Devious Followers - Continued

Hey, Lupine, I realize you have your reasons, and not here to try and rush you, or pressure you, but just curious. Do you foresee an update to this mod any time soon? Just asking because it's really the only one with planned changes I'm looking forward to.

Hello, not sure where to post this. 
But I think I made a mistake with installation to have Devious Followers and Submissive Lola work together. 

 

I reached the point where the PC has too many Deals and gets forced enslaved by use of Submissive Lola. Now that I have reached Submission Score of 51+, the dialogue that triggers Submissive Lola to end (which was started "as punishment") works but when Submissive Lola ends, Devious Followers does not continue. The mod stays paused and if I manually enable it, I can not trigger the Follower as "Devious Follower". 

 

When I started I did had to force the dialogue option on the Follower to make her into a Devious Follower.

Other mods:
 - Nether's Follower Framework (installed after having Illia as Devious Follower.)

 

This is the Skyrim SE port of the mod.

Does someone know what determines how often you get "rented" out for sex by your follower?

My play is a sex slave to my follower. But it seems always a long time before something happens. I haven't figured out what that something is.

I would only assume you have too high will power or resistence? look at your settings, perhaps you're just not pathetic enough.

Lol.... this is the thing. I always thing that if i am a slave, my resistance should not play a big role.

Follower could, if i would be resisting, either punch me in the face or whip.

Anyway, i will check my resistance. Perhaps its that.

I just ran a quick test while working on my load order.

 

- Start via LAL, summon Lydia and make her DF, rake up debt to the point where she is about to start forcing deal

- teleport to Riften and get my poor girl sold to another NPC as Lola

- designate Lydia as playmate

 

...and she starts enforcing DF deals. Is it supposed to happen? I was under impression that DF events should be suspended during Lola enslavement. Or is it only when Lola master and DF master is the same NPC?

As I understand it:

 

If you are sent to Simple Slavery++, DFC clears out any DFC follower and debt. Also, if DFC itself passes you to SubLola slavery as a result of accumulating too much debt it's supposed to suspend for the duration (I've not tested that, unlike the SS++ thing which In know works). However, it is also possible to have SubLola and DFC running concurrently (with different followers or the same follower).

 

Basically, there's nothing about SubLola + DFC by itself that stops or suspends DFC unless it either goes through SS++ or DFC debts puts you into SubLola slavery directly.

 

So to me it sounds like you started DFC and SubLola separately, in which case what you are getting is the expected behaviour.

The second point is where you're doing things not in the way you want it. As @Anunya said, DFC only suspends events when this mod enslaves you to SLtR. That is for a week (+ days added per Lola punishments if you've ticked that in SLtR's MCM) and ends, giving control back to DFC. As @Straze just reported, giving back control sometimes fails. Other people reported, and I observed it myself, that it's impossible to get enslaved via DFC for a second time.

 

What you did, as far as I understand, is having two Mistresses, one for Lola, and Lydia for DFC. Works as intended, although I found it annoying that their actions contradict from time to time. Would be lovely to have a better interaction between these two mods, but as Hexbolt and Lupine went on each other's throat just for the entry point of SLtR enslavement, I'd not expect anything to happen in that regard.

1- My PC is married to Aela, does this mod have any bugs related to marriage or followers that you are married to can't be used in this mod ?
2 - is this mod used to play along with slaverun and sl survival ?

Yes, DFC works very well with SL Survival, because SL Survival integrates with DFC's Willpower system.

 

In my opinion, DFC doesn't work as well with Slaverun, because Slaverun has its own slavery system.

First and foremost, thank you for your existence and for creating this mod. Been using it for a little over two years and it is an awesome mod, not just to satisfy, but as a game balancer. I love the ability of this mod to keep me interested in skyrim even after I max out smithing and enchanting, truly one of the best mods for power gamers like me who strive for the big numbers and on balancing that.

 

But I got into the mood for ideas and perhaps you'd be interested in implementing them for more than just game play purposes, but also for bugfixes and maybe compatibility. 

 

A vaginal plug deal. I love the anal plug, but... it simply doesn't work with ownership chastity. It is forbidden to remove the DD5 filter, so by default, chastity ruins animations and this mods interactions, so I turn off ownership completely and just use modular deals for collar and cuffs. If I have a closed gag, deal chastity and anal Plug, no sex happens. Just spanking or maybe feet fetish stuff which ain't what I'm about. I can manage the gag part, but now, I can't use FHU completely or hentai pregnancy. Ever. But... with a vaginal plug, you have all the same functionality of a plug, except now you can progress with the whore deal (only assuming the vaginal plug replaces the anal plug in said deal), considering than the open hole for anal set now has a purpose. It can be either a replacement for the whore deal and make anal plug a modular, or just a modular add-on.

 

I also vouch for a hood/gas mask deal, the open hood already almost works with the panel gags as is, just a slight graphic with the mouth being closed and works fine with a blindfold. But I really am not too focused on it.

 

Once again, thanks Lupine and everyone else whose accredited for this awesome mod and all the hard work you've put into it, this is one of those mods that will never leave my load order no matter the updates or lack thereof!

My follower is not giving me any devices from deals or from the "do you have any devices" dialog option, I'm using DD 5.1. If anyone knows a fix or something I could try to do that would be greatly appreciated.

I got it fixed, the solution was to manually delete the Lozeak Device Controller manually and let the mod regenerate it.

I've just run into an animation issue:

My PC just got sold to a new Devious Follower through SS++. Got equipped with the spike boots, collar and mittens, and forced to crawl at the start, in Nightgate Inn. Did sex, drank skooma and had a night sleep all normally, with the forced crawling still working. Then, I saved the game and went to do other things irl.

When I returned to the game, my character was no longer crawling even with the same devices equipped, instead walking in two legs. Reloading the save prior to sleeping also did not solve this issue. However, using Debug menu, unequipping the boots and re-equipping them fixes that, at least until I quit the game again.

What could be the cause of the DFC crawling animation not being applied after loading a saved game? I'm using SSE (not updated to Anniversary Edition).

I'm having a problem with the jarl game, where after the initial dialogue with the jarl player controls and camera gets locked and the scene doesn't progress. I tried Lupine's suggested fix of just terminating the scene and restoring player controls in the mcm but that didn't work for me. For now I guess I'll just have my follower wait outside any room with a jarl, but I was wondering if there is an actual fix for this since it seems like a fair few people have experienced the same issue in this thread?

 

edit: I ended up applying the fix found in this comment, figured I might as well upload the script and source files for anyone else who encounters this problem and can't be bothered compiling the script themselves.

Thanks for this, I'll give it a try and see if it helps. I've been avoiding Jarls because of this issue or I pause DFC if I need to but I'd rather have the PC suffer/enjoy her time.

Hey! Wanted to suggest a feature that might be not too complex to implement. The follower is obviously hot and horny for our dragonwhores so why not spam the probably tightly bound whore with the option to knock off some gold from the debt with handjobs, blowjobs, etc. If this idea seems fun, it could also have a progression where you get less and less gold for the same thing or having to work harder for the same amount. Just a thought. Love the mod, can't wait to see more of it! Cheers!

any chance of an mcm change where we can just set the numbers? now I have to tweak the debt at lvl 1 and debt at leverl 100 to get the desired numbers.

There are three of these scenes. One with the Jarl, another happens when you're wearing DD Ponyboots in a dungeon (resp. an area with the dungeon keyword), and yet another one when you're blindfolded in a dungeon.

iirc  ...... the Jarl game requires a collar and a certain number of active deals (but not enslaved) and certain devious devices will block it.

i do not remember the number of deals or which devices block it offhand (been out of skyrim for a while), but am rebuilding it now on new computer.
