Heavily inspired by the famous university named Tunghai, where it is a popular spot for architecture students to visit during their school days. 🍃✂️
Architect's note
- It is built with requirements to a brothel / strip club. Feel free to edit and share here what you created!
- The reference gave a feel of a residential park and a very down to earth shed. I could not recreate the grassy land and the little 1 metre high bridge.
- To fit into my standard of 30x30, while I do not have the interior design, I have to macgyver my build to make it fit 25 patrons.
Simmer's note
- Reduce the lot to as small as possible -- reduce load time, one angle full glance cctv view, more accessible to simmers with smaller lots available. --
- While balancing the polished architectural look inside the building.
- I did not upload the CC because they are not required to function. The most CC room is the makeup room, the CCs are decorative shoes, makeup items, posters. And please replace the Shower and Tub set in all bathrooms.

- We have a secret princess party on the roof. You need to just add the stairs + create a sim club with all wearing 1980's outfits.
- From high end beds to cheap plastic chairs... anything that reminds you of home, or not-at-home.
- This is the 10th renovation, we are aiming to reduce the lot to as small as possible -- reduce load time, one angle full glance cctv view, more accessible to simmers with smaller lots available. --

This is my first upload, and I'm hoping that I got all the right files uploaded properly! If so, this is my rendition of the fictional bar/strip club "Fangtasia" from the True Blood series. I studied countless video clips and photographs to pin down the accuracy of the layout for the bar, restrooms, Eric's office, and the basement using primarily base game items. From there I just filled in the blank spaces with things that would be useful. The few items that were not base game were not integral to the build.

Shanes Apartment Building - Heated Rivalry

Ok so this took some time. I wanted Shanes Apartment in my game but it has been hard to get it together. I found some information on the web that shows that his apartment in the show is actually a house, not an apartment so the scenes at the fire escape was filmed elsewhere and the view he has is just a LED screen. However I wanted all of the stuff from the show in there so I made an apartment building with three apartments so I could get the fire escape in the lot.
I tried to keep the filesize down by not putting so much clutter in and the only apartment that is furnished is Shanes. The others are one that is the mirror image of Shanes and one studio apartment on the top floor. They however just have the basics like kitchen and bathrooms furnished.
Info about the lot: Size 50x40, Price 224.067, Placement in my game is Vacuous Green in Del Sol Valley.
Although this is a lot with apartments I have not zoned it as a residential rental so you can download it even if you dont have for rent. It is zoned as a normal residential lot!
To have the lot as intended you need the following packs: Royalty & Legacy, Business & Hobbies, For Rent, Eco Lifestyle, City Living, Get Together, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Laundry Day Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Perfect Pation Stuff, Courtyard Oasis, Refined Livingroom and the Modern Retreat kit. Pheewwwww......
You do not need all the packs to install the lot but things from the packs that is missing will probably be replaced with something else.
IMPORTANT! You MUST use the bb.moveobjects cheat BEFORE placing the lot!
Remember, mods go into the mods folder and the tray files go into the TRAY folder in your game!

The Cottage - Heated Rivalry

So here is my version of The Cottage from the last episode of Heated Rivalry season 1. I tried my best and I have redone it so many times. Trying to make rooms at an angle is not fun in this game but I´m pretty happy with how it turned out. You will need Seasons, Get Together, Outdoor Retreat, Industrial loft and Perfect Patio for it to look the same as in the pictures but if you dont have them the stuff I used from them will be replaced by the game so you can still install it. All CC is included in the download.
The first floor is furnished with the basics I saw in the show, although some stuff just dont look right since I couldnt find the neccessary CC. The basement is not furnished apart from the bathroom since we never saw that in the show, feel free to furnish it yourself.
It was build in Windenburg at the Lighthouse lot. 40x30.

Amityville 2025

So time for another lot. This is a new version of a house I have made several times but It just didn´t work for me. This time I decided to use more CC and that worked for me. I am really happy with this one. This is the house from my all time favorite horror movie Amityville II The possession. I just love the look and layout of the house.
On a note this lot comes without the basement since the stairs that go down there are placed directly under the main stairs and when placing them I have to remove the walls on the main stairs and that just looks awful. For that I decided not to place the basement, the house is scary enough even without it.
The house has been abandoned for many years and it does need a LOT of renovation if you want to move your sims in. Please be aware that the lot has all the spooky traits I could find so your sims will NOT be alone in this house....
I have all packs installed but the ones the sims4trayimporter lists as used are: Country living, Snowy Escape, Island Living, Seasons, City living, Dream Home Decorator, Jungle adventure, Wildlife and Romantic garden. There might be other packs used aswell so beware. Don´t worry though, the stuff you miss will just be replaced by the game with what you have.
You MUST use the bb.moveobjects cheat before you place the lot!

Since the Harry Potter characters won the poll of the last month, I set about making the school inspired by the school of witchcraft and wizardry, even though it took me longer than expected hahaha.
I tried to keep all the props for the activities in the institute close together, but it's still possible that your Sims might get lost walking through all the hallways and areas of this building. Now, I recommend that your Sims be wizards or have some teleportation ability to navigate properly.

Calle De La Ciudad (City Street)
Hey yall here with the city street build I promised to go with the Brazilian Baddies I made. This is technically there fictional residence where they live. It was a challenge to build but fun for sure. I used a fare bit of in game packs apologies but most of them Maxis gave us for free in the past few years so most of you should have them. This build has three building all Love Struck inspired and several businesses. A floral shop Taxi service, Clothing boutique, Record store and little bistro. There are even some custom signs made by me in the build so enjoy.
