Yes, it's prensent and activated (I use Nexus Mod Manager for it)

 

I have no idea why it's not working then. :s

 

With the merged ESP present and the correct content packs installed, it really should. I just tested it again on my installation just to make sure, and it's working fine.

Kimy, what exactly is considered a Safe Place if I set the mod to only punish me in cities?

 

I don't like to use Fast Travel, so while running on the roads I find myself being punished for not being nude in places which I wouldn't call safe at all...  :lol:

When the "Enforce nudity in cities only" option is active, it should punish you only in cities, towns and farms. Let me guess, it zaps you in the open wild, too?

HI Kimy, thx for this lovely update. I have to say lotting getting more and more dangerous and existing at the same time now.

 

Like some other I encounter the bug with the belt on 2 existing  PC (I saw that the piercing is buggy on this save) Is there a way to go around (like with console)? I really love playing with these character and it's a shame to have to disable one of the risk of looting :P

 

On a new game it work like a charm.

Hi,

 I was running "estrus mimic" mod so I see in the MCM for DD-Cursed Loot that there is integration with estrus mod which I have installed also. So can I remove "estrus mimic" mod now that Cursed Loot has it?  How long ago was estrus integration added to Cursed Loot?

Of the times cursed loot is triggered what percentage of that uses estrus instead of devious devices bondage gear? I also can't find the place in Cursed Loot's MCM that adjusts the chance, or "threshold", for unpicking the locks on cursed loot. Is it still in there? It used to be.

Yes, it zapped me in a place near Falkreath, where the chest was with some note. A building with a circular shape, there was a Spriggan also lol... :P

And then when I went to the second location, I was in the middle of nowhere, maybe with some dungeon entrance around at best, and it was zapping me.

 

Besides that, everything seems to be working well. Thank you for the Mod!

I can not find anything... i test this mod with 5,15,20,25 and 50%  (version 2.0 and 2.1 and a new game)

 

edit: i dont use optional mods

cheat item (cursed collar)... no effect

i play with SD+3.0 test

The chance to pick locked DD devices has to be set in the Devious Devices Integration MCM. Cursed Loot never had such a setting. Cursed Loot can drop keys, though  "Escape Options" MCM tab)

 

The Estrus Integration is in for a couple days. It's a new feature. :)

 

The chance for Estrus to be triggered can be set on the "Special Events" tab in the Cursed Loot MCM. Mind you that you need to set both the Special Events chance and the Estrus attacks weight to a reasonalby high number if you want to see it regularly.

I doubt you will be able to circumvent the check via the console in a way that works. :(

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to have the chest effects (flashbang and estrus) on their own percentage base so they could be a more common occurrence and separate from the collars.

You can adjust the weight sliders to get exactly such an effect. In that case you'd trigger a special even fairly regularly and set Estrus and Flashbang to e.g. weight 100 while the other events would get a rather low chance (e.g. 5).

Version 2.2
- Added: Cursed containers can now optionally use the flash bang animation instead of the "Player is getting dizzy" dialogue. If you don't like to see text message boxes or just prefer seeing big explosions, this setting is for you!
- Fixed: Optional mods are once again optional. \o/
- Fixed: Dark head bug on several actors.
- Fixed: The cursed and slave collars no longer zap you outsides of a city when nudity is supposed to be enforced in cities only.
- Fixed: The slave collar now unequips properly.
- Fixed: Some deprecated records in the ESP that were causing scary Papyrus log warnings have departed for Sovngarde.
- Fixed: MCM options for optional mods now get properly disabled when the mod is not present.
- Fixed: Theme sets can no longer be selected in MCM if their corresponding optional mod is not installed.

 

This patch should fix the issue some people have with the mod not working at all when some optional mods aren't present. Since this issue seems to be a rather local problem (it happens for some, but not others), can some of the people affected by it please let me know if it fixed it for them?

Hi Kimy, I tried out the 2.0 version earlier and I didn't get any cursed loot events anymore. Running only captured dreams here from all the optional stuff. Just downloaded the 2.2 version and I'll let you know how it works out.

 

Great work! I loved the cursed loot mod before and I'm really looking forward to trying out your new shenanigans!

I try doing a clean save for cursed loot only but no effect (I have "phantom" equipment appearing in console), I will try to do it with all DD mod (at least I will be able to redo some other amazing quest along the way :P)..

Firstly, thanks for the update Kimy, a great mod just got ten times better!

 

Second, has anyone had an issue with the cursed collar not appearing on their character? It all works in terms of the no-clothes effect, I played through the quest, and in the inventory I can see a groundmodel mesh of a posture collar, but nothing appears on my character and I haven't been able to work out why. Did I bork my installation, is there a folder I can check to see if I'm missing the appropriate mesh?

Great update!

 

Couple of small bugs I've noticed:

1. Slave collar punishes for wearing strap-on, maybe they should be added to allowed list.

2. When Captured Dreams custom chastity bra was worn, triggering event caused PC to wear high security leg cuffs and then to remain stuck indefinitely, I suspect it was due to high security chastity bra trying to be equipped over CD one.

 

I look forward to development of this awesome mod, thank you for all your hard work!

With the new estrus integration into dd-cursed loot, will followers (if enabled in cursed loot's mcm) have estrus applied to them or just bondage gear? I'm wondering because I read that having estrus applied to a follower (through estrus mimics in that case) would cause followers to leave your service and refuse to follow you despite what the follower might agree to in dialogue.

I'm fairly sure this is a standard estrus effect. I'm also not sure it can be disabled. Try casting one the estrus spells (or use the targeted shout) on your follow and see if they still run away."

Estrus attacks do not target followers. I actually wanted to add that, but I had no idea that there were issues with that. Thanks for the heads-up! :)

Hm, I have never looked at any strap-on mods. The collar would trigger on them only if their creator marked them as clothing or armour. Which would be an odd thing to do, since they are neither. Is that one from SOS or the Calyps one?

You're the first to report an issue with the cursed collar. Do the other cursed items show on your character when you play the quest?

All the other items in that quest appear fine, as does the regular slave collar etc. it was just the cursed collar that seems to be invisible.

 

Edit - Sorry, ignore me, I've just checked and all the other posture-type collars from Devious Devices are invisible too, so clearly I've deleted or messed with something too much, it's not an issue with Cursed Loot.
