It may not help since you seem to be in the middle of it already, but you can make the gag a panel gag in the mcm menu which even says "for those of you using need mods" in its description. Theres also an option for not disabling fast travel in case you cant right now. The deep dark dungeon is west of whiterun though, follow the road west and then take a right, its somewhere around the burnt out tower you fight your first dragon. The dungeon entrance is really close to the bridge, if I remember its west of the bridge. Hope that helps.

That HUD pointer is useful in most situations, but if you're unlucky enough to have a blindfold on as well, then you're just s.o.l. since the blindfold disables the compass, and I think quest markers too. Now, I'm not sure if that's relevant to the Cursed Collar quest, as I have yet to have the pleasure of triggering it.

 

On a different note, Kimy this is an awesome mod, I love it!

I managed to find the dungeon and go through it, but the cursed slave harness was not removed and was neither removable by MCM safeword nor by console command. Well, the console command claimed it removed it, but it was still there and still locked.

Attempted Damsel In Distress today, seems inexplicably buggy. Tried doing it 100% legit, 'disabled' all other mods (made it impossible for them to interfere with the devices), found all key's simple enough, but once it came to the boots it kept saying "You cannot remove the rubber boots while the leg irons are still locked on you"; refering to leg irons that are not visible in my inventory. Attempts to view leg irons via console returned nothing. Attempted to craft leg irons and place manually but it said I couldnt equip as I already had some on. Finally realised the quest was broken, so used the Safeword to escape via MCM. Removed all items but did not remove the quest.

 

Going to go back a few saves and try again.

 

Love the mod. I rarely report bugs on mods and am only doing so because this is exceptional otherwise.

Went back to before I found the release for the cursed collar items, cleaned the savegame, tried again - no luck, the cursed harness won't go. Also, it seems to be invisible on the character.

Love this mod, Kimy!  I just completed the cursed collar quest, and it was great.  Bugged out a little at the end, but I have a Frankenstein save that's no doubt to blame, and I found a script fix several pages back. 

 

 

Anyway, I've had your mod installed for a long while now, but I've never encountered any of the quest elements.  Just the random common loot risks.  I messed with the sliders for event probabilities, and then discovered your quests.  They're great!  I loved the depth, extra challenge, and the progressive worsening of the predicament in the cursed collar, especially.  Haven't made it through DiD yet.

 

 

I'm a huge sucker for story-like quests and events.

Just wanted to let you know I've been enjoying your mod immensely; its an absolute must-have that happens to cover a whole bunch of aspects (from bondage to night attacks to solicitation), all toggleable and controllable from the mcm. Awesome!

 

I'm not sure if I'm encountering a bug with solicitation though. I can't really get successful solicitations to happen much, no matter how I play with the base percentages for successful solicitations. Most of the time, people tell me they're not in the mood, even if I set the base chance to 100% AND try in the inn. Even been saving and reloading everytime I mess with the base percentages to ensure they're loading right. I have occasionally gotten successful solicitations, but they've been very rare for me. Do you have any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Just wanted to ask about the Slave Chastity Belt. I know it's meant to be hard to remove, but it's getting a little ridiculous here...

 

I've had 5 of the Primary Shield, Secondary Shield, Secondary Belt and Tertiary Belt keys yet not a single Primary Belt key. And then to top that off I lost all my keys!

 

So I was wondering, is there a chance to implement a slider that will make keys you already have found less likely to show up again (i.e. if it's in your inventory decrease the odds of finding one?) Not making it as easy as the restrained gloves (just a bunch of the same key) but making it better than hoping for a specfic random key drop.

 

Sure if you're lucky then you wouldn't have this problem, but I think the "worst case" here is a little too harsh.

 

But maybe you don't think that, but I've been trying to do this legit and I've been at it for hours and hours and hours.

maby once devious keyholders has worked out some of the bugs that can be a nice alternative?  

 

also it would be awesome if the time lock belt once its had more testing and tweaks could be used in the same way that the captured dreams items are?

I will check into the harness issue. I will rework this and the other harnesses in Cursed Loot anyway. That it doesn't show up is a DDI feature-bug, because the device hider is hiding the armor blocking harnesses by default.

This should be fixed in the next patch.

There is an arousal threshold that will make any NPC deny your request if s/he isn't aroused enough. And I think that's the only thing you cannot configure in MCM. Yet. :)

The Slave Chastity belt will be reworked to use the same unlocking mechanism as the multi-key items in the DiD quest, so this problem will go away. :)

i just got the slave collar and it seems to count my backpack as clothing, is there a way to edit the list of things it counts as not cloths? i also got it while cursed loot chance was set to 0%

Chipstick, a thing to watch for if your using aroused redux, part of how they lowered the script load is reducing the frequency of updates, You may find you need to wait a min or two between arousal increasing actions (walking in naked) and the effect to kick in on the NPCs.

Another mod that works well with DCL and SLA is the recently released (and so far as advertised) 'Blush When Aroused'  as it contains the functionality to have a key to "start daydreaming about sex"; i.e. manual and near immediate elevation of arousal.

Hi Kimy,

 

Just as a point of consideration... as I understand it, the slut collar would more or less make solicitation impossible. The slave collar might also make things tricky depending on the event parameters. Perhaps this is what you fully intended, as people wouldnt pay if they could get you for free! On the other hand, some players  might prefer to still have solicitations available to some extent when wearing a slut collar - I've since changed to a slave collar because of this consideration.

 

Don't know what your thoughts are on this, whichever way, I'm really enjoying your work. Thanks again.

Idea, low priority request: Please link the solicitation money to the character's sex skill in SL. For examle while the character is n00b at sex, she can't set the Max money over 20g/level. I would use the average of the sex skills to determine the possible maximum money.

 

Also, maybe you could give a few percent bonuses for successful solicitation based on the skill. I'd say like a -10% to +20% range.

cool idea though one problem is that i think there's not many levels for that and no indication of how close you are to leveling up. maybe an addon mod as a soft link if that's ticked as being used if not then use the default macanics? the addon would go's into more detail with the sexlab skill level (more levels, exp needed indicator) this could also be used for the chance that they dont pay by checking

  1. did they accept or did they rape you,
  2. if they accepted which stat did you use,
  3. how good are you with that stat
  4. then it would run a random chance that ever you messed up or just didn't satisfy them (higher skill level reduces this chance (mcm config?) also maybe at this point they bind you)

this would atualy end up being having to be a feature/ addon for sexlab that this ties into but fits well with this mod.

 Damsel in Distress is genius and so evil, thank you and shame on you. :P

 

 I can not get out of the slave rubber gloves, no matter what keys I have or how long I try to get out of them. Help. :(

 

 Thanks for the key for that yoke you put on me but I asked a friend to take it off and they must have your mod, they decided to add to my little adventure. Thanks a lot :P

 

 I love the Device Comments, I have fun setting the slider high and my spouse just loves adding items, such a sweetheart. :D

IMO you don't need to know your exact xp, SL doesn't show it to you either, the level just goes up after a while. As for the other things, I think you are overcomplicating this.

 

Your method might be useful in a standalone whoring mod where it is important how good the PC is in each of those skills and your main income would be selling yourself or pimping other NPCs, but in CL it would be overdoing it.

 

What I suggested can be done aleady, by manually setting the slider whereever you wanted. With the feature though you couldn't exploit it (that much).

That's actually already in, albeit not as a SL tie-in. Cursed Loot tracks its own solicitation ranks and you get both a bonus to your success chance -and- a higher tip (it's a cumulative 5% raise) for each rank.

Either have to go around and equip all the DiD stuff untill you're all wrapped up, or have a % chance that when doing the end of the Cursed collar that sheogorath still isn't done having fun and the ending "gift" isn't just some random dd items, but a trip to the random cage in a rubber package!

 

Also wouldn't mind a few extra layers for DiD neither, rubber socks could be another layer that needs to be removed, the small rubber gloves could be another layer beneath the long rubber gloves, cloth blindfold as an extra layer over the ebonite blindfold, posture collar over the regular collar ... ^-^

 

Or a new type of collar, one that belongs to some npc (Maven black briar or someone sinister like that ... she'd totally be into this stuff :P ) and the way to get it off is do things for her.

Not complying or failing at what the npc asked you to do leads to more items being added on you, fail too many times and she dumps you in DiD style bondage gear in the middle of town, to be used as anyone sees fit untill you can wriggle free of your armbinder and get out to collect keys and free yourself.

Regarding Devious comments:

 

Any plans to implement a menu to choose, which devices can lead to an "add-event" - like in deviously helpless?

 

For example only armbinders can lead to adding more restraints etc.
