Welcome to Del Sol Valley. Ken Ryker just moved into his dreamhome with his twink boyfriend and they love it! The lot is situated in downtown so they have everything they need just around the corner.
It´s a modern house with one master suite with both bedroom with patio access, a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The hallway greets you with a ceiling of glass to let the sun in. The large livingroom with a sunken area has both an open fireplace, TV corner and a lot of seating options, behind the big bookshelf there are two computer stations. You also have access to a fully fitten gym from the livingroom. The beautiful kitchen has all the stuff you need for making a marvelous meal. A door in the kitchen leads to a smaller bathroom with laundry. From there you have access to the garage, big enough for two cars. In the back you have a large patio with pool and a BBQ area.
The lot is 50x40 and is situated in Del sol Valley on the Vacuous Green lot, but you could place it anywhere you want, just the driveways are fit fot that lot. It costs 214.441 simoleons with furniture.
