starbrightly Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 I think a helpful TREE going from sex lab to each mod that requires it would be EXTREMELY helpful then from each of those to others that require them to run and so forth. not a modder her just play when i have time. not much of that as is now days.
dmbbbbbbb Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 Can I select more than one actor for a scene?
Vyxenne Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 11 hours ago, dmbbbbbbb said: Can I select more than one actor for a scene? SexLab Framework is capable of running threesomes and even foursomes. However, the particular mod you are using to initiate scenes (Matchmaker, TDFPP, AP, etc.) is in charge of what kind of scene SexLab will play. For example, with TDFPP when you solicit someone with "Perhaps you are looking for some company" or "Perhaps you would enjoy <name of other prostitute>" you may get "I'm someone who prefers to watch" which triggers a scene between any two prostitutes under your control, followed by "Are you ready to join in the fun now?" and the response "You have no idea how ready I am!" (or similar words) and then a threesome ensues. TL; DR: SexLab is ready to do threesomes when your initiating mod tells it to.
gwynceach_ Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 Hello, I am having issues with SexLab. I have a new install of Skyrim SE, as well as SexLab, however there is an issue with models T-posing. I have FNIS and XPMSE which are freshly installed, and I also run FNIS tool for users. However, all NPCs and even my character keeps T-posing and I have no idea why. I know SexLab has a '?' next to the idles when checked in the MCM, and if the absence of the idles are the issue, where can I acquire them?
DarkDragoon197 Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 Run fnis agine and click on the hkx tick alomg with the others you have ticked it should straighten out the t pose
Illidan1505 Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 I've got an issue where the male partners don't get naked. Does anyone know how to fix this?

All it gives me is that the animation which came with SexLab are "not Skyrim compatible."
DarkDragoon197 Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 Just curious what animations you running?
Orpheusthewarrior Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 So I'm getting this every time i load a save game. As far as i know the game is up to date and all my mods are updated too. Have i missed something, i just got back into Skyrim like two days ago.
Gulfwulf Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 This is for Skyrim Special Edition (SSE); are you running that version or an old version of Skyrim like Skyrim Legendary Edition? If you are running SSE, then re-install Sexlab using the download in the first post and re-run FNIS.

Also how would i reinstall SexLab without having issues?

Lucifeller Posted August 29, 2019 Posted August 29, 2019 if I may ask, what length do you set stages for in the animation timers menu to get a satisfying experience? I'm trying to get a movie-like feel from SexLab sex scenes, but am not sure how I should balance the stages' length... (also I know there's some extremely long animations out there, which don't work well with short timers...)

The best way to set your timers is to disable "Auto Advance Stages" in the SexLab MCM, then time each stage (smartphones have built-in stopwatches- tap the Clock widget) and advance each stage manually (default=Spacebar) to get a feel for what seems to be a "satisfying experience" to you. Then after you have the Stage times written down and averaged out, set them in the MCM and re-enable Auto Advance Stages. Remember that even with Auto Advance Stages enabled, you still can always manually advance a Stage if it seems to be running for too long. Sadly, there is no "extend stage" control.

Apropos2 also has a function to randomly repeat stages. 1 hour ago, Lucifeller said: if I may ask, what length do you set stages for in the animation timers menu to get a satisfying experience? I'm trying to get a movie-like feel from SexLab sex scenes, but am not sure how I should balance the stages' length... (also I know there's some extremely long animations out there, which don't work well with short timers...) there is no general answer to this. Sadly. Problem is, that each modder seem to have a different stage length in mind when creating his mods. for this reason I hate animations that are too "scenic" because they tend to repeat and break immersion if the timer is not on spot. I am currently investigating if there is a command in the SLAL txt files that ignores the timers of Sexlab. I noticed that some animations advance even when "automatic advance" in SL is deactivated. and that some animations seem also to run faster than the set time in Sexlab. So if anybody knows something EDIT; Some people want the game to work like a movie (without the need to use many controls). that is virtually impossible for Skyrim mods without EXTENSIVE planning and virtually creating your own animations via certain mods that allow that. Some people want the game to take control to dominate them (via their character) and they want to touch as little a key as possible, too. That is possible, but will very often create immersion breaking (wrong timing, bad alignment, unsuitable animation, clipping etc.). This is also very hard to do perfectly without extensive preparations. I would love to have both above, but I am from a third group: I use keys all the time, make extensive use of sexlab hotkeys during scenes, advance stages, revert to a previous stage (shift-space) or change animations via SL tools. I cannot touch skin, so at least I touch keys can also be satisfying (or you are one of those who still use hands for ... the work, well cant be helped :D) But usually I only need to do some fast fixing of a scene and then I can lean back and just enjoy it again. and here and there I tap space or shift space occasionally

I asked because in particular, Komotor's animations run very long, and I was wondering if there was a recommended time in case someone just wants to let them run "naturally". Thanks for the informative replies, both of you.

Thanks for the informative replies, both of you. Ah, you should have mentioned that. Komotor wrote that he suggestes a 300 seconds stage time (I think its maximum). I figured his animations run quite long, but not all use the 300 secs before they "cycle". But indeed, try 300 secs per stage for Komotor.
Lucifeller Posted August 29, 2019 Posted August 29, 2019 300?! That's... really long. o_O Thanks for mentioning it.
Guest Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 Hey I am having some issues. Human sex animations work fine but creature ones not at all. Im using aroused creatures and no animals are interested in laying pipe. After doing everything the mod author there recommended, they said I may need to pop over here. Ill include my papyrus logs since those seem to be important. Also anyone know whats up with the "papyrus ini invalid" error I get? Papyrus.0.log
Orpheusthewarrior Posted August 31, 2019 Posted August 31, 2019 anyone know how to align the animations for when you are masturbating...i play a male character and whenever i use that animation his hand does not seem to grip the penis....his thumb is clipping through the shaft and the rest of the fingers are not even on the penis.
Elias Vexwing Posted August 31, 2019 Posted August 31, 2019 OK since I'm a complete noob at installing files manually, ive downloaded the 7zip archive and i was just wondering where to put the files/folders that come with it. I'm asking here because i dont want to screw anything up. Thanks
