In several browsers (Mozilla and Opera). redirection to the site does not work after your shitty check that you are a human. Your system administrators do not work and are slackers or have no education.

Try Brave browser, it blocks ad's and works well for me.

Thanks for the advice, but it is the administrators' job (not mine) to configure the reliability of the site and monitor the code, that is their job, and I choose the browsers myself) I don't need others. This is simply unprofessionalism of the employees.

Those of us who make up the Staff here are VOLUNTEERS! None of us are paid a penny. Believe me when I say that I have far better things to do with my time than listen to the grousing of Members who can't be bothered to donate a cent to LoversLab through SubscribeStar. I've heard all the excuses and I'm not looking for any more.  On LoversLab you get infinitely more than you give (usually - apologies to Subscribers, I appreciate you if no one mentions it). That money goes to provide the basics so that the Site can keep operating. I'm sorry if that doesn't meet someone's expectations but, as my daddy used to say, "you get what you pay for."

You're being too kind.  I'd add that one is more likely to get a favorable result by asking politely and being civil.  Neither employees nor volunteers (especially volunteers) should have to put up with abuse.

Are the controls at the top of the Browse pages supposed to look like that?

I am using Google Chrome and they have stopped being displayed horizontally for several weeks now.

 

Any workaround I should know?

Strange that you ask that, I for instance didn't ask for your opinion yet had to read it, because you've decided to publish it - adult's decision I guess. Everyone else here has the same right, until told otherwise.

 

BTW: I've failed to find any question in your original post, but I assume it would be about your redir issues - my 5 cents: it works fine for me (mozilla too) and probably majority of folks. I'm just guessing - maybe in Mordor (or any other non-western part of the globe) it doesn't and if so - culprit would be endpoint's location (unfriendly/anti-standard environment), not the server's configuration.

The redirection works completely fine. I've confirmed it on multiple browsers and with multiple people. So, the issue is 100% on your end, not the sites.

 

Normally, I would help you troubleshoot what could be causing it on your end. I'm even reasonably confident I already know what is wrong and how YOU would need to fix it, but I'm not in the habit of helping people who are rude and meanspirited to everybody around them. So, fix it yourself.

It's a template issue; it occasionally happens when it caches with a temporary error present. I'll fix it soon as I'm able when I wake up. In the meantime, if it's not functional and you need to make use of it, it should be working fine on the alternate light theme for the site, which you can swap to from the theme selector at the very bottom left of every page.

Use the report button on their messages, and they'll be promptly banned. Harassment of that nature won't be tolerated to any degree. It doesn't matter if they keep making new accounts; they can keep getting banned and wasting their time. You've contributed a lot to the community, while all they've done is take and destroy; letting them win by giving up just validates their shitty subhuman behavior in their eyes.

The controls are functional.. I wanted to make sure it is a known issue and not something on my end, like a CSS stylesheet being blocked for some reason by my firewall.

I tried the light theme but I am too used to the dark theme on LL.. it hurt my eyes and made me feel like a bat

I can be patient and wait for a fix whenever it comes. No rush on my account.

I want to say that I enjoyed most of my stay on this forum. I joined in 2012 and has always been treated well.

 

The community was all about helping each other making Skyrim the best it could be.

 

But after COVID the forum has changed. Probably why many of the mod authors I remember are not here anymore.

 

 

I will always be grateful to You Ashal for making Sexlab. HDT was also introduced here. So I have had many great memmories.

 

 

Modding is important to me. But Death threats are the line for me. I can never be sure that my content is safe, as long as those people are part of this place.

 

 

A big thanks to the REAL fans here. Maybe we will see each other again...
