Cubman's Garden Essence Lot

Garden Essence is an English-style residential street, consisting of 6 apartments, a pub and an allotment - these are communal and don't belong to any of the apartments. It sits on a 40X30 lot, and I placed it in Willow Creek. Not all the apartments have been decorated, to give you a little creative freedom to set them up as you like, but they have all been set out into the different apartments.
All CC is included in the download. Remember to use move objects before placing!
This will eventually form part of my World Save (which is taking a lot longer than anticipated to complete!).

None os the trees are evolved. You can use cheat ot let them take their own time to evolve.
If you wish (in comments) I will update this lot again after all trees are fully evolved and increasing some good trees.

I have made this lot into a Rose Garden. I have evolved all Rose plants to 3rd and 4th level. You can continue like this or evolve Roses to make them all perfect. With this present evolved state the Rose Garden will earn you 35 to 40 K daily in seasons (Spring and Fall)
Basement floor has all Kritical bondage and BDSM devices. To enjoy them all please get kritical devices.
Roses grow well in Willow creek and NewCrest. Other worlds are also ok but if you are in Oasis Springs extra care to be taken to keep the roses in perfect condition

It is a 11 Million house and so use 'FreeRealEstate on' cheat to buy the house.
1 Million income per day from the Money Garden, Rose Garden, Bonsai Buds and Crystal trees.

This hearty eatery is just the sort of place to go when you want to be stuffed full of meat. Ideal for a first date, hanging out with a club, birthday parties, you name it, the Meat and Two Veg Grill is happy to cater to all your needs.
This Resteraunt first on a 30x20 lot and costs a little over $87k.
I have it set with the lot traits of: Romantic, Clothing Optional, and Men Sexually Interested in Men (though you can choose whatever suits your needs best).
I know I'm missing one bit of CC, the table lights (as they are just listed as "debug" in my BB inventory and cannot find it in the Mods folder (tried googling and can't even find them, so if anyone knows who made them please let me know and I'll update and incldue them)).
As always, I make no claims to owning any of the CC, that is all thanks to folk far more talented than me.

Another weekend, another LOT for the Sims 4. This is an entertainment and residential rental complex on the old Plumbob Pictures Museum lot in Del Sol Valley.
Lot contains a two-screen cinema with bar/lounge, a bowling alley and games room, along with 4 (unfurnished) apartments.
I've kept minimal CC (but have included in the download what I've used), but it does use a shitload of packs.
All works well in game with the latest patch. Requires a 40x30 and use bb.moveobjects before placing.

Cubman's Anchorpoint Abode

First upload for a while. Here's Anchorpoint Abode. This is a Residential Rental lot featuring six one-bed apartments completed with small lobby area with working elevators, a small mail area, venting machines and snack area. The first floor apartments are accessible via the front entrance and elevators, and the ground floor apartments are accessed via the rear doors. Based on the cinema building in San Sequoia, the story behind the building is an old docklands warehouse that has been converted to apartments.
Although the lobby area and outside has been furnished, I've only decorated one of the apartments to give an idea how the space could be used. All other apartments are left intentionally unfurnished, but may contain bathroom and kitchen.
Tested in game with the latest patch. See screenshot for required packs. Included all custom CC (although I did try to keep it to a minimum). I'm slowly working on creating a world-save (or just a bunch of random lots) that I'll get around to uploading in time. Download contains the tray files and all CC, and use bb.moveobjects when placing the lot.

The posters & paintings are from my Blacked/QoS collection as that's the only stuff I could find, you can of course swap some (Or even ALL) of it with your own stuff if/as you'd like 😁
Although Wicked Whims is required to for sims to have sex there are two OPTIONAL Mods you might want to consider adding to get the best possible experiece with this lot
In order for teachers to teach Sex Ed (Or to employ your sim as a Sex Ed Teacher) you will want THIS Mod (I DO NOT recommend this Mod as it's paywalled so unless you prefer itm don't ise it
COMING SOON - EACH classroom will be equipped with video equi[ment. This will be so the faculty (Or at least those who teach Sex Ed like Miss Myles (You can get her from the link below) does) can make Instructional videos & even appear on the Educational TV Prrogram Woohoo 101 on SET (Sims Educational Television) as a regular instructor
I say "Cpoming soon" because I recently found out my Desktop PC kicked the bucket & I want to do EVERYTHING I can to make sure I take care good care of my Lapgtop PC before it too kicks the bucket & I need to upgrade some things to do that
In the meantime, here's where you can find Miss Myles & her husband
And/BUT if you want the students to fuck your Sex Ed Teacher sim (Or your Teen sims to fuck the faculty at the school), you will need THIS Mod)
I made the second one in particular as an option only because not everyone is into incestuous sex (Which this would enable)
Wicked Whims NO LONGER Supports Incestuous Sex
As this is only a lot, this will be THE ONLY version I can see making

Brothel and Stable Lot Layouts

Two new blueprints for use with either Good Time Girls or Guys. 5 and 4 bedroom 'Love Hotel' and 'Full Service Saloon' are geared to try and keep the clients and the pros bumping into one another and easy access to beds.
I scrapped the huge 50x50 layout and these two are built for a 20x30 lot. I'm trying to keep to 'base game' objects as much as possible so no other downloads or CC are needed unless you want to decorate them to your own liking. The floorplans themselves are not special but in the near future, living or dining chairs, toilets, showers, beds and a bar will be a requirement for either the Brothel or Stable in their respective Mods. They are currently built-in in these layouts so please be mindful of their necessity for both gameplay and routing.
For now, this is largely a placeholder page and I will be updating and revamping more.
Installation
Unzip all files from the zip file and copy them into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray folder - NOT the Mods folder. That's it!
