You may see more or less misalignment with certain body presets (purely due to proportions), but Sexlab itself won't alter the appearance. So you have an issue elsewhere.

So you have an issue elsewhere. well im going to have to assume that's not true, as my body and skin textures were fine until I installed sexlab and the animation pack for it this very evening and I been using cbbe on my se since ithe day t was remade for se Ill try reinstalling the body and skin textures to see if that fixes it, but if not then this is not something on my end

Jokes appart, for real, sexlab does not contain any file that may mess with your skin textures. So again, probably your issue is elsewhere. Did you made any other changes to your mods? Maybe if you post a picture of the issue others may help you pinpoint the problem.

No I have not made any new changes to my mods at all the past 5 days nor did I install anything new, besides sexlab, they were just fine until I installed sexlab and then enabled it to test to see if it works. reinstalling cbbe and the textures worked. but again I dont see how this is a issue with me cause it literally only happened ever after installing sexlab this very day edit to fix grammar mistakes, also I dont have any of the other addons for sexlab just yet

Sexlab does not contain that folder path, you couldn't overwrite any file from your skin textures by installing sexlab. So I'm curious about how does the texture issue looks like, what does the "all messed up" means? Maybe you'll get the same problem in 2 days because the problem is not fixed and comes from a different mod conflict/setting.

While I don't use it there is a reasonable chance that this is a known issue with a known solution. But, it would be the people who use that mod and look at that thread that are most likely to be able to help you with it.

Have you run FNIS? Animations won't work unless you run that tool first and have fnis.esp somewhere in your load list.

First, set the scenes not to auto-advance so you will have plenty of time to re-align each stage. Then use the SexLab hotkeys to align each stage, then finally advance to the next stage using that hotkey (spacebar by default.) Please note that trying to align Paarthurnax's 10-meter schlong with any humanoid may exceed the limits of SexLab's realignment boundaries. You can get a list of all the position-alignment hotkeys in the SexLab MCM. Here is a partial list I made for myself and stuck to my monitor:

Editing an animation in the MCM menu should only be isolated to the MCM and affect the Sexlab animations, not in-game behavior of equipping weapons and whatnot.
