Hi, sorry if this was mentioned before (couldn't find it in search) but I have an issue with the slave gag. So I had this gag while using 4.2 and couldn't get it off no matter what, so I did a clean save for 4.3 and it's still there. Now I tried the save word option, console command and even the Master at Captured Dreams but no luck. I noticed that with the Master and even with the two keys I get from containers the gag seems to reequip itself immediately after unequipping, I even get the text box about getting it off with the keys.

 

I really hope you can help because I don't want to do clean save with DD disabled and lose my CD progress.

Would it be possible to add a setting to disable sleep attacks in player houses? The Lakeview mod I use turns it into a gated compound with guards patrolling all night. It just doesn't make sense that a bandit,, let alone a group of bandits makes it past all that and rapes me and my companions. I know I can turn down the 'cities' slider, but I still want the bandit attack possibilities when sleeping in inns or other random beds.

The slave gag is from DCL, so a clean save without DCL should nuke it... Might be a desync between script and inventory item, some suggestions:

 

Turn off device removal management (DD cursed loot/Debug in MCM) and try getting the gag off again.

 

Try equipping another gag. Possibly console up another slave gag and try it.

 

After that, you could try sticking everything in your inventory in a box and then using player.showinventory followed by player.removeitem to get rid of the offending object. Note that this may royally screw things up if you delete quest items or placeholder objects that control other things.

First off Id have tried the free me command. Barring that, try giving yourself a plug key to unlock then then use the slave gag key for the gag. If that didnt work, make sure to upgrade to the latest version and try both again. Barring that, load a save from an earlier point. If you somehow fucked it up by uninstalling stuff with it still on Id suggest reinstalling the latest version, equip a "new" slave gag on yourself to see if it can fix the one you messed up and then try the free me command or give yourself the keys.

 

I should mention though that I didnt have an issue with the slave gag... I found some plug keys pretty early on and even with the slave gag key at 1% I found it really fast so I didnt get much time to play with it. But, since its new I still kept a save from before I got hit with it randomly to make sure. If everything fails though it might be problems with your save game and updating from earlier versions and corrupt saves with lingering script files and stuff, ya "might" have to make a new save even though you really dont seem to want to.

Hello.

 

Bit of a bug report here, and a suggestion.

 

I recently got hit with the Slave Rubber Suit, while wearing the Cursed Harness. I believe they shared the same location now, don't they? At any rate, that immediately glitched things up. I got out of the Slave Rubber Suit using eight keys, but the Cursed Harness was still there, and it even managed, at one point, to delete my torso visually.

 

I kept reloading and crashing until I managed to turn off Device Management in MCM, and used FREE ME to clear off everything I could. It refused to remove the Cursed Harness, or it's protective script, from my player.showinventory.

 

I was eventually able to get rid of the Cursed Harness, and re-enable DD:CL by throwing combinations of removeitem and unequip at it, and its script, until my showinventory showed clean. So, my game was salvaged and fixed, but there is something wonky going on between Slave Rubber Suit and Cursed Harness, at least, for me.

 

On to the suggestion: Since the Cursed Collar doesn't provide a protection buff, I'm not sure I agree with the Cursed Harness denying armor. I actually liked it the way it was before that change, since the Cursed Harness also disabled the Cursed Chasity Bra graphic... which I liked seeing in its shiny black glory. Ditto for the High Security set.

 

Would it be possible to have the Cursed/High-Security harnesses NOT block armor? When you're doing the Cursed Collar Quest, without the Slave Collar protective buff, and trying to delve into leveled dungeons without armor... it's kind of ... hard, to the point of having to turn down game difficulty to have any chance of doing it, sometimes. Plus I miss seeing the black Bras. Maybe that could be an option in MCM? Block armor but no slave collar buff, or, not block armor and no buff? The High-security harness should probably just not block armor, since magical enforcement of that rule doesn't apply to that kind of gear.

 

Just my two cents, and worth no more than that.

Armor blocking harnesses are likely to get phased out, yes. With the nudity enforcing collars and the new rubber suits available to take their place, the armor blocking harness is more or less obsolete now.

Thank you guys for the reply, so I have tried your suggestions and the one that semi worked is adding another slave gag and equipping it then removing it with the keys. The dialogue is working normally and I have access to food and drinks but the slave gag is still visible on my character even though its not "functioning". Any suggestions?

On a solicitation, if you get the dialogue that <npc> brings a friend along it can grab mannequins in the house.

Can anyone give me a hint as to why the "x invites a friend to join" event does not play any animation for me? The actors walk up to me and then leleave. Afterwards I can even ask for payment. Other gangbang scenes work just fine btw.

I'll post a log as soon as I'm back on my PC.

Okay so equipping another gag over it just gives me double gag appearance. Using the player inventory method I think I found the item that's causing this but neither "removeitem" nor "unequipitem" worked on it... I get the notification that its removed or unequipped but then its there again.

EDIT: Is there ANY way to remove this other than the methods mentioned before? I am willing to even use the CK if I have to!

Okay, the good news is you're not stuck with a DCL slave gag. Mod #14 in your load order is DD Integration (I know that now because of the piercings in the screenshot) and 14040F0C is it's device hider item. Going to check something in my game, edit incoming soon with more info.

 

Edit: One of my followers had a stuck item visual but it wasn't like yours. showinventory again and press page up to scroll through your list. You probably have something else hiding above the cutoff that's equipped. The device hider should only show up when you have gear on that calls for it, and I don't think the hider itself is set up to display visuals.

with the slave gag you cant just console add the keys, the script will not accept a key that did not come from a box. it will also keep re-adding the item (even when removed by stuff like the master) until you remove it via box-key  (the shock boots also function this way, to keep other mods from removing them)

I got the keys from a container, also I did a clean save without DCL and I don't have the item in my inventory anymore. But the gag still stuck on my face... :(

Just a note, the "Device removal management" option in the debug menu controls this behavior, if you have that option turned off you can console in keys just fine.  It might be a feature most people should leave deactivated unless they are actively using other mods that like to pull off DCL items (or they have no self control and are the same crowd that uses the hardcore mode option  :P )

Perhaps, but the mannequin just stands there and then doesn't return to its home base.

I have a quick question to the Cursed Collar Quest.

 

the moment you leave the dark Dungeon and use the strange Stone, does this remove all Devices added in the progress of the quest. bec. i still have the Blindfold and the Cursed Collar equipped.

Try this too: Go home, put everything you can into a container, so you have only the quest items in your inventory. Then do a player.showinventory, much easier to see if there is anything else equipped/worn.

 

I had a similar problem with a visible restraint, which wasn't there, here is the solution:

This should be fixed now in CL4.3, which version of CL are you using?

A small bug confirmation: Someone mentioned that solicitation can equip Arm and Leg Cuffs, then forgets to remove it, when the customer takes back the goods. It happened to me too, my PC received general cuffs.

There's a bug with the Theme setting, specifically ebonite gags. The colour seems to be random no matter which ebonite colour you have selected for the main theme.

Yeah, the cuffs stay after bound solicitation, got that issue, too.

 

And I have also another issue: Sometimes I use the "Free Me" safeword, so that my followers get rid of their bindings and can earn me some money (TDF, ya' know xD). But with the latest updates, that safe word got massive issues! So it has especially problems with corsets (which seem to be bugged themselves, looking at DDi forum), so if it hits a corset on a follower, the scripts seems just to stop.

- I have EFFv4 (mybe that can cause problems, too)

- I have atm 4 followers

- The second one had a corset equipped

- The script didn't mention a third follower anymore

- I still have to unequip every single DD item with keys from my followers, even from the ones touched by free-me-script

 

AND, at last, there always pops up some kind of prisoner as a follower of mine, a person, that I've never seen in the game, just some generic prisoner o.O It's always the first "follower" that gets hit by the freeme-script.
