    I always felt like Evergreen Harbour needed some more apartments - so I created some.  Sprucewood Square Apartments consists of 5 two-storey apartments, that are essentially the same shell.  Bright and modern with an industrial vibe, these apartments are ideal for trendy single sims or couples.  I have fully decorated just one apartments, but the rest all have the essentials (bathroom and kitchen fittings and lights) for your Sims to move into.
     
    Make sure you use moveobjects before placing the lot, and it does use a whole lot of packs.  This is completely CC free, and works with the latest patch (1.108.349.1020 08/08/2024).  Fully play tested in game.  However, if you do find any issues, let me know.

    As always I make no claims of ownership on the CC I use, that all belongs to the talented folk who made it (I think I've got it all, but given the file names don't match the catalogue description it can be a little hit or miss).
     
    This is a 20x15 lot and costs just a little over $19k (so your Sim will still have a few hundred in the bank).

    Sandy Run Rentals is the first location I've finished, with a mixture of basic and more comfortable units, then Sims are sure to find something that suits them, whether for a year, a week, or just a night.  The lot also comes with a large swimming pool, hot tub, laundry, and reception.
     
    All the CC I've used should be in the corresponding folder, and I claim no ownership of it (there are far more talented people out there to thank)..

    Parkshore is a luxury, gated, English-style apartment complex. There are 4 apartments, a communal entertainment area, residents only bar, garden with hot tub and small yoga area.  It sits on a 40X30 lot, and I placed it in Willow Creek.  Not all the apartments have been decorated, to give you a little creative freedom to set them up as you like, but they have all been set out into the different apartments.
     
    All CC is included in the download.  Remember to use move objects before placing!
     
    This will eventually form part of my World Save (which is taking a lot longer than anticipated to complete!).
