Hello,

Love the mod so far! I don't know if this is a problem or something normal but I have been busy doing things for Angrim and I haven't gotten to a point where I explored a tomb for more knowledge... I found the spell and I returned to the master and the following happened:

I talked to Angrim and somehow He removed the belt and we had sex then I talked with him again and a new option appeared also a new perk or magic effect... So I think I made him my thral w/ the spell? However now my characters face is purple... Almost black? is this normal? Apart of becoming a succubus?

I interacted with Angrim and now my characters face is purple! Is this normal part of becoming a succubus?

No, that sounds like some sort of stuck magic effect (but the mod only uses vanilla graphic FX, so I don't know how that could occur).

I have a question about the mod. Are there any plans to offer the Yngvild and Rannveig's Fast content as standalone? I tried this mod some time ago, and to be honest those were the main reasons I did so. Not too keen on the ZAZ and Devious Devices requirement, and neither Angrim nor the spells are exactly my cup of tea either (though I still have to admit they are pretty well done).

The thing is, playing with Death Alternative and having Arondil just dump my near-dead character outside Yngvild after taking some of her gold and nothing else feels pretty weird considering the reason he's there in the first place, so it would be nice to have a standalone mod that adds the danger of becoming his thrall to the dungeon, and same goes for Rannveig's Fast (though the chances of being defeated there are way less). I guess it could be implemented as it is right now, with defeat in the dungeon leading to the scene with him and then "enslavement" untill the player manages to escape albeit with the Hungry Ghost curse still in effect, and same for Rannveig. I don't think I've got to play the "Cure Ghost" quest, but from what I've read it sounds like it could be used for it as-is as well.

The only tweak I would make would be to remove the defeat trigger for Yngvild, which IIRC is dropping under 30% health while inside the dungeon. I would do something more compatible and less aggressive, like making it a Death Alternative scenario that only triggers when passed out inside one of the two dungeons, but it would be countered by the fact that it could happen at any time without the need for the related quest to be active. So, if you were to stumble into one of those places at random (like with the "Shipwreck" scenario from Alternate Start, which places you right in front of Yngvild), chances are you would end up as a ghost thrall as well.

So, yeah, just my two cents. If there are no plans to create such a standalone mod, how difficult would it be to isolate the current implementation from the rest of the mod (in order to do so myself in my game)?

Hey, I'm enjoying the mod so far but it feels like i've run into a small bug/misunderstanding on my side.

First off my current status:

I have finished the Carnal Magic, Errands for Angrim (Find a Book), Succubus Lore and Dibellan Teachings Quests.

I have the Dibellas favor and Raging Lust Active Effects and Dibellas Boon, Drink Soul, Drink Magical/Vital Essence, Ensnare, Honeyed Tongue, Shadow Dance and Summon Emissary Spells unlocked from your mod.

The (1st?) problem I have is with the Dalliance quest. It does not complete (I have beaten Yngvild without taking damage in order to avoid being turned into a ghost) and now the quest sticks around as an active quest, with the description reading: "I found a beer-soaked tome, but it is ruined." I've read something about having to sleep for it to advance but this does nothing for me. Also the Misc. quest "Retrieve Arondil's Journals" is at 4/4 but not finished.

(2nd?) Problem lies within the fact that when i go to Angrim and ask if there is anything he can teach me, he goes "not right now little one, but since..."

Afterwards he just tells me to keep practicing. I used all of the spells (except Ensnare/Drink Soul and Summon Emissary) before having sex, so i have "learned" how to use them, so far this was the way to advance the training. Am I doing something wrong? (Also which of those spells is the most recent so i can try learning that one again)

I have used ensnare on Angrim, but that just resulted in him becoming a thrall without any special interactions. I have tried summoning an Emissary but he just fucks you and then fucks off. And i have tried using Drink soul on someone before visiting Angrim. All of those didnt lead to progress so I reverted to a prior save.

I have read about a quest for a potion, but I have never encountered that one. Also while fiddling with setting quest states I unlocked a dialogue "How am I supposed to learn if you won't train me (or something like that) and Angrim mentioned Sam in an Inn. At that point i reverted my save because this also brought back the first two interactions with Angrim.

Right now I believe that the Sam dialogue is the intended way of progression, but I dont know how to unlock it without the console and screwing over other things.

sqv for the book quests 1-4 all return: Enabled,running,Stage20,Priority30

sqv for angrimapprenticequest returns: Enabled,running,Stage60,Priority60

So now my question is how do advance/finish Dalliance. And how do i advance the main Quest.

Also one last question: I want my character to become a succubus, how do i achieve that, and does it change the appearance of my character.

Edit: Does taking the spell tome out of angrim's chest trigger an event/ set a variable? I believe I used shift and e to immediately learn the spell rather than taking it at first, so I may have skipped some kind of trigger from that.

Oh, also I did run into a problem with the Transparent Robe. In the first post you state that it is not a hard requirement and a vanilla robe would be used instead. I tried doing that at first, but upon trying to initiate the first sex scene with the "agree(?)[kneel]" dialogue his line was shown but the scene was never engaged. After I finally installed the robe everything worked like a charm.

So either there is a problem with the code that switches to using a vanilla robe or the transparent one should be marked as a hard requirement.

Yeah same problem here with dalliance quest, finished but it does nothing.

As a side note : after killing the necromancer if you are hit by a ghost then you finish tied in front of his dead body and so the game is stuck here, you just need to reload !

So yeah I have the book, when I return to Angrim he has nothing to say, the quest is still active and nothing.

And the "retrieve his journals" seems to be from another quest (seen that in the uespwiki), apparently it's for a thives guild quest, but since I don't have this quest, once I have the 4 journals the quest remains stuck too, somehow it was probably affected by the mod because I don't remember seeing this in the vanilla game and there is nothing about that in the uespwiki (about having the 'retrieve the journals" quest without actually having the thieves guild quest).

This may have been asked before but where is this trap door to start this quest (I am between Whiterun and the fort in the burnt out farmhouse)  I cannot find this trapdoor.  Do I have the right Location?

Does he have a ref number so I can teleport to him to make sure its installed correctly?

The trap door is just outside the farm house, in the ground on the side facing the fort.  If you don't see it I'd check to make sure the mod is installed correctly and is not being overwritten.

So, I played until the part I was betrayed by Angrim, and he summons the emissary to rape my char and fill her. After that they have a threesome, the sex ends and Angrim won't speak to me anymore. The emissary says something about opening a way but nothing happens. He eventually disappears as his time runs out. Is there something more that should happen?

Hi, and thank you for this awesome mod.

The quests, the spells wow ! But I have a question.

Spoiler alert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started the Yngvild "Dalliance" quest.

The quest working Well but after take the four parts of the diary what can I do ?

I save my game before I leave Yngvild.

I'm able to regain my physical form after sex but the quest still open.

Can you help or advice me ? Merci ;)

@ArtK0171: the diary parts are connected to a minor vanilla game quest, normally given by the bartender in the Ragged Flagon as I recall. I think you can sell them to him, even if you come at the quest from the Yngvild end rather than starting it normally.

As for the 'Dalliance' quest itself, there's a follow-up scene

triggered by sleeping.

Hey everybody !

It's tough. I'd like infos on mist cursed for to be know if there are no bug.

Spoilers alert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have finished the daedrics quests. I'm still in myst form and Angrim doesn't want help me (no dialogues). I know, I need to find the solution to break the curse but I just want if there are not bug ? I hope to be clear ^^

Talk to Falion in Morthal.

To restore mortal form permanently, you'll need the Gauldur amulet, and you'll have to harvest a soul using the "Drink Soul" spell while wearing it.

Posted

Ok I have tried to drink a soul to break the curse. I know the Gauldur Amulet. This mod le really cool. The npcs comments on chastity belt ^^ thanks (again)

PS : I've download the Succubus race mod. I need To install or I can become a Succubus whithout ?

Posted

The Succubus Race mod is optional; if the quest leads to your character having the 'Succubus Curse' effect, that's basically the same as using the race mod (minus the cool wings and horns).  At least for purposes of this mod.  The biggest difference is that Succubi start with that effect (they also automatically gain the magicka boost from sex, without need to actually cast a spell).

Edit: To be clear, the ghost ending and the Succubus ending to Angrim's quest are normally separate.  Though I suppose it is possible to get the Succubus ending and then do Yngvild later.

so uh does this quest are training to turn you into a succubus? what if you don't want to be a succubus?

you could jump out of the window, and become dead, in next life you can become a cat, if you dont want to be a cat, you can repeat until you are reborn as who you want to be

any other answers with much more sense? preferably from the mod author itself or from someone who have used this mod for a long time or just someone who isn't an asshole... what I meant is does this quest only for the path to become a succubus or is it just one of the endings mentioned in the front page?

ask stupid nonsence questions, get treated as  one who asks those

and the answer for your 2nd question is:  is it just one of the endings mentioned in the front

you can just tell it beforehand than going the asshole route...well since you kinda believe in rebirth and reincarnation I guess your current avatar now is an asshole...you must be a nice guy in past life...

or maybe not...since people experiencing rebirths tend to retain their attributes and attitudes in their former lives...

that aside, Thanks for answering my 2nd question properly ^^
