I'm having issues with "BBM03C - The Hornets' Nest". I'm at the base with both Wolfmother and April, but I don't have the necessary ammo and they don't even shoot at them.

I've downloaded the version from the link, and installed it separately. And it works correctly, so I guess you can just install it by itself

Hi i have a little problem with the deathclaw lair quest. i have to retrieve some hazard suits but hermes is just outside the cave and everytime i leave it he drags me back into it. i can't make progress with the quest that way. is that a bug or what can i do now?

It was difficult for me too, try to sneak going in the opposite direction of him. Or else, try to sleep and retry the next day.

Everyones game is different I guess but in my experience Fuz Ro Doh still works, I think the problem is with the quest dialogue in BB itself, I had problems even when I was using the voice files, most notably for me was the "hornets nest" quests, most of the dialogue in that did not have lip sync and the camera would be stuck on me instead of the person talking.  I'm currently going through "when the cows come home" and the dialogue is working fine using Fuz Ro Doh.

Ok that worked and now i have finished the quest. the only problm left is that hermes don't follow me, even if i told him so. everything else worked with him. i just used the console and teleported him to the red rocket station near sanctuary. he can guard my home there

The F.O.B. Sigma door is locked, I've already did the quests (I even have April as companion) but I can't enter. Where's the key?

 

For now I've used the chair next to the open window to enter, but I'd prefer to use the door

There are some animations but not for every creature.  Anything involving humans/dogs/supermutants and deathclaws should have animations i think but even where there are animations I'm pretty sure the text boxes still pop up first and then the animation happens...bear in mind there can be a bit of a delay before the animation starts.

I have an issue with the "She's a friend indeed" quest. When the Scavenger saves us from the Deathclaws and tells us to follow her, she goes through her dialogue, and doesn't move from the spot. Can't talk to April either. Advancing the quest via console commands doesn't help, because she still will not move. I've tried to place the actor somewhere else, and nothing. Tried really every console command to get her to do something, and she or April won't budge. 

 

One thing that may be causing the issue is that April is in her power armor, even though she says its in the bunker. I can't go back a save due to an error on my part with some save files. Is there anything I can do?

Have you tried to restart the quest via console?
