Check your JContainers Version.
Mine was too new, now I can use the trauma function.

just reinstalled Skyrim with some mods and for some reason I can't check "creature content" in the mcm.
Creature Framework is installed, and Creature Animations are checked in SL.
Any Ideas why this could be?

already downgraded to Skyrim SE

new save didn't help

 

I think I fixed it, had the AE Version of JContainers.
Got the right Version for SE and had to start a new game.

I don't know what it is with me and SLS MCM,

 

for some reason, I can't save any key binds for the "all in one" menu or "open mouth".

I set one, change the tab/close and open mcm, and it's back to no key bind.

Two questions as I'm finally doing a playthrough involving bikini armour.

 

1. I'm using SunJeong's TAWOBA 6.1 remastered. I also installed the corresponding file from post #1 in this thread - but if I understand it correctly that just adds keywords to the bikini parts. I'm also supposed to create the breakdown recipes, by pressing the button in the SLS MCM. I've convinced myself I also need a json that corresponds to the version of TAWOBA that I'm using, before I press the button in the MCM. Is that actually correct? And if so, where do I get that json? And do I place it in Data/SKSE/Plugins/StorageUtilData/SL Survival/BikBreak/Custom? ... or is that all wrong?

 

2. I've enabled bikini licenses for the first time... when does the bikini curse trigger? Once the PC has a bikini license but not an armour license? What's the quickest way to test whether the bikini curse is working in my game?

 

I'd appreciate any insight on this :)

Yes, the bikini curse triggers when the PC has a bikini license.

 

Test by using the wheel menu -> debug list -> issue bikini license, then put on a garment without the keyword.

So far my slow start is very slow. My PC is still working her way up to the bikini license (father is VERY demanding)... I guess this also applies to non-armour clothing? So the choice is naked or skimpy no matter what. But... I guess... you can have the curse lifted when you have an armour license or when you no longer have a bikini license?

From what I could tell from the source files, yes - armor has to be keyworded as bikini armor, clothes have to be marked as "slooty" or with the "bikini armor" keyword.

I am running into a weird issue where new characters won't have the mod initialized fully. Things like begging and bargaining to get through the tolls don't fire. Also, the menu's don't respond to changes. For SLS, the only message that comes up when a new character is created and other mods are initialized is something about the pickpocket lists. Sometimes, after some time playing I'll get messages like "SLS updating scripts to .640" and I will keep getting them incrementing up sequentially until it finally gets to .662. Once that happens, everything seems to start working correctly. Should the "SLS scripts updating to ..." happen when a new character is created? Is there something I can do to trigger it when it doesn't happen?

Do you have UI Extensions installed? i had the same problem and I think UIExtensions fixed it.

Has anyone had an issue with enchanted clothing getting unexpectedly confiscated? Here is the scenario I am running into.

 

  1. My character has enchanted clothing on her arms, legs, and head. 
  2. She is stopped by the toll collector and instructed he will check her licenses
  3. He confirms she has valid armor and weapon licenses
  4. He notes that her anti-magic curse has worn off and reapplies the tattoo
  5. He tells her she is free to go and the dialogue ends
  6. At this point, my character's enchanted clothing is unequipped and removed from her inventory

 

Weapons, Armor, Magic, Curfew, and Whore licensing are active, but Clothing licensing is turned off.

 

I hate to have to disable licenses on this save... if anyone has a workaround for this please let me know! Currently running version .662 SE.

I think that enchanted clothing is considered a magic item, and is confiscated unless you have a magic license.

 

There are other magic items, such as scrolls, that are also confiscated unless you have a magic license.

is there anyway to make enforcer, and guards wont notice u re a girl in the city or town outside big cities
like wearing a full robe and hood makes them dont notice u?

SLS only supports Realistic Needs and Diseases, iNeed, Eating Drinking Sleeping, and Frostfall. The author doesn't develop for SE, so unless someone writes the scripts I doubt we'll see support for Survival Mode or any SE-exclusive survival mods.

hi everyone, i've been having very annoying issue with the guards where they kept telling me "its illegal to have weapons equipped"  even though i have none equipped. i even unticked every single guard dialogue but nothing changed and i also disabled toll and licenses, am i missing something here? is there something i have to do after disabling all this?

This problem can occur if you have spells equipped and brawl. The game unequips your spells automatically when beginning the brawl, but SLSurvival thinks you have weapons equipped.

 

The solution is to equip and unequip your spells. That should fix SLS guard behavior.

Ran to a new issue, the kennel keeper will put DD on you before letting you in, but all the beds are not available when having DD on. There is no "E" button anymore, do you think it's a DD issue or SLS issue?

I have not seen that behavior. That is not default behavior from SLS or DD.

 

Maybe you have another mod installed that disables the Interact button when you have DDs equipped?

Through gameplay, purchase a weapon license from the quartermaster, or (cheatingly) use the G key Wheel menu -> Misc -> Debug -> Issue Single Perpetual License. ?
