I understand how this dress hides the belt but how does it hide the collar, harness and bra?

In MCM change hop settings to different style for hopping in 3rd person

Or for first person change 1rst person speed in MCM

This dress is designed from author to do that.

I have issue when butt plugs and vibrators are not showing on player and npc. Have all requirements and everything is built in Bodyslide. Version RC9 BS. 

Any ideas where the problem could be?

After the character was deleted, the gag effect and sounds remained. All NPCs react to this and constantly bother the character. Disabling approaches did not help. Is there a way to remove the gag effect and its recognition? I don't want to start over...

Equip a new gag/the old one, manipulate the locks, remove the gag (normally, don't use the console). 

Using the console to remove items generally won't remove their effects.

I don't remember what event it started after. But NPCs perceive the player as naked and constantly harass. Gag messages appear periodically, as do sound effects. I've already checked all the settings and turned off sexual harassment, but it didn't help.

Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR) Is it necessary? Could the mod work without it? I currently have it installed, but it's giving me several mod-specific issues. I want to uninstall it, but I'm worried that the DD won't work.

it didn't help, but almost all dialogues start with the NPC's reaction to the outfit. The NPC's approaches are disabled

Only bound effect work on NPC's.

RC9 doesn't require AWKCR. 

Just remember to completely remove Devious Devices before installing RC9. Then rebuild the outfits in BodySlide.

So I am trying to get Devious Devices for Fusion Girl installed correctly, but there doesn't seem to be a good set of install instructions.  Do I have everything I need or are some of the mods outdated?  Is Devious Devices AAF support needed to work with AAF?

What you mean by devious devices AFF support? DD 2.0 RC9 works with AFF, uses some their functions and protect DD items from removing in AFF scenes.

So you just need RC9 and whatever Fusion Girl needs.

At first sight this fixes is included in RC9 and maybe even in RC8. Also if you install this fix it will damage RC9 as it contains playerref script, was is modified and made better in last RC9 mod. This fix will rewrite script to old one and mess up with mod.

is there a way to keep the hands behind the back when equipped on followers, rather than having to re-equip them because the hands have switched to in front of them?

IF I remember, you'd have to edit a script or two. DD uses 3 different ones via RNG, again IF I remember correctly. Haven't been digging in the scripts in awhile.
