Yes. ScreenShot43 (attached) is the original, unconverted UNPB HDT High Heels boots from b3lisario. ScreenShot44 is a conversion I made from UNPB to Sevenbase Bombshell.

attachicon.gifScreenShot43.bmpattachicon.gifScreenShot44.bmp

Ah, looks like the lower part of the boots don't have any weights applied, making it invisible in-game. This happens when the body is too far away from the mesh when using "Copy Bone Weights".

To fix it, you can load up the 7B body as a reference again and use "Copy Bone Weights" for all of the boot shapes. Then do "File -> Load Reference" and select the original boot NIF. Now, switch to the "Bones" tab to the right and select all bones with "Foot" or "Toe" in their names by holding down the CTRL key.

After that, use "Copy SELECTED Weights" and export as NIF.

Note: The boots have to be at the same place, so use "Move Vertices".

Thanks for diagnosing the problem. To clarify,

1. What should I do to "load up the 7B body as a reference again"? File -> Load Reference, and then use a template? Existing slider set? I tried using a template (Sevenbase -> CBBE), but I don't think that's right.

2. Do you mean File -> Load Outfit when you say "select the original boot NIF"?

3. Maybe it's because I messed up "loading the 7B body as a reference again" because I don't see any bones with "foot" or "toe."

Edit

I think I figured it out. To load up the 7B body as a reference, I had to do File -> Load Outfit, and pick the 7B feet as the *.nif outfit to be loaded. Then I was able to copy the foot and toe bones.

Outfit Studio is an amazing contribution to the community. Thanks for answering our questions!

I feel like I'm doing something wrong with using the brushes to make the outfit mesh fit the body. I'm trying to convert the garter belt and stockings from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34308/? to fit a CBBE body instead, but it seems awfully difficult to use the brushes to edit the mesh just right, especially when this is supposed to be skintight. Could I get some beginner's tips for fixing the meshes?

I'm trying to follow the "anything to CBBE" guide, so I create a new project and load up the garter's high weight nif using the UNPB -> CBBE template. The garter has no body mesh included, so all I have is the reference mesh. I conform the garter's parts to the slider, set the slider to 100%, set base shape, and notice some clipping, fair enough, then load the WeightConvert reference set and choose CBBE High -> Low. Then the body becomes thicker and there's a lot more clipping, and trying to use the brush on everything just doesn't work out so well.

I have a little question here about the compatibility between this mod and Mod Organizer.

I've installed all my mods including BodySlide 2 through MO, and for those with executables, I simply linked the binary file from inside MO. It works fine for FNIS, but BodySlide has a little issue. When you use it, it doesn't matter if you run it through the virtual Data folder, it generates the files in the real one. Now, I suppose that MO's folders have precedence over the original game's, because if you installed CBBE from MO as well, the original CBBE files will always overwrite any BodySlide generated ones.

What exactly would be the easiest method to make the original folder files to take precedence? I know I could just go to CBBE and reinstall it avoiding the conflicting files, but I'd rather find a more direct approach, otherwise I'm going to have to do that with every single CB mesh I make. <_<

Are there any videos with detailed steps on how to convert an outfit to CBBE bodyslide? I'm having a lot of trouble trying to inflate/deflate an outfit so that it matches the body shape, it becomes all bumpy and ugly.

You need to make it an app on the same application menu with skse and skyrim. In this way, you can install it wherever you want, outside of the data dir.

here's how you do it.

Yoooo, so I recently got bodyslide 2 and it's great so far, way better than the first, but I can't for the life of me find the vanilla clothes meshes folder using it ! Am I just dumb or did I miss something ?

You need to unpack the skyrim bsa file, which contains all of them, although I assume the DLC armor and clothes are in the DLC bsa files.

Unpacking them can be done with the Creation Kit, I belief, but I myself use the BSA Unpacker myself.

Thought soooo, would've been strange enough if the bodyslide's file searcher could peek around in the bsa, thanks man
edit : With the bsa unpacker, they tell me the mesh.bsa has an unknow number, do I ignore that ?

That's an unknown issue to me. I never got that, so my apologies, but I am not able to help you with that. Try to continue with it and see what result you get.

After making some custom presets and rebuilding CT77's armors, I get instant crash to desktop when I try to load a game.  If I disable CT77's armors, the game runs fine.  Any idea what the problem is?

Are you making the TBBP variants of the armors without a skeleton that supports it? If yes, there's your issue. You can either just make the non-TBBP versions or install a TBBP compatible skeleton.

Nevermind, I found the problem.  Realistic Ragdolls was too low on my load order.

I'm having that problem and I dont have 'realistic ragdrolls' (and I can't see how it could be related to be honest...) You did something else before find it fixed?

No I was doing things one at a time to see what would fix it.  The problem (I think) was that I had Realistic Ragdolls loading too late in my load order.  It is listed as a requirement for the XPMS skeleton, so it has to load before XPMS.

Are there any skimpy versions of regular clothing (like blacksmith or bartender clothes) that are supported by Bodyslide 2.0?  Back in the day I used Killer Keos clothing but that was with Bodyslide++.

All Bodyslide++ stuff is still usable in bodyslide 2. However I did a Killer Keos version (clothes preciselly) with tbbp and belly node (compatible with preggo mods).

[Feature Request]

A visible indicator in Outfit studio main window to show if x-mirror is enabled/disabled

This seems like it may/may not be taken up, but if implemented would come in handy I believe (at least to me)

Also, no hard feelings if this can't be done :)

Thanks Bodyslide team!

Sorry if you already know this (might be tied into the cannot properly load/edit saved projects)

But when I load a 'project' to re-edit, even after I cannot successfully hit Slider -> Load Preset as my preset doesn't show up.

I tested the above before doing conform all and after doing conform all.

(I already know the save and save as.. functions don't work when you load a project I'm just doing this as a test case really and wanted to try exporting it as .nif, which still works fine)

Thank you so much guys and Caliente, I leave this here if you happen to read: you are the best, really!

I converted the Petrovich boots I wanted to my custom cbbe body and some unp clothes! Thanks!

Started to modding Skyrim a couple of days ago on my bf's pc for a personal project involving screenshots because of your tools; things are a bit different from Fallout 3 and Vegas, learning the process for skyrim and doing things in the traditional way would take an amount of time not possible for me right now, nor I have enough love for the game itself. With your fantastic tools and CBBE I got easily what I needed: a nice and unique body completely shaped to my own taste and lot of clothes, boots, whatever, ready to be perfectly shaped after my body, and so fast!!

You really did a great thing, there is people who don't have enough time or never got the hang of 3d and can't get bodies and clothes the way they really wanted, not to mention not everyone can afford an expensive 3d program or a pc able to run properly when dealing with max or zb. I can safely say you did the greatest mod of all times. Love CBBE and the tools, also the Nif Cleaner should be pretty useful, when/if I will work with blender or max again for some unique outfit should come in handy that too.

I wish something similar existed for Fallout. I spent so much time shaping bodies in order to have what I really wanted and then convert outfits and stuff for them! I still can't believe to see a shaped body the way I need and lot of clothes for it in minutes! All I have to do is retexturing things to my taste and needs and that's all! Truly a dream!

Thank you again for all this! Every single moment I will enjoy my little project is thanks to you first!

Much love!

p.s. If it could be of some use, I had problems in the copy bone weights, I had issue with the low pelvis and thighs areas, all the legs for skin-tight clothes. In the case of the shorts, for example, the copy was not good, so I didn't copied for that. That was unp to cbbe.

For shirts, short dresses, belts, the copy was all right for me and no problems when tested in different poses, shaping the shirt (as the pic shows) in a very skin-tight way or make it more naturally "loose" didn't changed the outcome: I had no clipping or problems whatsoever with copying upper body weights, just the bottom.

Another thing (this one is very little), I really appreciate the ready vertices offset fields (menu shape - move vertices) but I think you set it wrong, I manually invert +\-, that's what I had to use for some outfits.

This is the little I can point out, hope you will continue to improve these fantastic tools. Thank you again for all your work, you are truly amazing.

Here's an image showing the new slider that will be available for CBAdvanced in the next update (areola).

Can also be used to reduce the size.

Greetings.  I recently made a thread lamenting the lack of options to enable a particular, desirable look for the nipples:

Type 3F body for New Vegas45445-1-1329552147.jpg

You should check my thread OP for a description of what's being shown here, but in a nutshell: There are no Skyrim bodies with convex nipples:

%24(KGrHqUOKikE5mUe8PviBOfq8i,TB!~~60_35

and it is not currently possible to achieve this effect in BodySlide - the closest one can come is a sort of flat cone that doesn't really clearly define the areola like in the above screenshot.  So in a way, this is an opportunity to be the first, at least in Skyrim (obviously somebody was willing to fill this gap in New Vegas ;p ).  You can't deny that this is a very attractive look.  I personally have been dumbfounded at discovering that Skyrim doesn't have a single body with this look, or the means to accomplishing it.

Edit: Here's a closeup of the above Type 3F nipple from within Nifskope.  This perhaps makes it easier to see how the areola stands out from the breast, what I mean when I say "convex", and what angles are involved:

Hi there,

i got a question to the authors of this amazing bodyslide 2 /Outfitstudio.

i just got my ESO beta, and now i'm stuck in character creation, an sliding this hoples slider in this body triangle.

Will you guys be around eso, bringing "the real bodies in" that game?

Hopefully getting a yes, sliding that kind of sort of triangle slider in eso beta :)

Minor update to my info about the convex nipple request.  I found a Skyrim body which has them, more or less:

The so-called "Manga Body".

manga_body_100percent_excerpt2.jpg

Of course the trouble here is that this is a body with extreme proportions and it's not for everyone.  Certainly I have issues with it.  The point here is that I can now point to a specific Skyrim body (rather than "Type 3F" from Fallout New Vegas) as an example of a convex, "puffy" areola.  Perhaps the creators of BodySlide can use this body as a resource to help them figure out how to add whatever needs to be added to achieve the above look.  Here's a quick link to the .nif.
