Skyrim SexLab - Sex Animation Framework v1.62 - UPDATED Jun 3rd 2016

Possible bug to report.  No sexual experience gains.  No idea if it's a problem on my end.  I've tried the cleanup options in the mcm and changing the mod order a little but no change. edit guess i should clarify.  it's the specific experience categories indicating vaginal, anal and so on. the rest works fine.

anyone else has issues runing skyrim with skse 1.7 alpha?

No problems here at all using SKSE 1.70 and Skyrim latest version as updated by Steam.

 

I updated to SKSE 1.70 alpha about a month ago because one of the other mods I was using (Radiant Prostitution Tweaked) required it. A major advantage of 1.70 is that the Sheeson memory patch is already incorporated into it, so we don't need the whole "Give firstborn to Sheeson" ini file entry and hacked SKSE binary file that were required with previous versions of SKSE. So when Sexlab was updated to also require SKSE 1.70, I was already there.

 

I have not had the first CTD, ILS or freeze from using SKSE 1.70. It has been 100% stable, reliable and functional (MCM, SkyUI, all mods, etc.) for me. So I would respectfully suggest that if you are having issues using SKSE 1.70, they are being caused by some mod (or an outdated version of Skyrim?) being incompatible with it, and not the fault of SKSE 1.70 per se.

 

well i have the latest version of skyrim (ofc) but skse 1.7 alpha wont launch it whatever i try... i reverted back to previous version and to sexlab 1.39b   :/

I am about to take the plunge and upgrade from 1.39 to 1.54. But I am confused as to the precise steps. The instuctions on the title page still say that we can use the update version for updating from 1.39, but when I go to the download page, there are two files; the whole hog sexlab and an update version entilted 1.50-1.54.

 

How do I update from 1.39? I want to do this right, since I know that others have had problems. Can I use the update file or do I need to install as if from scratch?

Apparently 1.55 is due out, I'd suggest you wait for that one since it deals with the major bug in 1.54 - double mcm menus when upgrading over 1.39b.

 

Going from 1.39b to any of the 1.5x series will require the main, 1.54 or 1.55 file. the 1.50-1.54 file is for people who have any of 1.50, 1.51, 1.52 or 1.53 already installed and want to upgrade to 1.54.

 

Me, I did a complete removal of SL along with using the script cleaners before upgrading. Sure, I lost all my quest progression but to be honest, for me it was a small loss compared to the gains 1.5x offers.

can someone help me i have problems whit sexlab, first i downgraded from 1.51 to 1.39b and then becaus animations where not starting i did go to 1.54.

but now i can't click on anything in the mcm menu, and animations still not working. (i did it al whit nmm)

That's a defect in the body skeleton, without the proper bones to allow realistic deformation in certain positions the body will do as you have noted. If these bother you that much just disable the animations that are deformed so you don't have them even starting instead of having to fast forward through them.

 

(You are mainly talking about the AP animations I assume, most of the rest of the animations were done by animators who avoided such distressed looking positions).

Indeed.  Part of a new Framework update process is turning off all of the AP animations, for those very reasons.

Yeah my SFX for oral/vag/anal aren't playing either. Everything else works well. Female voices work perfectly and I think I heard the male voice as well/

Ok, tested SexLab 1.54 together with the new SoS Beta and just Matchmaker installed. I have all requirements installed, SKSE 1.07 alpha too. I installed on a save that has never seen a Sexmod from LL.

 

Pros:

 

-Nice MCM overhaul

-The expression settings are a blast

-Oral and wet Sounds are playing nicely for me, but ok, I installed on a sexmod clean save and had no update procedure.

 

Cons:

 

-Sex Diary not updating (the sexual experience section, everything remains at unskilled).

 

-The bend/crooked schlong bug gets annoying. Formerly you just had to hit U once for a rotation to get it straight, now it might happen, that it is straight in the animation from the beginning, but when you hit U for a turn (to get better lighting for example) the schlong will be bend/crooked for the rest of all animation stages and nothing can change that, another time hitting U won't solve it.

 

It happens for SoS for Females and normal SoS Schlongs, only occasionaly, far from always.

 

I am using XPMS 1.93a from Nexus in its absolute standard/default version (no special weapon placement, no JoP) and RRaF (and let XPMS override SoS and RRaF of course) and have FNIS 5.02 installed.

Alright, finally got it installed and working. For whatever reason uninstalling it completely and installing the new version didn't work last time, but I gave it another shot and now everything seems to be working okay.

 

One question though: it seems like there's a much wider span of time between when an act is supposed to begin and when it actually starts. It takes about ten seconds for an animation to start whereas it used to take only a quick moment. Is this something new, or something I can tweak in the settings or whatever?

In regards to the toggle animation screen being empty on a new game.

 My Sexlab 1.54 was working fine, started a new game and lo and behold, toggle animations screens blank.. tried reseting SL and animations several times on clean saves, clean saves after script cleaning ect ect, the ONLY way I was able to get the animations back was to uninstall EVERY sexlab associated mod, reset SL, new save, run script cleaner, reset SL AGAIN, then they came back. After they came back, I was able to install all the sexlab mods back again and everything was fine. My GF had to do the same thing on her system when starting a new game as well.

 This is going to suck if thats what we have to do everytime we start a new game.. lol 

Anyways, Once i get it working on a game, I love it   its the getting it to work part thats i dislike..

I would just do a Save-Exit-Disable v1.39- Enable 1.54-run FNIS 5.02- load Skyrim and prepare to be SUCKED like a straw.

Always download the WHOLE file, the version X to version Y updates mean you have to hold onto another file and if you aren't keeping a copy of the downloaded mods you risk loosing mods you use if something happens to the site.

Okay think I might be on to whats wrong, do either of you use Nusbie's Voices? That's the only sound mod that I have for sex lab. Decided to see how it worked when i removed it and the oral and sex sounds worked with no issues.

I have Nusbie's as well but disabling it doesn't resolve the issue. If I mess with the volume and time delay settings in MCM sometimes it will play but it's rare.
