I'd still prefer a way to disable this shock, as the animation will kick in during a sex animation (and the restrictions seem overly restrictive, given there's probably no way to include every non-armor revealing wearable item).

 

Is there a quick way to edit other mods with keywords to the items so they'll be overlooked?

 

The only way I know to add/remove keywords is by using the creation kit. Open creation kit, select data and click on all the relevant mods you need, in this case select cursed loot, which will auto select all cursed loot dependencies, and Zaria's restraints. Active file will be the esp that is modified, if you don't select one then changes will be saved to a new file which will keep them separate, but items will likely be cloned and count as different and seen as from a different mod, so probably set Zaria's as the active and remember to change it if a new zaria's restraints comes out.

 

Errors while loading in CK are normal and non-detrimental, ignore them.

 

Open the object window and start searching for your item, double click to open it and there should be a small text box in the bottom right corner for keywords on that item.

 

Note: I have no idea which keywords Cursed loot looks at, I don't even know if Cursed loot looks for keywords in non-standard slots, and some of those keywords will trigger (or try to) script behavior for the items, probably best to use zbf keywords over zad if you don't want buggy behavior.

Im using the frostfall patch, hasnt broke anything yet. Not sure if it actually works since even on the version before this I wasnt entirely sure. But then again I turned off the buff to armor and such. Still, seems okay to me but again I havent did hardcore testing to see the difference it makes so I only have what I "feel" it does when playing normally after installing it.

The frostfall patch should work, it just checks if you have either of the three collars and adds back 50% of any lost exposure points. I suppose one way to make sure it works is to take a large amount of exposure damage and go down a stage and have the script restore it up to the previous stage. I think there is an issue where at maximum exposure by a heat source it will constantly repeat the max exposure message. I haven't been able to do much with Skyrim recently to test. If anyone can confirm this, I'll add an additional condition to only take action if exposure < 100 (max = 120).

One request though, could the clothing repelling harness be added to the list with the collars? It's easier to get out of than the collars but just as deadly if it gets slapped on you say, at the end of a Saarthal run and you don't have a proper key.

 

Edit: The custom harness is one that needs FF support, I don't remember if Kimmy's HS harness prevents armor or not though. Last time I had one I was already collared.

Has anyone found the fix to (or the reason why) the "iswearingdevice" popup whenever looting bodies? A quick google search saw many people replying that it had something to do with Aradia Devious Outfits but the posts are kind of old, and I never had the extra mods installed in the first place. Whenever I loot a body a message comes up: "An error occurred with your installation of DeviousDevices. Please check log for more info: iswearingdevice received none argument."

I have a question - is it possible to limit what kind of attacks occur for each trigger? I like the idea of the estrus tentacles or pollen spores being launched when you harvest a plant, but it seems weird to me when bandits attack me for harvesting a plant in the deep wilderness.

So, not sure where this is coming from, but since it's happening on a cursed loot trigger, I'll start here.  Basically, I'm getting the 'full set' event trigger, and when I get it, I look to be wearing pretty much everything, namely a collar, bra, arm cuffs, and leg cuffs, amongst other things.  Game even registers these, say, when I try to remove the nipple piercings. Problem is, I don't actually see the named items in my inventory, and once I wiggle out of everything else, they're still there, and with no way to remove them besides the console. 

 

This is with a new game and the latest versions of the DD mods (at least I think I updated everything...)  Here's the log just in case it's useful.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with CL or not, but I was playing around with the "Tie Me Up" self bondage function and got put in one of the new corsets. The model however did not show up on my character. I double checked that the asset exists, and other assets added with the newest DDa are appearing properly on my toon.

 

Possibly related is that the "safeword" function refused to remove the corset. I had to console myself a standard restraints key to get the invisible thing off.

Couple of problems I've had since updating in maybe 4 hours of play (all on an existing character):

 

A number of items aren't locking automatically. I'm afraid I don't remember all of them, but the shackles, heavy yoke, and half of the restrictive set seem to be effected. The Shackles and Yoke occurred during the cursed collar quest but before I got to the cursed armbinder. Regular armbinders still worked fine during this time. Equipping the yoke and shackles myself did work, but where is the fun in that?

 

The cursed collar quest still didn't unequip the collar. This has happened before and I've simply used the debug menu to remove everything and move on. But this time the collar effect has stuck to the character despite the collar being removed. From what I understand this was a problem before as well, just not one I've experienced. 

 

Finally, things being equipped don't seem to match any theme that I choose. As far as I can tell it is random.

Thanks for another update so soon :)

 

Since you are including more and more triggers like the giants i just remembered the great arachnophobia mod and the fun spider webbing animations. Do you have plans to make some special spider traps? I always liked trying to struggle out of the spider net, especially those where you where hanging upside down.

Imho this would make a nice variant of the flashbang grenades, nasty bandits have a spider net trap instead. When you try to loot and trigger this trap the following happens:

A message, then you are bound in one of those nice poses and you have about 1 minute to try to struggle free (with the mechanics like in Arachnophobia which Kazyn hopefully allows to use). If you fail to get free within time some bandits appear and rape and rob you (like currently with the flashbang event).

This means you do not have the proper files for DDi or DDa or even DDx.

If you had already installed them, then my shrewd guess is that you had these mods' esp disabled (like ghosted via wyre bash) while updating.

Anyways, seeing this a lot of late. Best of luck and more importantly, good modding habits.

These would be the Custom Slave Harness and the variants thereof. They aren't necessarily described as anything necessarily cursed or magical (they don't actively enforce no clothes, just block slot 32) so I'm not sure if it is appropriate to add them.

after touching the strange gem in the deep dark dungeon the restraints wouldn't come off, so i tried using the debug menu but the cursed slave harness still wouldn't unlock. since there is no way to remove it with a key either i'd like to ask if there's another way to unlock it.

I would think that any object that knowingly prevents equipping armor or otherwise blocks slot 32 used in Skyrim would be magically endowed with an anti-freezing agent. The purpose is to punish and arouse the slave through sexual exposure after all, not to quickly kill the slave due to the environment.

I have a little problem at the moment. I encountered a Flashbang event and got devices (boots/gag) put on me and fucked. After the event, the bandits put on me a buttplug with a chastity belt and chastity bra. Problem is, the Chastity belt/bra and buttplug do not appear in my inventory, so I can't remove them with my chastity keys. I used the debug mode to remove the belt and bra, but I can still see the buttplug stuck inside my character. I can't see the buttplug in my inventory so I can't pull it out. The effects of the buttplug are still there too, as it still gives an occasional vibration.

 

What went wrong here? How can I fix this?

 

EDIT: I decided to just reload an old save that wasn't too far back and before the flashbang event. Is this problem a bug that needs fixing? or is this just something wrong with my setup?

I got the feeling that it is the items from captured dreams that cause the invisible items to be equipped. Once I disabled the items from captured dreams in cursed loot I didn't run into invisible items anymore. Strange thing is that I did update to the newest captured dreams version. Going to try to uninstall and reinstall captured dreams and see if that helps.

 

Kimy, I set the items theme to restrictive, which is working good (restrictive items are picked when possible, random ones are picked for slots that don't have restrictive items). But it looks like I never encounter the restrictive gloves. Could be just coincidence ofcourse, but perhaps there's a reason for it? Like there was never a glove slot to pick items for?

If I understand it correctly you'll have to uninstall captured dreams (using in game uninstall button?), download v3.83 again, download the 3.83 patch for the language text and install those.

 

Edit 2: Some quick testing with above procedure (uninstall captured dreams through mcm uninstall and reinstalling it + the patch) seems to work. Tested with Kimy's safe word and tie me up functions + item theme silver + bronze. The items show up correctly on my character.

 

Kimy, the tie me up function doesn't add restrictive gloves, so I'm guessing they're impossible to get through cursed loot at the moment.

Sorry late to the party, just found this wonderful mod, and omg the fun and frustration i am having with it, great work...

 

Just to be clear though, i have the regular non curse Slave Collar on, so my task to remove it entails naked dungeon dives, and bandit camp eradications in hope of finding a specific key?

Also, all the things to find in chests ... I just can tell, it's not that easy to rob a horse together with the owner certificate while being plugged with a Grand Soulgem plug ... on the horse, vibration, off the horse, just short before orgasm, on the horse, ...

I already mentioned it before but thanks for this great update!

 

The glove is probably not going to drop because the old maximum value for the available number of slots (glove is a new slot) is baked into your save game. It should work just fine with a new game.

 

And the tie me up function doesn't add it because I forgot to add it to the function. :P   I will fix that! :)

To remove it you need to have sex for a random number of times between the min and max limits set in your MCM, and need to wear it for a random number of days (again determined by your MCM constraints). Aaaaaand - you will need to find the key, too. It will drop once the other requirements are met. :)

Something is wrong. The items simply don't spawn. I have met all the requirements, the items appear in the Console, but even if i set it to 100% it won't work. Help?

EDIT: it seems the "Tie me up" won't work either

Make sure all DD requirements are updated to the newest version.

i wish the merging function of the corset and belt wasn't just a visual thing and instead actually looked them together in the same way as the slave gag in a way that renders the locks on each inaccessible until separated. and that the rubber suit cant be removed if wearing any device over it.

The Restrictive Corset is a vanilla DDI item. I didn't design its mechanics, I just drop it from their library. Personally, I agree with you. You can expect a more complex corset down the road. Probably after a kind soul updates the Bodyslide conversion for the new items, for I am not hyper motivated to work on stuff I can't even use myself. :D

 

A more complex catsuit is already in the making. And it might be more than you bargained for! :P
