One small observation. My PC has being raped during the sleep 12 times but SL journal recorded only one rape, the first one. It is not a big deal. I just thought that it is good to know this since when playing as a sex slave, submissive player needs higher victim's status.

I didn´t mind companions, bacause I never play with them. Imho they only stand in the way and take my kills. I guess Dangerous Nights is incomplete without handling companions. I set it on the list and think of something.

@Greugreu

If only the pc it animated and the creatures stand completely still it´s a problem with FINS. Do you have the latest version?

i have a problem. When i sleep creature spawn only spider  that not spawn dog, horse..etc.

Which creatures spawn depends on the location where you sleep:

Dog and Horse in Cities, Towns, Farms and the like.

Draugr only in or around aincent tombs.

Falmer and chaurus in or around dwarwen ruins.

Spiders in caves.

And in general wilderness (i.e. nothing of the others) wolf, spider or werewolf.

Which kind spawns is totally random.

Another practical question:

Which would be a preferable way of 'handling' companions? Having them rape you instead of maybe spawning something in when there's no other valid targets, or having them get assaulted alongside you?

One thing that I always found a bit awkward is strangers spawning inside a jail cell. Is there a possibility to have this done by guards instead? There has to be a function to test whether the PC is inside a jail cell for the detection of an escape.

I can weigh in on companions. I would like to see some handling, but have two completely opposing options in mind.

1) They suffer the same fate, regardless of gender. I'd suggest the mod check if there are enough possible aggressors in the area to satisfy all registered followers, making it safer to travel in a group.

(Note personal bias toward using existing aggressors; I will always run with strangers turned off.)

2) Just put them into an incapacitated animation. Whether they're sleeping or tied up five feet away, doesn't matter which, just as long as it explains why they aren't helping.

My FNIS was outdates, but even with new version. FNIS seems to not find/read "Bestiality animation pack". Installed or not, I got the same number of animations, i.e 1590 for 9 mods.

I tried by manual installation, but got the same results, FNIS seems to not read the animations.

FNIS read Sexlab Creatures, but seems to not get the animations.

The creatures animations are checked inside MCM, everything is normal. I'm running out of ideas.

EDIT : Problem solved, "FNIS Creature pack" wasn't installed. What an idiot...

Thx again for the mod, super great. KUDOS !

You can already toggle companions to count to the rapists. But I think I'll make both ways possible.

Oh, neat. I tried the mod in it's infant stages, haven't really played Skyrim since. That's a nice feature.

I kinda like the strangers in the cell, as long as you think of them as new prisoners sharing a cell with you. With smaller sentences, since they get to leave as soon as the door is opened.

I ran into a problem with the spawned strangers the last few times. They spawned, no scene was started and then they just... stayed. Happened in High Hrothgar (which is a strange place for strangers just to come by anyway, but I thought... naw, she's having a nightmare^^) and my player house in Falkreath. The one in High Hrothgar left after quite some time by herself but the ones in my house didn't, I had to load an earlier save to get rid of them (and turned off the spawn stranger option afterwards^^).

No scene starting has happened sometimes, it was never a big issue, next time it worked again. But still the strangers always left after a few moments.

Hello, can I ask?

Is this mod compatible with immersive beds?

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35611/?

I've tested it, it has some conflicts, but not game-breaking ones.

If you get surprised during your sleep by Dangerous Nights Immersive Beds gets a hickup, and asks you how long you want to sleep when you're activating a bed, not when you're lying in it. Activating a bed and then not sleeping in it fixes this (your character will get to bed and stand up again, though).

@Guffel:

A mod you might want to add to your "Recommended Mods":

Craftable and Placeable Havok-enabled Bedrolls

Not sure if I've missed something here.

I've noticed a couple of times now that I've been woken by a stranger but the stranger doesn't then do anything (just wanders around), seems to happen in Inns. I'm using the 1.4fixed version on a clean install (it was a clean build but had SL and DD updated since)

I was having the same issue as the above post and several others in the last few pages. Tried turning off any possible conflicting sleep Mods to include SL Defeat and the animations still wouldn't begin, regardless of the rapist while using 1.4. Still running SL 1.39b and none of my main SL Mods have been updated for the new SL framework that came out a few weeks ago.

I just reverted back to 1.3 and it worked fine.

Shame... Not sure what it is. Looks like something with DN 1.4 is conflicting with my current Mods and I'm not the only one with this problem.

Yeah just had the same with a creature when testing. It wakes me then just stands there. I'm on SL1.57 so I don't think 1.3 will work for me unfortunately (I'm not using any other bed/sleep mod either)

EDIT:

I had an old copy of 1.2 and it seems to work with SL1.57 (though it jumps a bit), could anyone let me have a copy of Dangerous Nights 1.3fixed (there was a fixed version iirc)

Is this mod compatible with ''Sleep Tight'' by Isoku? I don't have problems with them both installed, but I want to be sure...

Also thanks for update!

I've done a bit more basic empirical testing.

It works if you're awoken and attacked by a wolf, spider or horse, however a stranger or werewolf will just stand there and do nothing so it seems to be something to do with the new creature settings. Creatures seem to work okay but not anything else.

Reverted to DN1.2 which works okay with SL1.57 if you uncheck the fade screen option
