Is it posible change blackmith so he can remove all device in next version? But for reduced price. For example HSR=500gold(default) and normal device only half?

I think its logic blacksmith should get you from all and its add nice money sink in game.

 

I sure could add that, but I don't really want different types of items to use the same mechanics. Regular gear still makes you look for keys etc., the high security stuff is meant to be a money sink.

 

Just a suggestion:

about previous issue.

When ending up in cursed loots, most rings and earrings and stuff is not unequipped.

 

Ending up in an armbinder after the slave collar remove the chances to remove the item triggering the punishment.

 

There is no way to end up in the slave collar AND an armbinder simultaneously. If a containers drops the slave collar on you, the collar will be the only item you're getting. You should have ample time to unequip all your gear before you could possibly get locked into any other DD gear. But I will add this to my list anyway. :)

@Kimy: I think some tags are missing in the high security devices, like the no-jumping in the armbinder and no-sprinting in the slave boots.

 

May I tell a suggestion? About the blacksmithing removing the high security devices, I think it's kind too easy, I know there is a cost slider but this is not my point. I believe the "charm" is the frustation of not know exactly when you will be set free, so things like have to find the right blacksmith or have a random chance of success is better than have to farm gold.

 

I will attach a small patch as proof of concept, just load it after Cursed Loot mod and give it a try. :)

 

I will have a look at your patch.

 

About the missing keywords...that's odd, because I used the standard DD armbinder and boots as template for the high security ones. I guess I can add them manually, if they are not present.

Sorry for being a bother again, but I am stuck another time:

 

 

It´s the first chest, where you need to equip the plugs and the piercings as well as the chastity belt. Everytime I try to put the belt on, I get a message saying: "You need to be plugged and pierced before you can put the belt on". I think some mod is causing this, but I don´t know which.

I already tried working my way around this using console commands, but they didn´t seem to work.

 

 

Again sorry, but any help would be appreciated.

Hey, nice mod. I've tried to use it, but always when I encounter a cursed loot, exactly one of the equipped items cannot be removed in any way (rest of them are ok). It seems to be a bug. When I click on it in the inventory, DD message box is not popping up, just the equip marker is being toggled on/off. I can even drop such item to the ground and it will permanently disappear from the inventory, but still will be visually equipped on my character.

 

It has never happened to me with DD equipped by other mods except the Deviously Enchanted Chests, which has the same issue.

I don't know exactly what each keyword does, but from what I could see are missing:

 

Boots - zbfEffectNoSprint, zbfEffectRefreshAnim

Armbinder - zbfAnimHandsArmbinder, zbfEffectKeepOffsetAnim, zbfWornWrist

 

About the patch, you just need to wear a high security device and talk to a blacksmith to see what I meant. Obviously the difficulty is too high (just for test it), but please tell me what you think even if you are totally against the it (the frustration idea, not specifically this implementation).

This does happen from time to time, here's the fix which I've copied from Captured Dreams mod description:

3- in the console type: showinventory

Thanks. This however happens with one DD each time I find a cursed loot and I would prefer to remove this stuff by the gameplay means. I will keep this mod disabled until I will figure it out. My guess is that it may be some mod conflict (Dynamic Things, Frostfall)

Some ideas/suggestions:

 

-Could you maybe add an extra slider for those bossboxes?

I always think those would deserve a very high chance in my playthroughs, something like 25 oder 33%, while otherwise the chances are rather small in the 1-5% range.

 

-What about "deviousifying" the yokes from XAZ? I think those would look good too, so there would be more diversification for the armbinder. I love the armbinders, but also the yokes. Since there are a couple of different yokes one could also be used for one of the special events.

 

-I also liked Krazyones slut collar idea and the idea in general that there are special cursed devices which force you to perform a special activity.

An interesting way to put pressure on the player gradually would be a built in choking mechanism in the collar. It would start slowly, but the collar would tighten more and more, so that every day you refuse to do what the collars wants you to do the penalties would increase.

First there would just be some stamina/-regen penalties, later the collar would choke you every now and then so severe that you black out (npcs might use this opportunity to rob or rape you), and eventually it would choke you to death.

 

-Special trapped souls cursed devices. They can be only found in ancient dungeons. In ages long past some death sentenced prisoners souls were captured in soulgems used in devices to torture other prisoners. These poor prisoners could though never find rest and their bodies still haunt dungeons as shadows. When you get a soulgem piercing/plug with such a cursed soul the only way to unlock it is then to defeat the haunting shade of the trapped soul before. Then you can destroy the soulgem and the poor soul rests in peace.

So you would start a radiant quest then asking you to defeat one of those powerful shadows randomly in a random nordic ruin, Yngols shade in yngol barrow for example would be a good idea.

To put some pressure on you the trapped soul in the device would not only be unlockable but also annoy you seriously after a while (for example like the tormentor plugs from CD).

Copied these ideas to my "Devious Book of Ideas". I am sure they will show up in the game sooner or later. My focus for developing Cursed Loot now indeed is adding more interesting custom items with interesting mechanics that will spice up people's Skyrim experience. Or...well...restrict it a little. You get the idea. ;)

 

About the yoke - I am pretty sure it will show up in Cursed Loot one day. One way or the other. :)

Great work Here Kimy and ty been having some fun with your mod. I do have a request for your consideration, to allow jewelry to be worn with the cursed and or slave collars . IMO you are still naked of you have a ring ,necklace and some bling hanging from your nipples and labia. maybe a simple optional patch or mcm option. Thanks again for your hard work though I have a few girls running around Winterhold who might want some words with you :)

The option to allow jewelry while wearing these collars is in since version 2.3. Just activate it in MCM. :)

I am having a problem with getting the Estrus traps to trigger. I think they are triggering but it wont play the animations. It just shows a dust cloud under my feet. Any ideas on what to do?

I got trapped literally in the first mission of the game by a chastity Bra and Cuffs and I don;t know how to fucking get out of them. No one has a Dialogue option of Can you help me Please, and this is pissing me off. Can someone help?

If you didn't you can pay at the Captured Dreams shop (you'll need to increase you submissive levels to get the cheaper deal). You can also run the Forbidden Tome quest so you can make your own though it will depend on how you set up DDi if you can do it early in the game.

 

DDftM won't help as you can't set the key drop rate while you're wearing devices.

I'll be surprised if this hasn't been mentioned yet, but would it be possible to have the number of restraints (max and min) multiplied by your arousal as well (using arousal as a percentile instead of a normal number would suit this best)? Perhaps using a similar weighting slider as the loot chance option.

While this sounds like a fun idea, I have been accused of over complicating my mechanics already. *giggles* I will take a note of this and think about whether I can make use of the idea without adding any more toggles and sliders to that MCM page. ;)
