MrEsturk Posted July 7, 2018 Author Posted July 7, 2018 So I opened up the race edit menu to check out how some tweaks on the male skin textures I made affect the various races and: So that's what my character's face data would look like on a male Imperial, not that I was trying to find out.... 3

MrEsturk Posted July 8, 2018 Author Posted July 8, 2018 So about a week ago I edited Narri, the waitress at the Falkreath Inn, because she had the grayface bug. For some bizarre reason while my edit worked it also created a clone of her that still uses the old grayface version of her. But even weirder is that instead of staying at the inn the clone decided to go on a vast pilgrimage across Skyrim. Every once in a while I'll run into to her on some random road, still pursuing her meaningless journey ? Here she is, gray clone Narri, still roaming the landscape. No idea were she's going or why she even exists, but I hope she finds whatever she's searching for some day?

Grey Cloud Posted July 8, 2018 Posted July 8, 2018 Last night I had one of those issues where the combat music wont go away. Nothing on the radar but I can't mine an ore vein 'while enemies are about'. Searched the area and eventually, purely by chance, spotted this fucker under the fern to the right. Ancient Slaughter Fernlurker Fish
SleepyJim Posted July 8, 2018 Posted July 8, 2018 Better Vampires with "bedroll feeding" selected instead of cannibal feeding. When snacking on bodies, my vamp really likes to drink from a particular place...? Spoiler She apparently also likes to dislocate her right hip if the victim is lying on steps. 3
Grey Cloud Posted July 8, 2018 Posted July 8, 2018 Slaughterfish again. That sunken Nordic thing in Lake Ilinalta. Fish stuck under the stairs and I can't do anything to it because we are underwater. It stayed on my radar but mercifully there was no combat music.

Did you try using tfc in the console then moving the camera to them so you can select them and use the kill console command on them?

Grey Cloud Posted July 9, 2018 Posted July 9, 2018 This has been happening all through this play. Note the Carry Weight, I've just loaded the game and the shots were taken within a few seconds of each other.

This is the Sleeping Giant Inn, other places are not much better... Now my crappy rig wont let me get by with this nonsense. In your screenie I see what appears to be at least 19 NPCs and know there is probably at least 2 more I don't see (so 21+ NPCs). For me with my mod load the Sleeping Giant Inn has 8 NPCs during slow times (I can still enter), in the evening with a full house of 15 to 16 NPCs (I CTD most of the time).

I got tough with myself and went through most of the inns and other populated places and removed around 150-200 of the "uglier" followers. *Sigh* ...then of course I went through the Oldrim Nexus and Oldrim companions section in LoversLab and converted/added around 50 of the hottest followers that I could find. This mod adds a ton of markers to the inns and other places around the towns, and makes things look a little less cluttered. Riverwood Sleeping Giant Inn: Whiterun Bannered Mare (doesn't show another six or seven at tables behind me)
MrEsturk Posted July 13, 2018 Author Posted July 13, 2018 And now there is a grayfaced doppleganger of the Markarth blacksmith wondering the roads aimlessly too, just like the clone of Narri. Strangely she also uses Narri's greeting dialogue lines. A bit creepy really:
