Yeah, the chain is great. But if you are playing with a new game, and you still get that return to beginning thing......do you install through MO, or something else? (NMM, manual, Bain, Wryebash, etc) Doesn't happen to me anymore...

I used NMM. I keep seeing people say there are much better alternatives but it usually does the trick for me and I'd probably be out of my depth trying to go for anything too complex. I know my way around modding just enough to make my own NPCs in the creation kit without getting all their colour tints pasted across their foreheads. That's about it!

Ahh, old scripts could be floating around then. Oh well. Minor bug. If things get worse, you should try a fresh new install, without any former SD files, using MO. I'm like a broken record, but MO will ensure that never happens (old scripts hanging around).

Even after an uninstall in nmm there might be old scripts hiding out. Uninstall then open the script folder and delete anything that starts with SD_, then reinstall. That should clean everything up.

I'm not having any issue with the mod, everything is work as expected right now, thanks for the support and for making this mod.

 

Now, how does the interaction between other mods and SD works, like Submit and Defeat, Lover's Victim... All of these mods have a consequence for being beaten in combat - does SD takes preference over all of them and makes the factions that will possibly enslave do that instead of raping and etc?

Skyrimll, you should make an FAQ. ;)

 

SD plays reasonably well with Submit and Defeat, but you will have to play with the settings of all three to determine which gets triggered at what percentage of health.

Though I'm just running SD+ at the moment, I was running it along with Submit for a while and they played well together. I kept SD+ to the defaults for when slavery would trigger and made sure Submit's auto submit feature was switched off. That way if a fight was going badly (or I wanted it to go badly) I could choose the outcome if I was quick by either manually submitting or letting myself get beaten down.

 

Only had one conflict. I tried to submit to a necromancer type just as he was casting Flames at me. Submitting caused him to stop attacking but the continued fire damage took me below the SD+ threshold. In short, the game tried to apply both for a few seconds, and I was flickering between kneeling and hogtied until SD+ won out. Not sure if it would always happen that way or if load order might be a factor, but that was my experience with it.

The problem I had running both is that my Submit always seems to trigger 30 years later. I swear, it's ridiculous. That means SD+ always wins, even if I submitting without taking a hit, wearing daedric armor and fighting regular bandits

Yeah, I should have been more specific with the question...

 

in theory, there are some factions that won't enslave your character, so I would think that if SD gets the preference - meaning it'll trigger before the others - but the enemy doesn't enslave, them it would be submit or defeat that would be triggered.  However, I've seen some strange reactions, like instead of the PC surrendering, she'll die, receive that "you are still in combat" message and what I wanted to know is if it could be caused by SD or if it's an issue from Submit. 

 

Now, it seems like there are still some issues - nothing unexpected since it's mods after all, I'm not expecting perfection and I'm not demanding it either.

 

One example of a funny issue, happened when I got my PC defeated by a group of bandits, however the one that would become the "owner" of the PC, died a few seconds AFTER my pc got defeated, because of some effect that happens later like fire or poison damage.

So the PC was still enslaved, but... the "owner" was a corpse on the ground. And sitll was being indicated as the owner, even though he was dead.

That's not an issue at all, since I can just "escape" from him. If the issue doesn't get you stuck in a situation, it's all good.

Now she still got raped, but by a different member of the group that was attacking, curiously, it was a woman, which I set as not able to rape. So I take it that, when the slaver dies, the mod will pick someone else to rape the PC, anyone works.

I know.. that's on my list as well.

 

I thought my time would be better spent for now fixing bugs instead of writing about them :)

By the way, when I say that SD would get the preference I mean, through manipulating the health % values in MCM...

 

Actor Events was developed for that purpose in mind.

It is expected to be used by SD2 eventually and will allow setting priorities between mods that make use of it.

So, you guys know the Dark Elves camp next to the boat to castle volkihar?

 

If these guys bring me down, i dont get enslaved. I stay immortal and they just spam enslave and attack.

 

Like, enslave animation starts, message comes and then im back at full gear and they start attacking me again, circle repeats. At some time, my HP stays low and i keep making the undress animation and stay essential while the npcs attack me, then stop, just to start attacking again...

Hey guys, I started up a new character earlier today and got raped by an NPC in Riften while fully clothed, and before I had even hit "Begin" in the MCM menu. I had Coveted enabled, which is the only thing I can think that would cause the problem. Got a "you're going to freeze to death" comment, so I assume the NPC thought I was naked. Only happened once and I couldn't replicate it, but something might be firing when it shouldn't be.

That should be fixed in the update I just released tonight.

I added a condition for a first visit to Sanguine's world before those comments become active.

How do I get sent to Sanguine's dream world?

You need to have been enslaved and escaped/earned your freedom. Once you've done that sleep anywhere and it should happen for the first time. From then on it'll happen when you're killed by anything that isn't classed as a valid slave-owner, for example beasts or falling from heights.

I have added a german translation for 1.12. But I have skipped most of the spriggan part - it never worked flawlessly for me.

 

There are problems with genus of some words - for example there is no neutral german equivalent for "master" and "slave" and "owner" - so I have decided to make the dom masculine and the sub feminine.

 

Some sentences - especially those regarding state changes - seems to be embedded into the scripts, they are still english.

It should be safe to upgrade as long as you are not already enslaved. You would have to free yourself first and then upgrade.
