Mdy Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 Yeah, I thought that the flat inner side of the breast is a general unp "problem" (blue tint in pic#1, like someone softly pushes a glass window against the breast and pulling at the nipples), while the edge at the areola is noticeable in pic#2.
stuffed_bunny Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 Ok, I never even noticed that. Possibly the high FOV in Bodyslide makes it look worse than it is. Anyway, whatever the defult UNP shape is we have to use it. Progress on conversion sliders are a bit slow. But this time it should be final, and the included shapes should be latest version (TM and Curvy were old versions).
Mud Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 So I was trying to convert the King of Worms robe included in Alan's BBP Armor Pack to TBBP, and got a lot of errors in Nifskope about the device position being incorrect and whatnot, and found a post from the TBBP tutorial thread on Nexus dated one month back that it was the fault of the NiSkinInstance in the source nif, and that a fix was in the works. Were there any updates on this front?
PsychoMachina Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 I'm having problems with the wrists. As you can see, at max weight the wrists seams are not uniform with the arms. Created my own presets in BS, created the meshes, modified the (max) mesh in OS and exported the NIF. I only made some modifications to the torso, buttocks, and thighs and did nothing to the arms. Did I overlook something or is this a bug?
Mdy Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Also got a question. When I'm painting weights I can press the ALT key to erase the paint I want, but while masking the verticals ALT doesn't respond. Is there a way to unpaint/erase some masked verticals? If there's a single mistake I have to mask everything again otherwise. edit: Brush - Invert Mask does the trick.
medic975 Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 I apologize if this has been asked before in this thread. But how does this compare to converting armors in 3ds Max? Is it quicker and as accurate?
Skyrimfloo Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 After converting some outfits, I've gotten some weird black polygons on one of them. I searched and saw a post talking about using the "face normals" option in NifSkope, but that didn't fix them. What is exactly the cause of this? Is there a way to prevent it or fix it?
Sweatington Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 I'm getting a really wierd error when I'm trying to run Bodyslide with MO. "This program requires elevation to run" etc, then I press OK to run elevated and nothing happens?`;s I'm quite lost at this one... Installed it just like I did FNIS.

hryh23k9823u Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 In MO there are some tabs on the right side. Data is where you can browse the virtual data directory. There navigate Data/CalienteTools/Bodyslide/Bodyslide.exe right click, add as executable.

I installed the tools manually into the skyrim folder like I did with FNIS. Should I install it manually in the mod folder?
hryh23k9823u Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Uhm. It should show there, unless you mean you've installed it in the skyirm root folder, outside 'data'. I think the best is just installing the mod as it comes, through the 'Install from archive button' (or the download tab if you got it from nexus). Same with FNIS by the way. Or mods that comes with SkyProc patches, in all these cases, navigating through the data tabs and adding them by right clicking it's better. Using the 'Configure Exectuable' button I would leave it only for purely external programs (tes5edit, boss, bash, etc. etc.) Anyway, also is recommended setting both MO as Bodyslide as executable, or maybe it could crash.

Donkof Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Im running into an issue Im attempting to convert cbbe to dreamgirl. Here is what I am doing and what goes wrong. 1. File > New Project > CBBE to Dreamgirl template 2. Offset Shape to align body and clothes 3. Check for Clipping 4. Slider > Conform All 5. CBBE to Dreamgirl slider set to 100% > Set Base Shape Now where I get lost. 6. File > Load Reference > Use an Existing Slider Set > Select WeightConvert.xml > Slider Set Name "DG High->Low 7. Hit Ok and now the outfit disappears and I have 3 bodies and no outfit?!
Capirex9 Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Hey guys,This may or may not be a frequently asked question, but none of the solutions i found worked so far:When i open an outfit in the studio, it never loads any bones. I always get "missing bone reference" for every bone.I tried testing the Caliente-Vanilla outfits (which i think certainly got the bones put in), but no bones there, either.Looking at the outfits with Nifscope, every bone is there. Thanks for reading!
stuffed_bunny Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Im running into an issue Im attempting to convert cbbe to dreamgirl. Here is what I am doing and what goes wrong. 5. At step 5, it appears you can simply activate the slider and export nif. Then at step 6, load reference DG High->Low, and load outfit (the nif you just exported). So far I have found no use for "Set Base Shape". The again, in my setup that command does not even work. ________________________________________________ Update to the bunny-style body conversion sets for Outfit Studio. None of the steps I follow mentioned load outfit probably a given but export nif seemed final in most steps that I didnt think of it being the primer for another step.

Hit Ok and now the outfit disappears and I have 3 bodies and no outfit?! Here's how I do it if the armor/clothing is already cbbe. New project: CBBE to Dream Girl, click next, load outfit nif. If the outfit comes with a body delete the shape. Select conform all and slide the slider over to Dream Girl side. Click set base shape. Load new reference , browse for the weightconversion.xml and select DreamGirl High>Low. Check for clipping, adjust locations, size. Copy shape naming it DGbody1 or whatever you like. Copy bone weights for the armor pieces, not the body. Export nif. Now delete DGBody1 and select conform all. Slide slider to low side. Select set base shape. Add new reference, browse for weightconversion.xml again and pick DreamGirl Low>high. Fix any clipping, size whatever. Copy shape again naming DGBody0 or whatever you like. Copy bone weights on armor/cloths, export nif.

zax Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Its me or everything looks bigger in bodyslide than in game?
stuffed_bunny Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 Its me or everything looks bigger in bodyslide than in game? Maybe it's the field of view. Fish eye effect. Hi, I'm having this problem after convert from UNP to CBBE, The bodyslide works perfect but when I equip the item the mesh doesn't match the body: http://s2.subirimagenes.com/fotos/previo/thump_8820298clipboard01.jpg An offset error. I used to move the armature in Blender, but this should be easier to fix with Outfit Studio. Can't really recommend any specific way to fix it without seing the mesh, but possibly you can fix it by using both Move vertices XYZ and Offset Shape -XYZ. is this work in win7 32bit Should work. If not, try the BodySlideWXP.exe.
Mud Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Take a look at your actual exported _0 and _1 nifs, are those mismatched too? If so, it might be the same thing that happened to me. Reload the project you created the outfit with in Outfit Studio, and if it's mismatched now, try the Move Vertices tool under the Shape menu. Offset Shape's effects did not seem to save properly, but Move Vertices did.

Offset Shape's effects did not seem to save properly, but Move Vertices did. Offset Shape is a 'preview tool', it just 'previews' where the shape will be under the given units. It does not actually move the shapes at all. (At least from my moderate testing)
