The mod is compatible with LE and SE, as listed on the mod page and stated by the author several posts up from here.  There's nothing in it that would introduce an incompatibility based on the player's version of Skyrim.  Don't sweat it; there's nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the kind words, I'm happy to hear you are enjoying the mod!

 

The last few versions were already developed on SE, so they are out-of-the-box compatible. I plan to move it over to being exclusively for SE after the next release, because I've found a fair number of more convenient solutions, some features are only possible on SE and I don't want to maintain two code bases either. Speaking of which, I really should finish up compiling the next release and tie all loose ends for it soon~

Devious Interests v0.926 has been released.

 

I haven't forgotten about this mod, don't worry! I just have been taking a bit lazier slower this year, but I've still looked at every error report and feature request all of you have submitted, addressed them, as well as made several tweaks and improvements of my own to existing features:

 

Changes:

  • Config Menu: the "Number Of Free Use Followup Scenes" setting can now be exported/imported
  • Config Menu: addressed faulty logic in detecting which mods with optional integrations are present
  • Restraint Unlock Help: plugs without locks cannot have their locks jammed anymore
  • Free Use: can now trigger after Self Bondage, Stripping and failed Masturbation events
  • Stripping: adjusted the condition logic for Stripping to trigger
  • various code optimizations and text corrections

Additions:

  • Config Menu: added a toggle to enable/disable travel by carriages when wearing heavy restraints
  • Config Menu: added a toggle to enable/disable arousal-related text notifications from this mod, by request
  • Stripping: added a toggle to drop all equipped items on the ground when a Stripping event happens
  • Prostitution: added a configuration option for the success chance of Prostitution attempts
  • Prostitution: added a dialogue option to offer another round of sex for guaranteed payment, if the client refuses to pay the first time
  • Laura's Bondage Shop: while "The Game" quest is active, Tiny Sapphires have a chance to be acquired from loot or through Receive Random Item events, and can be lost through Gold Theft events

And also, two important announcements:

 

Due to differences between the LE and SE versions of Devious Mimic Clothing, I had to deploy a compatibility patch for DIN that Skyrim SE users are recommended to install, if they wish to make use of its optional integration features. If you are not using this mod mentioned above, installing the patch still couldn't hurt, as it contains a few SE-exclusive solutions in coding.

 

v0.926 is planned to be the last verison of Devious Interests for Skyrim LE. Going forward, starting from v.0.93, DIN will continued to be developed exclusively for Skyrim SE. DIN for LE will go into maintenance mode and will not receive any more new features, however the mod page will still remain up and major issues will continue to be addressed for the time being. I've decided to make this choice to be able to fully realize my vision for the mod. Some things that I'm planning are only possible (or easily doable) with SE-exclusive libraries and tools, and maintaining two different, more and more diverging code bases is not something I'm able or willing to do.

The resurrected Carriages highly appreciates that, had to resort to... certain xEdit trickery to stop Bjorlam from going all Karen on me when I was testing certain outcomes 😄

Better Third Person Selection allows you to bypass nearly all DD restrictions on picking up or using furniture with bound hands. A prompt may not appear but if you pay for the ride and then walk behind the carriage and press activate, the character will just board it. Same with using furniture, crafting stations, picking up, stealing horses, etc.

What do you mean exactly?

Current followers are accounted for whenever the player is talking to them, or when they are found by the scanner looking for a random eligible NPC.

I never used them together, nor was it ever my intention for them to be fully compatible, so your mileage may vary based on what you can do with toggling their features.

Hi,

 

I use both Mod`s together with only minor Problems ( I.e. the Mainquest of DCL ).

But you can deactivate this Mod for the length of Kimmie`s Main Quest.

I'm having an issue where I offer prostitution, client accepts, then nothing happens. Game continues as normal. Any help?

edit: it seems that all dialogue outcome do nothing. Guy tried to give me something but nothing happened as well.

 For those suffering the same and consulting the great google. I only installed the SE patch and not the main file.

I use them together, but with old version of SLSF and have no problem. Seems no conflicts.

when PC participate scene started by Devious Interests, it won't re-dress, is it intentional or it is some issue from local configuration?

that's not really comfortable to manually equip armor pieces after every scene

I'm fairly sure it's a configuration option in Sexlab to have the player re-dress after sex.

Yes, that configuration is set to my preference and works with other mods, meaning that character is re-dressed after scenes started.
However when DI starts scene - PC character remains stripped, even if currently no DD item was equipped

Ah you are right, there is indeed a line stripping the player whenever a sex scene is started. There is a non-zero chance that I put it there for a reason, but I need to recall what that reason was before I decide if I can omit this line, so I'll be looking into it!

Even if I said I won't be adding new features to the LE version, that doesn't mean I won't address any glaring issues and oversights that come up, so here is a small update doing exactly that:

 

Changes:

  • added a missing "dhlp-resume" event sending
  • extended logging info for several functions
  • Self Bondage: fixed certain restraint types not being equipped during a Self Bondage event and improved logic of selecting restraints to equip

Hello Taki

Thanks for the update of prostitution. it is much better to use now.

 

Taki i got a major problem with dd in general, not about yout mod. that keeps me sway from using in.  What is your opininion and solution about it ?

 

you get dd on your body you cant get off. because of time locked or special locks with special or mulitple keys

and morre, dd  are on your body but do not show up in inventory. you have to comsole showinventory to search fpr their id and remove them. some of them you dont get off even in console.  this risk of game spoiling and breaking is high.

Additionally DD require NIO, net immersive override, which causes CTD on cutted heads because of overlays. you cant take these perks.

 

There is an old version non-devious devices which works well and gives the items from dd assets and some older dd expansion to play with. the difference to modern expansion is huge in numbers, but low on usable, goddlooking devices.
