Zanzuki93 Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 Hello i was plying this mod and i was trying to progress the locations of "Adventurer" and i had some questions and potentially a bug so i met her in bleak falls barrow talked to her and everything is ok there. I am currently in Redoran's Retreat and i have no dialog options for her even though i killed all the bandits in the cave. Is she supposed to have dialog associated with this location as well and for the other locations? Also if she is supposed to have dialog how do i get her to trigger that dialog? I am going to try a couple things and report back if i find anything that works thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this. Edit: I updated from 1.7.1 to 1.9.1 and her dialog now triggers now

I'd really love to see if it could actually be continued

As a lvl 4 coming into Whiterun meeting the kid and being told to buy a house and my spouse and kids are captive... doesn't feel like the best hook. Maybe there can be an MCM option for the quest to quest to auto start later in a play through after actually getting married or having the first adopted child (or your own through Fertility). It would feel like a better introduction to actually have a partner or child before being exploited to crazy town for their sake. 1

Maybe try Crash Fixes and Load Game CTD Fix mods. i already use crash fix soo im afraid that this inst the problem id say that my save file is corrupted or whatever, i didnt tried it in a different save, im literally going to try it rn and then report here (i still think that this inst the problem too, since i was playing Glenmoril that has some big cells without CTD) also when i was playing now the same loading ctd happened in service to art too

This is sometimes a hard problem to solve. CTD usually comes from the same old problems though: bad (corrupt) NIF files mismatched skeleton out of memory corrupt texture corrupt animation corrupt ESP/M file Tracking down a bad NIF can be very hard. Mismatched skeleton is usually easy to fix, and is caused by poor ordering of left pane in MO, or bad choices during install for NMM. Out of memory is often "falsely" reported for corrupt NIFs etc as they try to allocate insane amounts. It rarely does occur for real, but is usually always solved by re-playing. Corrupt ESPs and ESMs usually crash on load, so it's probably not that.

Corrupt ESPs and ESMs usually crash on load, so it's probably not that. probably something about NIF, Textures or esp idk what it may be, since i have no experience with esp files or nif, tomorrow i'll just try to reinstall both zaz and ToH, maybe check nifskope but i know i cant do much soooooo.. additional info is that this mod sometimes ctd when i try to check some of its items in Additem menu. that aint a rlly problem for my gameplay but every information is necessary when solving those kind of stuff. i slep gn

RoxDox Posted January 23, 2021 Posted January 23, 2021 First up I would like to say I like the premise of this mod, but I feel it needs a lot of work. There are so many quests with seemingly a random amount of markers or no markers at all, a good example is the dragon born quest to find 5 cultists, there is no indicator to where they are only 5 locations the player may not have found. Even once you get to these locations the "cultist" isn't marked out, I failed to find any of them. This makes for a really hard time completing quests. I don't know if you're going for some kind of minimal guidance thing but it doesn't really work when the grammar in the mod is this poor, I understand English isn't your primary language but maybe consider letting people translate or update the mod with unofficial translations, I've already seen some folks posting edits in this thread. Possibly also integrating with some other frameworks such as DD for devices or items related to what your character is meant to have equipped may make for a better time. For instance the quest where you apparently are having piercings done, nothing comes out of this scene and you don't really get the feeling your character is becoming more and more corrupted by this guild of degenerates. With all that being said though I hope you continue with the mod and improve on everything, I feel it is rather unique and there aren't many other mods like this one out there. 2

This a pretty good suggestion actually(the alternative is to simply activate the mod further down the playtrough,as I am doing for now).About Artano content...that thing writes itself(a high elf with a superiority complex and being a thalmor at that).DSHV if you have any more text to be corrected , feel free to send it. 1

A day or two later ... almost as if by coincidence ... Serpent shows up while you are travelling in the wilderness and says he heard of your wish and has come to grant it. You can willingly agree, or refuse and fight (as normal start). But in this case, you're basically asking to be debased from the start, and no blackmail or coercion is required - you're totally into it. 2
