Namely they are devious devices assets, integration, expansion, and contraptions.

If that was meant to be along the lines of "Zu Risiken und Nebenwirkungen lesen Sie die Packungsbeilage und fragen Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker" - yes, completely lost. Learning a language but not being surrounded by the culture leaves you blank of any such phrases...

Whoa, this is the first time ever I see this phrase written. I've heard it said so many times, so many years ago on cable, yet it always sounded like some gibberish and I never knew what the hell are they saying in all those funny commercials on RTL, late at night.

Integration is part of DD. If you're using vortex, check the plugins section (load order?) to see if all the plugins were enabled.

If you're using MO2, when you enabled the mod on the left, all should have been enabled automatically, but you can check by looking at the plugin section on the right.

 

DD 5.2 includes:
 

Devious Devices Assets

Devious Devices Integration

Devious Devices Expansion

Devious Devices For Him (optional during install)

Devious Devices BRRF (beast races, optional during install)

Devious Devices SE patch (don't use with DD NG)

It doesn't matter, none of the DLLs work on that version. Pick any one, then install DD NG on top of DD 5.2. Or go to the troubleshooting post and get one of the old, unsupported DLLs for 1130/1170, or the script fix to remove the need for the DLL. DD NG is preferred though as it has a lot of fixes for SE/AE and works a lot better normally.

These are not Creation Club mods.

I bet you did not even have the basic requirements.  Starting with SKSE64 and a mod manager, Mod Organizer 2 (virtual File System Deployment) or Vortex (hard-link deployment). 

 

The game is started with SKSE64 skse64_loader.exe from the mod manager to make it proper (with hard-link can be direct).  Mods are deploy and plug-in load orderer by the mod manager.

Using any Bethesda method will fail the non-CC mods that depends on SKSE.  That means PapyrusUtils, Sexlab, SLAR, DD, and most of Loverslab mods will not run properly, (maybe load but not run).

 

Recommend getting a guide for modding Skyrim on PC. 

Start with Bug fixing mods from Nexus, try to skip any graphic overhaul if you can, until the game loads properly.  Graphic overhauls will eat performance and memory stability, is a gamble.

 

Pre-built mod list to jump start a little can be found with:

With Vortex you can try Nexus-Collections.

With Mod Organizer, you can try Wabbajack.

 

Backup your game current setup, because collections needs original setting and nothing else in place to start.

(Recommend a small QOL bug fixing mod list first, util you are familiar with the deployment workflow) 

It will take a lot of time to get right.

I had everything. I said it was working until I installed DOM. I had DOM overwright DD and that's when it started. I tried to uninstall/reinstall DD but that didn't work. I then uninstalled/reinstalled ALL of them (DD, PAHE, AYGAS, HSH, and DOM) but still won't work. everything is fine if I don't install DD.

I have downloaded this mod for my SE, but for some reason it keeps crashing my game, even after updating bodyslide with the outfits. Any ideas WHY this might be happening?

No. And I don't understand where your question is aiming. This mod provides no more than a framework and doesn't make you wear anything. If you don't like blue veined cheese - don't buy it.

Just guessing - you've just downloaded Skyrim. In that case you didn't get SE but AE without Bethesda telling you. If that's the case, you need DD NG because this one simply doesn't run on any AE version.

Why post Creation Club pictures as proof of fail, if your issue is non-CC mods?

Post the papyrus log of a session where the error with DD occurred, someone maybe able to find your blunder.

 

DOM should not break DD 5.2 or DD-NG, but will mess with other mods if you have a different version of a mod that DOM modifies with a "patch" that is not compatible.

Making DOM 7 be overwritten by all conflicts that are not PAHE (and add-ons) and loading a save that do not have DOM should be safe for already set and running mods, unless DOM create a train-wreck in Papyrus, then nothing is safe.

 

Did you install DD-NG 4.1 as a Patch for DD 5.2? 

It is necessary if your Skyrim is AE 1.6.1170, but it is good to have anyway otherwise. It requires Papyrus Tweaks NG and that also helps with papyrus performance and bug fixing.

The new DOM 7 has PAH as soft dependency now. The conflicts with DD 5.2 is because DOM has copies of blinfold01, the ground object of plugPrimitive Anal/Vag, and a bunch of textures. There's no conflict with important Mod breaking files.  It does conflict with DD-NG 4.x OAR files, because it embeds some animation to DOM factions (not a mod braking modification). It modifies some scripts (zbfBondageShell and zbfEffectBondage in ZAZ 8+, also a few textures.

 

Texture conflict with BakaFactory SLAL, because both copied some ZAZ files. 

 

Does not look like DOM will break DD 5.2 or vice versa. The conflicts with DD-NG are with animations and textures. I think it should not be a problem if DOM overwrite DD-NG OAR config files, but if a future DD-NG get updated with modified animation then it could be an issue.

 

You should try to be better with words and describe the problem, use AI like bing Copilot to clean your description of the issue. Try posting the Papyrus log.

 

DOM has a "patch" for SLAR-v28 that will break any SLAR-variant like OSL-aroused, SLAR-NG or SLAX-ASA3.  I think it should work with SLAR-v28-BAKA.

Patch for DW will break DW-NG.  Bunch of conflict with mods that also uses UILIB, it is safe to allow the other mods win.

 

DOM has an installation load order indication in it description page. DD is not included, but DD-NG is because of indication about animations.  There's a note in red about not installing DOM, until the other mods are set and running with a warning about LOOT breaking the requirement order. In Vortex you can create rules to force the order no matter what LOOT says.  Do not know about Mod organizer.

 

The DOM installation instruction has a big list of essential mods.

Any DOM issues with other mods should be posted in DOM forum.

some of my favorite devious mods do make me wear anything (randomly) and its so annoying when it put some of the outfit that i personally don't enjoy. Don't get me wrong, I like this mod, it's just that some of the outfits doesn't fit the aesthetic of the game (in my opinion) and i want to get rid some of those outift. that's why im asking

You could try other mods, like Devious Curses NG which is highly configurabel via json files what's getting equipped. You could call that a successor of cursed loot w/o the annoying quests and crime overhaul.

 

Or you could do it the hard way and fiddle with the meshes or textures. Either replace every nif that says latex with a leather one (copy and rename) or replace the latex texture with a leather one (copy and rename) which may or may not be the easier way. Maybe do a file count first which one's less, I'd expect the texture replacement to be less of a hassle, because with the meshes there's _0 and _1 and maybe _gnd.

Can't do much about high heels though, the only flat heeld boots are wellies, and those don't come in leather.

Know that DD is a framework and do not install anything in the NPC or PC.  That is done by mods that use DD-framework, configure those mods to your preference, if they provide the option.  Multiple mods could have victim equip features and overlap.

Anybody know what's wrong with the zadx_Harness_RopeAA rope harness? This texture bug occurs with beast races (other races too, but it's not very noticable) and only on this style of harness and it's red/black/white variants.

 

Every other rope harness seems to be fine. Even the one on the right -- zadx_Harness_Full_RopeAA -- where the bugged harness is based on.

Do I still have to use both the DD 5.2.7 AND the DD NG 0.4.1?

If I enable both I can't get the game to start (I get the following error:

 

SKSE Plugin Loader (2.2.6)

 

A DLL plugin has failed to load correctly. If a new version of Skyrim was just released, the plugin needs to be updated. Please check the mod's webpage for updates.

 

DeviousDevices.dll: disabled, incompatible with current version of the game

->I get this error with or without the devious devices Se patch.esp disabled or enabled

 

 

If I enable only DD NG I can get the game to start, but i only had an Armbinder equipped when there should have been boots, a gag and a dress, too. She had an animation for struggling against the restraints.

 

I have used BodySlide and batch built Cursed Loot, DDNG 3BA and DD Framework 3BA.

 

I am using CBBE and Pandora.
