Inspired by the Hotel per La, this build includes a Lot of plants (pun intended). Gives it a mediterranean feel. 🍃

- It is built with requirements to a brothel / strip club. Feel free to edit and share here what you created!

- We have a secret princess party on the roof. You need to just add the stairs + create a sim club with all wearing 1980's outfits.

- From high end beds to cheap plastic chairs... anything that reminds you of home, or not-at-home.

- This is the 10th renovation, we are aiming to reduce the lot to as small as possible -- reduce load time, one angle full glance cctv view, more accessible to simmers with smaller lots available. --

- While balancing the polished architectural look inside the building.

* I did not upload the CC because they are not required to function. The most CC room is the makeup room, the CCs are decorative shoes, makeup items, posters.
