I have a couple restraint benches in blueprints so I rarely ever build one. If mods like Violate can equip the DD items on your PC, then at least you know the mod is working. As a last resort, you can use the console to spawn one in a settlement. help "restraints workbench" 4 furn spawndupe xxxC0D98 xxx will be your load order for DD. Enter workshop mode and place it where you like. Picking it up will link it to the workshop workbench like any crafting station. 1

If you can't spawn the restraints workbench, the mod isn't active. Not sure what version of DD you're using, but it's highly recommended to uninstall DD 2.0 (completely) and use RC9. Besides the many bug fixes and improvements, it doesn't require AWCKR. I'd also suggest NOT using console commands to acquire the restraints, or to remove them. The latter is a NEVER use cc to remove items. That way doesn't terminate the attached scripts and causes a big mess.

I can build DD in Bodyslide, I can buy items from vendor, I even have DD menu in MCM (I didn't have it before) but can't find workbench or make items in chemlab. Spawndupe command doesn't work either. There's screenshot and I gues its something wrong with strings or mb I'm talking nonsense and getting into things I don't understand. Settlement Objects Expansion Pack has a menu fix, there was another that fixed the entire thing, but I can't find it atm. Years ago that was a big issue for sure. But has gotten less of an issue with mod authors using better methods. Before the Vault-Tec DLC there was a build your own vault mod that worked very well, but blocked a lot of stuff in the menu... for me at least.

So tomorrow I'm gonna try OCSOU mod once more/ placeatme command/ delete homemaker mod. Hope something will help

So I tried again nothing happened then I deleted OCSOU and workbench appeared in Raiders menu! But! I can only place it not use. Then I reinstalled OCSOU and workbench disappeared. I went to game/mod files, was searching, coding, trying something new and discovered something REALLY stupid - Bethesda thought that it would be great idea if on RTX4060 Intel Core I5 12gen set up with GeForce settings to limit FPS at 60 to PREVENT showing in building menu more than a certain number of menus because it MAY SOMEHOW INCREASE MY FPS(!!!). So I increased myself FPS in GeForce settings to 120, workbench still hidden byt I can use placed one! And after that I decreased to 60 again, launched the game and it.. crashed. I deleted OCSOU and Homemaker, used placeatme command, installed Homemaker again and workbench is working even if I can't place it without console command and DD menu is not showing. So, yeah this was my first time playing with mods and the developers made it so much more complicated. I don't know why/how/for what purpose but IT'S JUST WORKS!(With placeatme command)

I can't run anymore even after removing the leg cuff, and sometimes I can't remove a random device even though I have the key and wait for the time. Anyone knows how to fix when it happens?

Yeah I know about scripts and frame rate, that's why I playing 60 fps max, that's fine for me. So now I can place workbench with command and use it. Thank you soooo much for your patience and help! Some tips if anyone else is struggling with same issue: do NOT use homemaker mod because of it some object are "vanishing" from building menu. And if you can't win restraint workbench use placeatme command. It works for me. Have fun 1

Can someone clarify, do I need some "R9 beta" file to be overwritten with this "RC9 Beta2 Hotfix" on MEGA, or does it already contain all you need to run the mod? I'm asking cause I can't for the love of me find any previous versions of R9 to be overwritten with the last MEGA file, and in logs it said that you need to overwrite it... Just use the Devious Devices 2.0_RC9_Beta2_HotFix by itself, you dont need to have the (old) R9 before being overwritten and it really shouldn't even be enabled at the same time.

I am amazed at what you peeps have done with DD RC9. Amazing to be honest. I was using Ego's KFT and liked it but it is bland without extra mods to make it happen. DD RC9 gives some great immersion roleplay. Thank You for these amazing updates to keep DD going strong. (I use GoG v659. Super stable and robust. GoG v1179 (NG) I had a lot of issues. I also agree with everyone should downgrade or simply purchase the v659 version.) Also, I have had zero issues with DD RC9 with NAF. Works perfectly. I have been using NAF for a long time now and highly recommend it over AAF. I know that is not a popular statement here on LL but it is very long proven play time with very few glitches. Only issue I can confirm is the AAF Themes XMLs can cause strange CTDs. Not often but often enough to make playing a little frustrating not being able to go 30-60 min between saves. I am sure with all the DD Events that things would surface. Nice thing is DD does not require it. 😃 Some suggestions/requests: - I read a huge number of pages to dig out what is 'really' needed for DD RC9. I understand the 'Owner' of DD has been MIA for some time. Happens. - What would be nice, as mentioned a few times above, is a link page from the new DD dev team with some nice simple explicit text as to what is going on with DD. This would make A LOT of the questions go away and only the real bug questions easy to read through. - Roggs DD stuff maybe integrated into the new DD RC9+ ?? Looks easy enough to do in quick checking in the JSON stuff. Roggs DD will not be updated until DD 3.0(??) Official....which likely means never. - DD Armorbench Unlocker. This would be great to integrate into DD RC9+. Works great with almost all DD items (only found the Latex Cat Suit and Wrist Cuffs (disconnected) not able to be removed for some reason. I could remove by DD Restraints Key.) - Cursed DD Enchantments - Redux2 could be stand alone or integrated. It does work well and I am keeping it with DD RC9 but I can understand why some would not want it. If integrated, it could have a MCM toggle. Thanks again new dev team and helper peeps. Very nice updates! A few play tips and options (hard to find and not well known): - You can make bat files as shown below to make this stuff easy. Copy and paste works too. - Works amazingly well with DD/KFT and AAF Violate without having to deal with complicated scripted mods. - With the factions you can find all the codes on the Fallout Wiki: https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_4_factions - You can easily Add or Remove from any faction as described below. - Liga of my companions (follower manager) makes it super easy to hire ANY Non-Hostile NPC. Which means if we are in the same faction....any NPC can be a follower. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25699 - You can easily switch your new owners (followers in Liga) to the faction you need....example....captured and brought to Fed Rations raiders....simply add the Player to Raiders faction after getting AAF Violated and DD devices added. Now you can decide to be a Raider or maybe get sold to Diamond City or Goodneighbor as a slave to work off the debt or maybe sold again later. A lot of options here. - With Rename Anything you can rename your slavers or crew if wanted. The "nodal points" for the brush don't shift with the other "nodal points" during the squatting movement – that's why the breasts are stretched so much. Which body model do you use – "cbbe" or "fusiongirl"?
