Just a heads up, you should look at how semen overlays work and rechek it. They're disabled by default due to overlays causing absolutely horrendous memory leaks so the sooner it's... cleaned up, the better.

 

Also, what are potential issues of making a mass compatibility patch for egg laying/ovipositors for races just in case people decide to swap ovipositors in on their pawns? Having everything default to megascarab eggs isn't fun, but I'm also worried about it massively increasing load times if I decide to have it work for everything from Arachne to Zil-penis-having-creatures.

Hey, I'm having an odd issue with this mod where it seems to be working fine, and couples are able to have sex with logging info and everything, but prostitutes seem to break out of the animation after a single heart appears.  Basically no sex happens all the way unless the pawns are stuck in bed somehow.  If not, they'll find clients and get naked, into bed, etc., but then immediately remember they left the oven on or something on the opposite side of the base and the interaction ends.  I've tried using the debug modes to spawn sex everywhere and it all has the same pattern of starting then instantly stopping.

 

I've tried taking some mods out but unfortunately I have no idea what is causing it and modifying my list seems to cause the save in question to become unloadable.  Anyone had an issue like this before?  I'm kind of new to modding this game, or at least new to paying attention to what I'm doing, so it's entirely possible I've screwed something up somehow...

ive had some issues with fertilization lately btw.

 

Spiders and insects fertilize their own eggs atm, but I found a temporary work-around by making them self-fertilize by adding:
        <selffertilized>true</selffertilized>

 

I believe this was intended for queen-code. it works great but makes males unnecessary,.

i have an idea for a new core:

 

 

 

[CORE]
rape recistance
-if rapist has more melee skills than victim then everything will go as native
-but if rapist has equel or less melee skills from victim than there will happen these things with %50 chance:

 

 -victim will fight back for escaping from rape (and this fight will work same how "social fights" work)
   -if victim beats rapist than he will get a mod debuff and relationship debuff like "almost raped me")
   -if rapist wins the fight then everything go as native

 

-if victim is down or prostating herself/himself than this "rape recistance" won't be active
-maybe an option to on/off if the fight pawns will use their melee weapons or just using their bare hands
-and maybe this core maybe works like this with traits:


  -as a victim:
   -masoshict: they will not recist agains rapist
   -pyscopath and bloodlost: will beat the rapist till he/she dies (please do this one. maybe just for bloodlost but it has to be in it cuz it's cool)
  -if a pawn has masoshict and bloodlost/pyscopath at the same time then the rule goes as masoshict one. the victim will not recist to the rapist.

 

-if the victim is a comport prisoner then this core will not be active(?)(it's your choise, as all thhings)
-if victim wears armbinder and/or PrisonerChains, this core will not be active

Vulnerability doesnt make pawns recisting agains rapist. It just makes rapist choose whom to rape. You out of the point of the idea and that shows you dont want to work on it. Thx anyway.

Question - On the front page of this thread, it says for installation to remove older versions of RJW, but then under FAQ, it says it's probably fine to just update RJW.

 

Will I mess anything up if I just slap the latest patch onto my existing file?

 

(Also thank you for removing the Semen overlay).

I ran into a minor issue. This was in 2.0.5 but I don't see it addressed in the patch notes so:

I had a Futa i wanted to "upgrade" with a Bionic Penis. When i installed it, it took away the Vagina as well. Installing a Bionic Vagina then took away the Bionic Penis. Maybe add an operation for "attaching" a Bionic Penis, as opposed to installing, so you can have a fully bionic Futa, because now it seems Bionic Genitals are mutually exclusive to each other. 

 

Also, minor suggestion: We've got Drugged Ribs. Why not a Aphrodisiac-Rib, that instead of causing constant good mood, causes constant minor arousal?

There is a second option to "Add Bionic X" as opposed to "Install Bionic X". The Add option will not remove existing genitals.

Did you have any luck? I ended up changing the TicksPerDay in the base pregnancy hediff of the core file, and having to recompile everything. A huge headache. If there's an easier way that I'm overlooking, I'd be grateful to know about it!

Nevermind, I reread what you said and realized that you meant the actual core file of the game itself. I changed the ThingsDef_Races files and everything is how I want it. Thank you for the advice!

Oh, it's just a wording issue then? I was looking for "Attach" since that was the Verbage for non-bionic peni. Okay then, thanks.

I have a colonist that is a rapist and it works fine where he rapes sometimes, but the random rape mood break you can have and that he sometimes gets just doesn't work. It says he is going to rape someone and then instantly he is satisfied without doing anything.

 

Anyone else have this problem, and is there a fix?

I need some help.

I'm running a tribal game where my colony is basically a nomadic tribe with only as little technology as possible. Kids are great for a tribe as they assure a future, but their inability to use their fucking hands threatens the delicate balance my colony has achieved. Is there a mod or something that allows young children able to walk from doing simple things like playing horseshoes so they don't throw a tantrum and start destroying my tents and food supply?

Love the mod btw, I think it's a must have for the game. It's especially useful with the lovecraftian mod, where you can turn prisoners into breeding slaves and sacrifice the babies to your dark gods.

Maybe I've missed something, but is there any way I can temporarily stop animals from breeding?

 

I was hoping the IUD would work for animals since you can install it, but I'm assuming that's only for animal-human hybrid offspring (that, or I have some sort of conflict). I've tried sterilizing some animals in another game but it didn't appear to prevent them from breeding. Is that a known thing or am I having a conflict somewhere?

So, a few things to report:

  • A few times i've had issues with some sort of error popping up with "ZoophileForFemale" when a male pawn passively asked for a female animal...? Doesn't happen always but it did a few times, never since. /ignore since can't recreate.
  • Bukkake add-on sometimes reverses the roles when adding semen to pawns. Female gives breastjob, pawn get semen on his chest, semen on the female's genitals, for example. This one happens quite often. Seems to be possible for all kinds of sex. Animals also don't get any semen on them from licking, it seems.
  • Pawns created with PrepCarefully seem to never produce higher amounts of semen (?), not sure what's up with that. They always cause "little" and can never even stack to the point of "some", reasons unknown.

That is all. Still hoping for the overlay fix, Facial Stuff compatibility, and maybe more. We'll see.

Somebody knows a mod which can change the gender spawn possibility of the pawns? I want a world with more man than woman.  or with more woman than man :D

From my friend's experience, it will add it randomly on it's own. Seems to work well.
