For example I use Start Me Up and depending where I choose to transpot to, Autonomy will work or not regardless of any easy sex options. I have tried 2 new games now and Autonomy will not kick in even at 30sec. setting. Wouls a restart mod button maybe help? Started yet a new game and mod will not start up. Using 2.6 Horny option. I will redownload Autonomy to clean out any gremlims, then reset my options. I have been using MCG npc/npc interaction as backup. It still the most stable of all random sex npc systems..IMHO.

I've spent about 50 hours trying all kinds of different settings, both AER MCM and AAF_settings.ini. I really like the variable scene length feature, i've just been trying without it for a while to see if that might affect the 3some/clusterfuck problem. It doesn't. - The quest markers seem to be related to the notification control, and i only recently turned that on and was delighted to find markers over many active NPCs. Not all, but Shenanigans only used to show one at a time, so this is great! - The 3somes setting is OFF at installation, but the help text at the bottom of the MCM says that ON is the default. Could this be part of not being able to turn 3somes off? Thanks for all the work InvictusBlade!

I always set mine for much shorter distance thinking it would allow me to see animations nearer to me. Also I have a longer scan period than he does ,thinking that so short a one would have animations piling up on one another. I always had the Enable Autonomy Enhanced Interactions toggled on. In MCM make "Autonomous Perk Settings" = NO SEX and in "Autonomous Perk Base Game Chances" on the next MCM page make factions of your choice 0% if you want them to have autonomous sex, 100% if you don't want them to have sex. I got it working using some of your setting choices and ran into the Clusterfuck event. I was in a 2some, then add npc for a 3some, then add npc for a 4some. I believe it is the add npc command to set up 3 somes that gets stuck or duplicated.

Glad you called it a clusterfuck "event" and not a "bug"! If there was some way they could be optionally selected and properly stopped, Clusterfucks could be one of Autonomy's best new features! BTW, the above are not my usual gameplay settings, they are the pedal-to-the-metal, try-and-break-it, showoff settings. Thanks - Home Key for AAF GUI doesn't work? - For quest markers set "Enable Autonomy Enhanced Notifications" = ON in AER MCM, AND Pipboy>Data>Quests>Miscellaneous>"I can detect sexual activity from miles away" selected. Edit: I usually don't have the AAF GUI or AER Debug turned on, i've just included them in the vidcaps in case they are of use to InvictusBlade for troubleshooting. It is unfortunate that Notifications has to be turned on to enable the quest markers, the PipBoy quest setting alone should be enough for that. Edited August 12, 2021 by dosfox screen clutter

It reassures me that the mod is actually functioning. Is there a way to increase the chances for a threesome. After 50 animations over a 3 game startup period, only got one? I don't even know how threesome actually work in this mod and I know how buggy they are

This is the last version of Autonomy before threesomes and other troublesome features were introduced. I have tested every other version of Autonomy since then and this is the one i always end up going back to for stability and reliablity. If you could add your Autonomy Perk and hotkey functionality to that version there would probably be far less problems to deal with ... and still have the best version of Autonomy so far. All i know is that after "RSE Elements Vol5 - Random Shenanigans (v.04)", versions of Shenanigans with the new threesome feature were very unstable. Shortly thereafter the RSEII versions were released which depended on RSEx.esm, required a "reset" button, and had many unfixed bugs. The most common problems i experienced with v.04 were improperly ending scenes, equip-vanilla-clothing-during-animation, and the unreliable quest marker. The broken animations and equip-clothing issues may be engine bugs, maybe AAF issues, maybe Autonomy bugs, maybe all my fault, i don't know. While there are less of those errors now, they are still there. The unreliable quest marker has been an issue since it was first introduced, but your implementation of it has been the best so far. While it doesn't support 3somes, v.04 does handle multiple concurrent animations easily and requires no user input beyond MCM settings. It does not try to engage the Player Character in any way. (If i wanted a 3some i could "F11" a running animation and join in!) IMHO the addition of your Perk, Faction and Hotkey features to v.04 would make it the ideal Redux of Vinfamy's Autonomy. ------------------------------ Edit: One drawback of RSE Elements Vol5 - Random Shenanigans (v.04) was that it was packaged with Flashy's experimental Arousal System. It's just that sometimes the mod stops working all of a sudden, as soon as I realize that it's been some time without the notification appearing I go to Wolfgang to do the test and I change the mod's settings to force activation there in front of me and nothing happens.
