Holy jesus crap... is there any way you could make the flash-bang just unequip your stuff, rather than very impressively flinging your armour all over the place...? I have no clue at all where my Daedric boots flew off to when I looted that barrel in the College grounds, but I can tell you they didn't land anywhere close by.

 

I'm guessing some Horker somewhere is feeling a bit richer now... :s

Tried the new version out, and got the Estrus sex machine event... which then impregnated my character.  Given that the machine doesn't seem to employ anything but magical restraints and a vibrator, it doesn't really fit.

 

If you don't like the impregnation feature, you can safely uninstall Estrus Chaurus+ and Actor Events and just keep Estrus for Skyrim around for the animations.

 

 

What I was suggesting was that the machine should probably inflict a different effect than the tentacles.  Deviously Enchanted Chests has them inflict the Exhausted effect, so it should be possible to arrange different effects for different types of Estrus attacks.

With this new version.

The following error is appearing:

"An error has ocurred with your installation of Devious Device Please check the log for more information Error Text: IsWearingDevice received none argument"

I reinstalled the DD and continues aparencendo the error.

 

Any idea?

 

EDIT: 1.4 its OK. The message only appears in the update.

 

I just installed 2.2 and I'm seeing this error. When I disabled finding keys, it seemed to stop happening.

Given that I am calling that function only two times in the mod, it's not too hard to guess what's causing it. :)

Is there a regular version of the black metallic secured gear?

 

I love the look of it, but damn, having to pay 45k gold to get rid of it is abit much :o

Hi Kimy, the 2.2 version fixed the problem of no cursed events triggering for me. From the optional mods I only run Captured Dreams. I have not yet checked if the new special events work.

Any of the people having this issue have me a Papyrus log, please? I know -where- the bug happens and probably could write a blind workaround for it, but I want to understand what's happening there. Also, please state which (if any) of the optional mods you have installed.

I'm using Estrus Chaurus and Captured Dreams too. 

 

Just out of curiosity - are you getting this issue with a brand new game, too?

I have a small issue: I have installed Cursed Loot and Estrus for Skyrim 1.2. But the marker doesn't show up in the MCM menu. It found Aradia, it found DDx but Estrus it doesn't find :(

Maybe the problem is, that I did install Cursed Loot and added Estrus later because I didn't recgnize the new feature first.

EDIT: GAH.... never mind, solved this part myself. I had Aradia's Living Harness set at a percentage chance while Aradia was toggled off in the MCM, either enabling Aradia items, or turning off the harness chance fixed this.... My bad >.>

Is Estrus For Skyrim -activated- in your load order? That's the most common cause for this.

Papyrus says missing CDx-files (Cd-Shop was not installed)

 

Than i installed the CD-Shop and Cursed Loot works.

The issue should be fixed in that version, but it -can- be that it's related to some deprecated code I just removed from one of the scripts (there was one direct call to Captured Dreams still in there).

Glad i could help. Really its my own silly fault for making a random chance for the aradia harness without actually toggling them on in the later options.

 

Great work on the mod so far though, Can't wait to run into the collar quest... or, then again, maaaybe I can wait.

 

I look forward to seeing what you end up doing with the Estrus integration. I personally loved the ideas of Estrus Chaurus, however the requirement of Actor Events on top of every other script heavy mod i use, on as limited a machine as I am using, just wasnt do-able at that point.

I have yet to actually test that, but I -think- you can disable AE (as in disable, not uninstall!) in MCM and the trigger from Cursed Loot should still work.

 

And yes, as soon as I am done releasing one bugfix patch per day I will go back to actually add new fun things! :)

Hehe, not just you, Captured Dreams is currently doing a bug fix a day almost. So dont let it get on top of you.
