that HDT Physics likes to give up on me when quicksaving (F5) and quickloading (F9) game saves fastly... And i don't like to set "speedmult" to 200 by console, and try to sprint while having chains on. Or jump from cliff! They are lost behind me in an air... Any solution to that maybe (other than not using HDT at all ?)?

I see, i have tested it out with Pony Play Boots (and not just Pony Boots). Firstly i will say that after equipping Pony Play Boots - animation had lag - some followers break from animation. But that was Misty and Summer - which begin to dance. Thats because they have their own dance animation system. I have equipped Pony Play Boots on all of my followers and my character. Saved game. Than after loading (i didn't go to Skyrim menu but choose to load a game) - was an instant CTD. Misty and Summer after running Skyrim again and loading game - have resetted their inventory. They had their own boots on them - so this followers have got own item management system. So i reequipped Pony Play Boots on all of them and made a new savegame. Reloaded savegame. It worked fine. But i think that it wouldn't be a good idea to make a savegame if you use a follower that resets their inventory.

EDIT: If you are curious why i have those followers: Misty & Summer - has got separate animation system for dance - that gives possibilities to track some "bugs" and they also have catch-up behaviour - they will teleport to me if i am too fast or too long distanced from them . Sofia - just becouse i like her, and also have catch-up. ZirraLia is only one follower that doesn't use catch-up and can be lost - like blocked between rocks when wandering in wilderness, also ZirraLia is the only one follower that actually uses Skyrim follower slot. All others - don't. So i have many opportunities to test things out...
