I went by to double check and you're right.  Upstairs where they usually have some skeevers in a jail cell, if the AI doesn't trip out and have a bandit let them out to kill them.

I think there is enough detail in this to see where I am.  At the edge of the location as well as the edge of a rock and there are technically two names that would count if someone wanted to be picky.

Yes and no. It's at the bottom of the stairs at the back left of the main hall (behind where the kids sit). For some reason there was no door and I'm pretty sure that the room in the image is not the room that is normally behind the door.

One of the doors in that room said 'Jarl's Quarters'.
