Welcome to the Willow Brook Branch of the Back Alley Medical Group Campus
Greetings Everyone, This is a Bulldozed save and contains 6 building of the group all residential\med , Free Clinic 50 x50 , Dr,s House 50 x50 thought the house leaves lots of ground for addition , Dr,s House Luxury No 5 is a 40 x 30 , Tempo Med Housing is 30 x 20 ,Back Alley Med III is 30 x 20 , as is Back Alley Med 1a 30 x 20 , the few 20 x15s are just tempo housing , it also includes 6 female interns and 7 male interns, Will add more sims and building soon , all the interns are Max Skill in , charisma,handiness,parenting,logic, and cooking, They also have max funds because the property's are so high, this is my first sims project so don't judge to harsh and Special Thanks to all the Creators and Modelers without whose work this mod would not be possible , I make no claim to anything but assembling the objects and doing the buildings. Greeting Everybody , More on My Dr. Dan's , Back Alley Medical Group , I bring you another residential med house, its the smallest I can make it on a 30x20 lot ,Above ground it appears to be a normal home but it is anything but .... This is a save game with two sims , this is Tom Tanner and Tegan Moore , they are both Maxed out on skills for the Doctor or Nurse career , they have got part time jobs with the Back Alley Medical Group , a no tell chain of residential medical clinics with a very low profile due to the current political climate and been sent to this house to work out of as a back story. ( I am Not into politics and this is created as game content for fun , thanks to all the creators and modelers without whose work this mod would not be possible and I make no claim to anything but assembling the objects and doing the buildings. Hope you all enjoy , this mod is best used with wicked whims, and the below links.
(NEW) this is the 30 x 20 two story version of The Back Alley Medical Group Intern and Training House, it has Supervising Doctors quarters on the main floor , intern quarters brake-room and day-room on the second floor and the medical suit in the basement , COMING SOON , a whole new save with 8 to 10 maxed skill sims ,and all 4 updated buildings of the group in the next update , so stay tuned hope you enjoy.

Dr. Dan is a pervy Dr that won the lotto and built his own privet residence and OGBYN Clinic , for insemination , delivery's & abortions , etc ... after all no one loves his patients like Dr. Dan , a one stop shop , why chase them when they will come to you . After seeing the forbidden love trait , or the rape\Dr\patients traits , all I could find were huge hospitals to use so I made my own , plenty of undeveloped space to build as you like . Phallus Museum

For those who love dicks, cocks, shlongs, wangs, tools, and members, the Phallus Museum is the place for you to visit. This Art Deco build has three floors dedicated to the penis in all its shapes and forms, complete with a gift shop at the entrance and a café on the second floor, allowing visitors to enjoy a relaxing day our perusing the paintings, photographs and statues that fill this venue, including the focal attraction, the World's Biggest Penis in the central gallery that spans all three levels.
This has been built on a 40x30 lot and costs just under $400k.
I think I've got all the CC I used for it included in the 'mods' folder (though there may be one of two paintings or wall decorations missing, seeing as how names in the catalogue rarely match up with the file names, lol). As always I make no claim to their ownership or creation, there are others out there who have far more skill than I do in that regard.

I Just wanted to create a Simple bar where you can have a Bar Fight/Storytelling.
There is only one free animation for the pool table, I'll leave the rest to you, if you would like to support the creator.

The Stable

Finally got arounf to creating my own Stable for Errant Red's Good Time Guys mod.
If you don't have this mod it can fully finction as either a Bar or a Nightclub, just with plenty of private rooms for other activities. All the CC I've used is included in the folder, I have not created any of this nor do I take credit for it, there are for more tallented people out there.
I have my Stable on a 30x20 lot, and it costs arounf $99K.
I've also got it set with the Hypersexual lot trait as well as Khlas' Gay Only lot trait.
If should function without these other mods, but if you want a Stable for Men-Loving-Men then I'd highly recommend them.

I came across this lot trough my story I played
My sim ( teenage girl at start ) was abused by her stepfather, the local strip club owner.
She ran away from home back to her dad, she worked a student job and during university she worked olso as webcam lady, she was Populaire so she could save a lot of money. Once graduated she bought a abandoned farm house and turned it in to a stripclub?

I know I'm not the first to come up with a might phallus-shaped build for TS4, but I thought I'd offer up my rendition to all those looking for a tall residential lot for their Sims. There are four bedrooms (though any of them could be converted to another use) and four bathrooms, and uses a fully functional spiral staircase to get between floors.
This home is on a 30x30 lot and costs around $93k, and I limited the packs I was using to:

- Discover University
- Dream Home Decorator
- Eco Lifestyle
- Seasons
I think I've got all the CC I used in the build in the CC folder (none of it was created or owned by me, there are many more talented people you have to thank for all their amazing creations), though if something doesn't show up I'm sure you can find somethign to take it's place.

Guyz Gym, Pool & Spa

Whenever I build gyms I always like the more industrial look, as though an old factory has been converted into another purpose, this one just happens to be multifunction and a hotbed for man-on-man action. In addition to the standard gym/pool/spa items, this venue also has a basketball court on the roof, a couple of table tennis tables on the first floor, and a cafe space as soon as you enter, so no matter what your Sims are in the mood for they'll have plenty of opportunities to find it here.
The lot type is set as a Gym, but it meets all the requirements for a Pool and Spa as well, on a 40x20 lot and costs around $161k, with the modded traits of:
- Gay Hot Spot
- Hypersexual

Wellman's Sauna

Wellman's Sauna may just look like a plain and boring brick building from the outside, but once through it's Men Only door you'll find a clean and well appointed gay sauna and spa spread across three levels.
The ground floor houses the sauna's office, locker rooms, toilets, yoga studio, massage rooms, and a private courtyard for those needing a breath of fresh air. The first floor is where you can find the lounge/bar, cinema, another toilet, and the private rooms. Whilst down in the basement is the showers, a third toilet, gym, jaccuzzi, tub room, sauna, and the dark room maze.
This is a fully functional spa, that fits on a 20x20 lot (I have it in Magnolia Promenade, since its a world I never use I'm turning it into a full gay village) and costs around $120k, with the modded traits of:
- Gay Hot Spot
- Hypersexual
- Nudist hangout

Up in the hills of Del Sol Valley there sits Sim Studz Studios, a pornography studio the specialises in gay films (of course, if you wanted to convert it for another orientation then that's up to you). Spread across three storeys, this angular and unusual building has a reception atrium that goes from the first to the third floor, where a skylight ensures it feels open and airy, with management and production rooms on the top and sets on the levels below.

Warsaw guetto inspired (Varsovia)
Apartment complex based on the Warsaw guetto during World War 2, its supossed to happen at the first weeks/months after jews were jailed in Guettos during this time period. It can be also used as a post war lot, becouse there's a monument dedicated to jews at the back of the building (created in my decades story after 1945). If you want to use it before that, just ignore it or delete the monument.
It's a 50x40 lot, and the main building creator is: Wickedpixxel -> Crime zone gang HQ.
It has some furnished apartments that were from jew people living there that now are restored to inhabit Axis officers. In the funishing i was inspired in the film "The pianist" were you can see a restaurant and suitcases everywhere, also the building where Wladyslaw Szpilman hide in the attic. It also has the place "workers" lived and a workshop for them.
It can be used in a decades challenge/story as i did, for example. Please use it wisely and respectfully.
Can be used whitout CC but you may lose some 40's radios, wall decor, cribs, writing machine and broken wall effect.

Chamberlain Hills inspired apartments
Apartment complex based on Chamberlain Hills from GTA 5, also inspired from Baldwing Village, from Crenshaw.
It's a 40x30 lot with a laundry shop and a small restaurant, used all the expansion pack's and content from TS4.
Original main building is from: Florwalsims
Was created for some type of guetto story and it's my first uploaded lot, if it has some good reviewing i ll add some other good lots i edited/created.
It can be used whitout CC, but it may lose some graffities and also not necessary objets.
