This mod is really growing on me.  thank you.  love the creepy fan.. would like to see him become a dom.  more on mikeal would be great.  so happy both of those work for my male character.  changed flag for bruiser but then he disappeared.  Thanks again for your work.

Yeah, I thought it would be appropriate Totally a bug. Сharacters change their sizes to fit into animations. Maybe this bug is related to the Sexlab setting: adjust the size of the characters, because Bruiser is higher than normal NPC?

Also from what I read so far, it seems that the mod is focused on M/f relationships.
Are there any encounters (or plans) for dominant female npc follower for a female player?

Or perhaps a "hack" of sorts to change apperance of for example bruiser to a female?

That Should be the only thing that has to be done, However! i did use a mod to bypass the marriage bug in version 1.3.2 maybe that will help:Marriage Mod - To Have And To Hold

Other than that i simply bought a house(breezehome) and then married Bruiser ( Marriage mod will prevent you from seeing the textbox that should come when you marry him). 

I did the quests to become the dragonborn but i don't think that's a requirement?

 

you can also try to just scroll down when you talk to your spouse, it could show up, do a hard save/load or simply wait a few days or fast travel back and forth.

It could also be a mod that's blocking it, for example the dragonborn fan in the inn wouldn't show up because i had Immersive Citizens mod running, that changed npc's ai, and immediately showed up when i disabled it.

If its a bug, then i don't know man.

I'm having a weird issue with the LE version of this mod, specifically with the "Childhood Friend" guy.

 

He seems to work just fine up until he accuses me of blueballing him, at which point he tries to rape my character. I noticed the dialogue only seems to trigger in an inn, but whenever I do trigger it, the Sexlab scene tries to start, but we both fall through the floor and then the scene resets, re-dresses us, and Troubles of Heroine seems to believe the rape happened as we can talk about it. The problem is compounded then as, since the Sexlab scene breaks, every future sex between my character and the Childhood Friend causes the "teleport to giant camp" bug where we get launched into the air, and the Sexlab scene again resets. 

 

Sex with other characters continues to work fine, it's only with this guy... and he works fine up until that dialogue, such as when I lose a Rock Paper Scissors game. After that, all scenes with him break, whether inside an inn or outside.

I believe that the cause of that is another addon.
I had exactly the same issue - sex scene, teleport to giant camp, fly high then drop dead.
Thing is, I didn't even know about this mod back then  I blamed deviously enslaved for that, cause that was the latest one I got and the thing started.
After a reinstall it all went away, so can't really point you to the cause of the problem.

Oh and I usually get the undeground-giant camp-fly bug when I triggger the sex scene near townsquare of Whiterun or at the Bannered Mare Inn.

Oh no the giant camp bug is from Sexlab, but it's triggered when a sex scene doesn't properly complete. This mod isn't at fault for causing the teleport/launch, but it's not completing the sex scene in a repeatable way, which makes it indirectly responsible for the problem.

 

That's what I'm trying to say ^_^

It would be a funny play mechanic, but eventually I was only about mid-thigh height on normal PCs and he was the size of a giant so I setscale 1 on us both and I'll see if it stays or if he grows again. I also thought it might have something to do with the object he gave me, but guess not.

So next 1.4.3 update:

• Now you can play female quest for male. Go in the Riverwood Trader, type “tcl” in console, go through the wall behind the counter (right at the entrance) and take the “Troubles of Hero” item in the chest. Or you can use console commands or AddItemMenu mod, but in that case you can drop it. Dialogues will still be for women. To remove the item from inventory, in console type help troubles, find id of “Troubles of Hero” and type player.removeitem id 1. Also I delete Dragonborn title requirement from Real and False Heroes quest.....100%
• Female version of Bruiser in QASmoke cell. You can use console to teleport her to the world and disable male Bruiser. I added new dialogs for her and replace male dialogs, but I definitely missed something. If you want to play with her with male character, take the "Troubles of Hero" item, start her quest, then drop item.....100%
• Your doppelganger follower in the Winking Skeever, Solitude. It has fun by destroying your reputation. You can enslave it or be enslaved by it. As slave you must wear a sack on the head to talk to doppelganger. If your inventory has doppelganger’s hood, you can offer threesome to anyone.....100%
• Add prisoners to all prisons. If you upset the creepy prisoner, he will attack and you will have to kill him or die. Same for the dark prisoner (vampire), but his death adds new options for his cattle prisoner. Also add 2 male Nords and 1 female dunmer to one prison cell.....100%

Similar to this, Bruiser also now demand ale. Do not give him an ale through trade!.....100%
• Sexist Companions: Male can demand sex from Ria, Njada (and Tilma), and after becoming a werewolf from Aela. For female add quest Beauty and the Beast: After becoming a werewolf ask Aela about war whore’s tasks. One of Companions was stuck in a werewolf form and you here for help.
