Fair question but I had to look it up to be certain. Yes, it is in Labyrinthian Tribune and the Word Wall is just to my right as I'm taking this picture.

I think the jealous Dunmer stole the ? from my post.  I've been watching a variety of FudgeMuppet videos on Youtube they've done about the lore, and one suggested the Dwemer vanished when Kagrenac used Sunder, Keening and Wraithguard on the heart of Lorkhan (which you find in TES Morrowind).

lucky me on timing I guess, but that pic makes it look like the northern coast, and the double cave markers on the compass could be Upper and Lower Steepfall barrow, and the tower icon the Wolf's Folly tower, I think its called with the frost troll, stormcloak soldier and the lockpick skill book I think.  A thievey book of some kind anyway.
