Finally got off my lazy but (well... still on it..) & opened up Outfit Studio to play around and see if I could get some of the cursed loot to fit better.

Never used it before.. but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was.
Now they look they wont just fall off at the slightest breeze. lol!

So...I'm too lazy to read 9 pages but I did search "atomic" and "butt" and there were no hits related to this question so imma just assume nobody has asked.

 

What do the atomic butt plugs do?  Do they vibrate or are they just eye candy?  (Not that I'm opposed to eye candy, but if they don't vibrate or something imma stick with the inflatable one.)

 

Just curious.  I stuck one in my character and sat there for about 3 minutes and nothing happened.  The normal Vibrator triggers almost constantly, so I was hoping maybe the atomic butt plugs might be the same thing but maybe a wee bit less frequent :)

 

(might be wrong!) but I've not noticed any difference between them.

Ah, sorry. I didn't realise you needed the models to already exist. I thought there was somebody on the DD team that makes them, but upon further investigation, it looks like everything is either a port from the Skyrim version or created by a third party, tied together (pun intended) with your scripted functionality.

 

I guess it's time to learn how to make my own models then!

There is a very nice lady inside the memory den in goodneighbour who will sell you all the stuff. Alternatively use the console if you're a cheap skate

It's a lot harder than you think. I made a few models for myself and integrated them in kimy's DD mod, unfortunately they are the only ones i will make due to how painfully annoying it is to mod this game.

Our modellers made the original art for Skyrim. Bumex made the conversions. One of the DD modellers is currently AWOL. I can ask the other if he wants to do a tape gag, but so far he's not done any FO4 work. :)

That's disappointing. I guess "Devious Doms" will have to go without tape gags for now. I almost had a breakdown last night just trying to remove some unused dependencies in FO4edit.

 

This modding malarkey sure is frustrating.

Honestly...after messing with creating models from scratch with FO4, i have a new found appreciation for the people that made these things for FO4 or skyrim or any bethesda game. The amount of hoops you need to jump through for 1 fucking thing is incredible. In the time it takes me to make a single piece of clothing or bondage gear in FO4, i can make 20 of them for the other games i play.

 

I do not understand how people have the patience to jump through all these hoops, and i finally understand why people are leaving bethesda modding community in droves.

The hard part is to figure out a good workflow and how to do stuff to get it to work later.

Once you´re familiar with what and how you need to do it, its going quite fast.

Loving the mod so far, however, in my game, Cait is practicing dark magic! Not cool Cait, not cool. I removed all the DD items she was wearing, however, she is still playing the hobble dress animation as if she was still wearing one. She also is still acting like she is wearing a gag, even though she isn't. I've targeted her in the console, and used the "inv" command, and removed all the DD items she still had in her inventory, but she is still wearing the phantom items. I'm using version 1.1 btw, which is the only version I have ever installed.

Didn't get to test this too much last night, but I noticed I was getting the arms hanging out of the straitjacket thing. Think its related to me using a different walk animation than the default (Better Female Walk I think is the one I'm using)?

 

Otherwise I was just getting some horrible clipping on some of the items (particularly the restrictive boots and gloves), but I'd say that's my less than stellar ability to use Bodyslide showing.

No it happent to me to.

I"ve finally gotten teh mod working but when I speak to kimy there's no dialogue. there are dialogue options and hwen I chose one they act as if htey are speaking but no tex appears and it goes to the next choices

There is no audio to go with the dialog, so you'll have to turn on subtitles. This is common with mods since the characters can't just magically say the words. Someone has to physically record the dialog for both Kimy, as well as for the player.

I am also using the better female walk animation, with version 1.1 of DD, and I don't get that problem with straitjackets. If you haven't already, I would suggest updating to 1.1.
