The perfect little neighborhood for your Sims 4 stories. This cozy mini‑community features four small residential houses, each designed for one to two Sims. Every home comes with its own charm, and the shared outdoor area includes a relaxing Jacuzzi and a grill setup — perfect for garden parties and casual get‑together s.
I tried to design the houses the way real people would live in a small space. They are intentionally cluttered to make them feel warm, cozy, and realistic, giving your Sims a lived‑in and personal atmosphere.
Since this is my first project, I’d really appreciate any feedback you have. I also encourage you to take my design, change it up, and re-upload it as your own—I'd love to see what you’ve done with it!
