If you're gonna get all philosophical, I say society does not need to (as in it being some sort of moral requirement) live with its mistakes, but it has to learn to do so because society if full of mistakes.

I guess the speaking with our wallets thing actually worked seeing as how the last few years metrics have shown that 80% of players are playing older games from before this shit started and Hollywood finally realized they are bleeding money and losing any credibility they had.
