"sqv DvCidhna_Listener" should show that quest running.

My character is sold and then the "Simple Slavery" quest completes without me ever interacting with a new owner.

I just verified that the auction is working. I didn't have any of those currently installed, so to test: - I got the latest SD+ (last updated yesterday) and installed it. - Loaded a game, waited for the SD+ MCM, and confirmed that its MCM is working. - Opened the SS++ MCM, went to System, pressed "Enslave me now". - Started the auction, got sold, was handed off to a SD+ master. Perhaps you have an installation problem or some other problem with your game. After the auction, SS++ gives control to SD+ by sending the "PCSubEnslave" mod event, which SD+ listens for. SD+ must be running correctly to receive and handle the event. Did you follow the advice given to the person you quoted, who had the same problem and solved it? That seems to be your best course of action.

I have the same problem with these mods installed + Lola. I tested with the "Enslave me now" option, and the quest finishes and I just leave, no one to talk to. Its a fresh install with only a couple hours played on the save, with no other obvious bugs so far. Edit: I've done a small test, I left only SD+ checked in the menu before the enslave option and it worked. So there may be a problem with another mod from those mentioned... Edit 2: I tested Cursed Leon and Followers. Followers worked fine but Cursed didn't. That is the problem, Cursed Loot Leon. Don't know about the other cursed loot options.

The trigger for them was disabled in DCL when they were reworked to use XDFF. Kimy has said that the triggers will work again in DCL 9. I should hide those options here until they're available again. 1

Xuvish Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 FYI, Deviously Cursed Loot is in beta testing for version 9. They enabled the Leon and Leah outcomes. I tested them myself and it works fine. Not sure when the official version 9 will be released.

Some players have had trouble lately, so it seemed best to turn off options that don't do anything at this time. I really should have done this back in July when it first came to my attention, but then I forgot about it. When DCL 9 comes out, it will be very easy to re-enable the Leon & Leah options. I'm following the DCL page, so I should see the update when it arrives. For those working with the DCL 9 beta, the previous version of SS++ is still available (or just don't update). 1

websterhamster Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 After reinstalling SD+ and DCL it seems to be working now. I also had outdated versions of both SS++ and SD+ somehow, so I updated those. All is well.
YojimboRatchet Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 i noticed that people are having issues when being sent to Leon/Leah via SS++, whereas nothing happens. you may want to check out the scripting on Deviously Enslaved. i have been sent to Leon at least 3 or 4 times over the past few months when someone decided to approach me and "sell" to someone "they know", and i was enslaved by Leon successfully (not counting the current DCL quest bug, which is triggered automatically anyway and can be fixed with console commands - see DCL thread for info). so obviously being sent to Leon can work. maybe whatever is written in that mod, can be useful to you in fixing Leon/Leah in SS++

They are coming back on the next version.

This is DCL 8.5's code for enslavement to Leon through the mod event: Event OnTriggerLeon(string eventName, string strArg, float numArg, Form sender) ; temporarily disabled EndEvent Kimy has said that it's coming back in DCL 9. It's available in the beta. When that comes out, I'll reenable it in the auction. DEC took a different approach and rewrote that enslavement to start dcur_df_QuestScript directly. I'd rather not do that here, and just wait for DCL to restore support for the mod event when it's ready to do so.
Naps-On-Dirt Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 Whenever another update is ready, could you also set the auction house to be located in Riften? Its a setting in the CK or something. Needed for people playing with SL Survival... right now walking into the auction house has you exiting Riften without paying a toll, and if you take too long in there Bad Things(tm) happen to you when you leave. I thought you had done this already actually, but I just saw the "I don't think anyone noticed I skipped out" message when I left. Maybe my SS++ isn't up to date, I can't tell what version it is atm. I didn't update for the most recent change I know, but I thought I was up to date other than that.

It's been set as part of Riften for a long time (in SS++). The slave market cell belongs to SSLVLoc, which has the keywords for Dwelling and Store, and parent location RiftenLocation. This follows the same pattern as the other buildings in Riften.
