I'm having a problem, I *think* this is Assets (judging by the mod number) but it could be Integration.

I'm trying to add the restrictive items to a cell, and I can't find the boots.

 

I found

zad_restrictiveCollarInventory

zad_restrictiveCorsetInventory

zad_restrictiveGlovesInventory

 

Which item is the restrictive boots? I can't even find their name in the CK!

 

The boots (Due to their dependency on HDT High Heels) are present in DDx, rather than DDa or DDi.

Was it Koffii or Zadil who did the recent new models?

 

I haven't been paying attention recently.

 

Koffii's made the "restrictive" gear (the most recent assets).

 

Zadil is on a break for the time beeing due to real life needing his full attention. Meanwhile, Kof is hammering out new assets like a champ, and the code/maintenance side of things is beeing handled by Min, Aelie and myself.

Ah!  Well, great job to everyone!  I know I've said it before, but I was here when this mod was just the basic belt-- and its come to far!

 

BRILLIANT work on the new restrictive gear, Koffii.  Looks great, love the aesthetics.  Extreme attention to detail is the sort of thing I can get behind, and I loved looking at all the little details in the locks and whatnot.

 

And I'll say it here even though I know the Integration thread is out there, but the coding is spot on as well!  Min definitely gets top prize for building such an easily plugin-able system, but all the additional work is great too!  And the formation of the Expansion (or extra, or whatever that third component is called) was a great way of getting around concerns about extra dependencies.

 

I'm impressed.  And perhaps more importantly, I'm REALLY happy this mod family exists.  You guys are all awesome.

so I have a question disguising a selfish request. ^_^     There are existing ponyboots in DD that go up to the knee.  It looks like the preview of the boots you gave us go just over the knee.

 

Any chance of making a version that's thigh-high, like the existing restrictive boots? and hopefully eventually in the 3 colours with ebonite versions?

 

I've been looking for thigh-high boots and opera gloves in other colours than black, but the ones I found in white and red have some really bad texturemaps. The "shine" on them is horrible, and they don't match anything else.

 

I'm trying to find any kind of guides that might be able to teach me how to change the textures on them, and also looking for good nifscope tutorials to learn how to edit items as well.

 

enough diverging. If there's no plan/interest in making a thigh-high version of these new ponyboots, just say so and I'll hush up and be grateful for the awesome stuff you folks have already given us. Cause I sure don't have the skills to bring the fruits of my perverted imagination into the game.

The ballet boots are thigh-high. The ponyboots are going to be just over the knee because that says more 'sporty' in my mind, lol.

 

I'm always looking to differentiate my items as much as possible so that they're recognizable from afar. Unfortunately it's not really feasible to do a different version of something (other than with a texture). It would take many hours.

 

The three colors will almost certainly happen, though it depends on Coop - he's the one that makes the lovely alternate color textures :)

 

(What you've found were probably the ebonite versions. Coop actually makes two versions of each color in DDx. Shiny ebonite and somewhat more matte leather.)

I have yet to model the plugs for the thing. And then Min&Aelie need time to do their Papyrus magic. And then it needs a beta-testing period before it can be released to the general public.

wow, those boots really look great! totally :heart: the level of detail and realistic/plausible assembly (i guess there will there be another lock preventing the opening of the zipper?).

 

btw:  can we hope for an official Bodyslide release of those? :angel:

Whilst that's obviously the plan, i do feel i need to stress something:

 

We don't hold back new items for the sake of the coloured/ebonite versions, ever, and we never have. We've done a few joint releases before that had those assets in them from the get go, but those were possible because the assets were done a while before the scripts and code was, which ment i had idle time in which to make the textures and mesh edits (this beeing the big time-sink in the process), and that's how it became possible.

 

 

I have free reign to release DDx updates as needed, and my stance is "make the new toys avalible ASAP, then worry about the fancy optionals later", so that's the going rate for red/white/ebonite stuff. I do make an effort to not make you guys wait too long for it when i can, but they won't always be there from the start.

 

They probably won't be with the new Ponyboots for instance, since they need HDT-HHS to work those will likely get packaged with DDx, and i'll release them as soon as they are implimented, then worry about different colour options later as an update.

Those look incredibly great. Some ideas if you want them?

- Might want to secure the zipper a bit, so you can't just unzip the boots. True, there are locks on the ankle, but it would look very silly if the thigh part was unzipped and hanging loose while the shoe part is still stuck on.

- I'd suggest maybe a thigh-strap just above the rim of the boot that attaches to the zipper so it can't be pulled down. Maybe make the strap a part of the front plate?

Can we have a high res version of the current devices? :P

Even though they already look great by themselves but it would be a lot better to have a higher quality in texture.

Skyrim barely ever renders anything above 1k textures.

 

It will load 2k textures when you are extremely close to the object (like using the TFC command to move the camera right up to it), but normally? Using 2k textures actually causes a loss of quality, because what the game is loading in are 1k mipmaps rather than the actual 2k texture. Mipmaps are an auto-generated LOD texture, so it actually looks worse than a proper made 1k texture.

 

 

So basically, including "Hi-Def" textures is just wasting Vid-RAM to bring you worse image quality in the end (you won't be looking at the nice 2k textures for 90% of the time, you'll be looking at the crappy mipmaps). That's why we're not doing it ;)

To clarify, this is *not* to say all textures should be 1k and no more, ever. It just refers to textures on wearable clothing and armor since Skyrim will just fade out your character if you ever get close enough to see the 2k textures.

 

This is of course assuming you're playing at normal resolutions. If you were playing at 4k, there would be significant benefit to 2k textures - but I expect that's not the case for an overwhelming majority of players.

Really looks amazing this new stuff. Only got a problem with the restrictive gloves in 1st person i get clipping on the upper left arm if i use a crossbow. Works fine with every other weapon. Is there some kind of fix for that?

 

Got a problem with the bra`s and nipple piercings i can`t see them anymore. Already reinstalled body and all the other mods related to the mods. Im using the normal unp 1.2. I did check the mcm menu for hiding stuff it`s set to none. So that`s not the problem. If i put them on the breasts get crushed but i don`t see anything. And it doesn`t  ask me if im sure to put the bra on. Yesterday i had UNP Skinny and everything worked. Now even if i install the skinny version again i can`t see the items don`t know what to do.

 

Reinstalled it over and over again can`t figure out what the problem is.

 

A litte suggestion how about some garters for the corset. Leather and Lace Mod Garter almost fits.

 

Maybe made of steel or chains then. 1 which fits the belt and one for the corset that would be nice.

Found the problem it was SOS or something related to it now everything works fine.

 

Some more ideas black contact lenses for the eyes as blindfold replacer and earplugs and somekind of a tube for the new mask wich goes on the back in a rebreather a bit hardcore i know and please a catsuit wich fits under all this gear in some colors and transparent in some colors plcs almost fits your clothing but some clipping unfortunetly. Really like your stuff looks good and is kinky. Keep up the good work.

hey..


i want to ask about something ...i got an problem while equipping the armbinder ..but after that i got that fixed (found that there are two armbinders under diffrenct names ..) so had to remove all the meshes and installed them again ..problem is i can't see them right now .. they are hidden , hidden with ( palms and feet) ..so any idea how may i solve this ??

Just check the Device Hider Options in the MCM Menu Armbinder is Slot 46. It sometimes activates the Hider Function Automaticly.

 

Got a question there are Unlocked Restrictive Boots with a description i shouldn`t see them in game but i do. Do i break my scripts if i wear them? I prefer wearing them because there is not the "No Running" Debuff on it. Can`t run with the normal locked ones they look better but not running isn`t an option. I play it with many mods what makes the game impossible to play if i can`t run the enemies are just too strong. Sometime you just have to run.

 

Is there a way i can remove the "Not Running" Debuff on the Boots? Want to wear the White or Red Ebonite Boots? A console command maybe?

Or could you please add the Ebonite Red,White and Black Restrictive Boots without the "Not Running" Debuff in the next Update?

it's not only the armbinder ..it's the pony boots too ??
