About This File
Ok so this took some time. I wanted Shanes Apartment in my game but it has been hard to get it together. I found some information on the web that shows that his apartment in the show is actually a house, not an apartment so the scenes at the fire escape was filmed elsewhere and the view he has is just a LED screen. However I wanted all of the stuff from the show in there so I made an apartment building with three apartments so I could get the fire escape in the lot.

I tried to keep the filesize down by not putting so much clutter in and the only apartment that is furnished is Shanes. The others are one that is the mirror image of Shanes and one studio apartment on the top floor. They however just have the basics like kitchen and bathrooms furnished.
Info about the lot: Size 50x40, Price 224.067, Placement in my game is Vacuous Green in Del Sol Valley.

Although this is a lot with apartments I have not zoned it as a residential rental so you can download it even if you dont have for rent. It is zoned as a normal residential lot!

To have the lot as intended you need the following packs: Royalty & Legacy, Business & Hobbies, For Rent, Eco Lifestyle, City Living, Get Together, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Laundry Day Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Perfect Pation Stuff, Courtyard Oasis, Refined Livingroom and the Modern Retreat kit. You do not need all the packs to install the lot but things from the packs that is missing will probably be replaced with something else.
IMPORTANT! You MUST use the bb.moveobjects cheat BEFORE placing the lot!

Remember, mods go into the mods folder and the tray files go into the TRAY folder in your game!
