Random construction lot Pt3
Hey yall back with the finale of my construction lots. This is lot 3 which is the bigger one in terms of build size not land. This is a house in Windimburg designed to be mid way through remodeling. It has wood walls, foam boards. and exposed brick so you really feel like its not done. I have no home building experience so I referenced a few things to make the build look better. Hopefully this one looks better than the first too yall.

I've attached a new version that removes some of the cc that may be causing problems, and includes a few other tweaks and edits here and there. I have removed Kritical's items - but if you want to include some of their stuff it's certainly great decor and you can add that on your own (link below). As before, there is no need to click on all the links below as the cc you need is attached as part of the download. ENJOY!
Update:
This lot uses some of Kritical's content as clutter down on the "secret dungeon" level. The attached cc files include this content but Kritical has continued to make updates to their Dreams of Surrender (DoS) BDSM mod system. Per Kritical, the "dungeon clutter" items are no longer needed as separate files as they have been incorporated into the base DoS mod, available here:

So - if you have the updated DoS mod in your game, delete the "dungeon clutter" files from the attached zipfile when you place it in your mod folder. This stuff is just clutter, included for atmosphere, so you could just remove them from the lot and delete the related package files.

Hello, this is the infamous Hellfire Club, featuring sophisticated adult entertainment in the heart of Del Sol Valley. I place the lot on the little park in DSV since it's useless anyway. You'll need Wickedwhims installed to play, of course, and should run HFC as a stripclub using the WW functionality.
Attached are the tray files, which go in your tray folder, as well as my mods for the lot. These consist of some advertising signs and billboards.
The lot uses a bunch of additional third party cc.
Two zipfiles are attached containing the cc.

Hey yall I uploaded the first lot which some people seemed to like so I figured I would upload the second one. Funny story after I uploaded the last one I did some quick cc shopping to see of any new build buy wallpapers and I found a crazy one. A female creator made some foam board wallpaper cc a week ago lol how ironic. I wasn't really looking but found it on tumblr. She made it for a house build as non existed and its in simlish which had me beaming with joy. This lot was already finished a month ago but I went in to add the foam wallpaper and started tweaking a few things. Hopefully this one looks better than the first yall. Also added a screenshot with my personal sims just for fun.

Random construction lot
Hey yall bit of a random build I made. I wanted some filler builds for some of my empty world lots but didn't feel like building full houses so I made this. Its a construction lot with a starter house frame. Its not the most accurate I don't have much industrial knowledge but hope yall enjoy it. Ein Filmstudio für Junghandles AWE-Pornokarriere. Beinhaltet Casting - und Vorführraum, Fotostudio, Umkleide- Dusche-Toiletten-und Schminkräume. Und natürlich unterschiedliche Bühnen. Was nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist, sind Kameras. Ich nutze dafür diverse Animationen. Durchgehend tragende Wände und Spandrillen sorgen für die nötige Stabilität. Der Außenbereich ist noch ausbaufähig.

A film studio for Junghandle's AWE porn career. Includes a casting and screening room, photo studio, changing rooms, showers, toilets and make-up rooms. And of course different stages. What is not included are cameras. I use various animations for this. Continuous load-bearing walls and spandrels provide the necessary stability. The outdoor area can still be expanded.

THE PIG PEN - STRIP CLUB

The Pig Pen is a strip club featured in Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas.
This is my attempt to port it to The Sims 4 for use as a WickedWhims Strip Club.
Some of the CC textures are taken from the GTA SA files, all the meshes are made by me.
As in the original, the club contains:
- Bar counter
- 2 dancing markers
- 1 dancing pole
- 1 private dance room
A bathroom, office, storage and dressing room were added to the inaccessible rooms in the original game.
In addition, the club has two more free floors that you can use as you wish.
To fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the club, I suggest hiring girls from the original The Pig Pen - Strip Club
The club set also includes a small speaker mod with custom music that plays in the original club.
The playlist includes 3 tracks, as in the original:
En Vogue - My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It)
Samuelle - So You Like What You See
The Isley Brothers - Between The Sheets
Speaker mod may conflict with mods that add a radio station to stereo systems!

Installation
- Extract files from .zip to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray and Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder. Make sure that Custom Content and Mods is enabled in game settings.
- Enter cheat codes testingscheats true & bb.moveobjects, before placing the club.
- Place a LOT in your world and buy a it as a strip club through the phone menu of WW Strip Club.
- Through the club management menu on sim phone, hire dancers and janitors, assign them jobs and start managing the club.
After placing the club, it is importatnt to close the "Employee's Only" door for visitors, which is located in the middle of the building. This is necessary to avoid strangers entering rooms where they shouldn't be.

Mystery and intrigue envelop this old manor, a timeworn Gothic residence with three bedrooms located in the Pendula View neighborhood of Willow Creek. Serving as the home of the Goth family, its shadowy corridors and ornate architecture hold countless secrets waiting to be uncovered.
This is my version of the Ophelia Villa in Sims 4. This manor is featured in my The Haunting of Goth Manor and the Disappearance of Bella Goth series.

The second and final Residental Rentals in my Newcrest Gay Village, the Asphalt Abode Apartments is located in Llama Lagoon (the Art Deco district) and features four two storey units. There is a large shared foyer and laundry on the ground floor, as well as another shared foyer space that is only accessible through the four units, making it a provate space for neighbours to hangout and get to know one another.
The four units are all decorated in their own distinct styles, Number 1 is Industrial, Number 2 is Mid-Century, Number 3 it Boho/Island, and Number 4 is Farmhouse.
This build fits on a 30x20 lot and has a price tag around $175k.

Club Eros

This industrial-style Stable has everything Good Time Guys need to make their clients happy and enjoy themselves as well (it may be called "sex work" but if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life). The ground floor is dominated by the large central bar with lots of two person tables for the Guys and their clients to get to know one another, before moving into one of the eight private rooms, each with a very comfortable bed. Down in the basement however, the can enjoy a pole dancing show, as well as make use of the gloryholes, toys and slings (note, for these slings and the animations that accompany them you will need to have Khlas Male Interactions).
Once you download this build, move the Tray files into your games Tray folder and the CC files into your games Mods folder, then just place the lot (fits on a 30x20 with a proce tag around $166k). As always I make no claim of ownership to any of the CC used in this build, huge thanks to the amazing creators who have made them.

Wild Knights Strip Club (Requires Jungle Adventure and Get to Work Add Ons)

This is a rudimentary "castle" I made with the add-on Jungle Adventure. You will be missing some major items if you don't have this. I tried making this base game only but couldn't get it to look right. This lot fits in the only empty spot (30x20) in the Get to Work retail area. It costs 224,615 simoleons.
If you do install this, you may end up with a lot of duplicates that you should track down and delete. You could use Sims 4 Tray Importer to find these. There is a pic that shows you what CC is included. For some reason, it does not show my Erotic Paintings replacer (Sexay.package). If it's not included in this file, it's available under my profile for download.
The other pics show you what needs setting up after you buy this strip club and the owner is on the lot. I could not get poles to fit on stage so I substituted them with dancing spots.
The speakers play blues music. If you navigate to the folder Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Custom Music\Blues, you can drop in some of your personal mp3s. Then, in the game menu, go to Options/Game Options/Music/Blues, deselect the default blues songs (if you wish) and select the ones you just put in the folder. Unfortunately, some sims do not like blues music and a moodlet bubble will appear showing this. They still come back to the club so I just ignore it.
Cheats that may make the club more profitable:
ww.set_stripclub_dancers_employee_limit <amount> - Sets Strip Club dancers employee limit. (max 12)
ww.set_stripclub_janitors_employee_limit <amount> - Sets Strip Club janitors employee limit.
