We just need to know which crossroads lead to that settlement (a nice one, by the way) from the looks of the pic you are just south of the fork in the road: that fork in the road (now that the pic loaded) leads north to Rorikstead, and south past Oakwood (on the east side of the road a little ways) and the Captured Dreams Shop (on the west side of the road) then past Half-Moon Mill, east leads past Fort Greymoor to Whiterun, and west will eventually lead to Old Holdran then Markarth.

Oddly it was the garden behind the house at 10 oclock that helped me, since I have that town modded with both ETaC and a scenic overhaul that puts trees between the inn and the road fork.
