so when I find the deathclaw for the enter the lair quest it runs up to me and the game freezes . How do I go about fixing this? load order in qoute

there is a few mod that can be removed because they are old (or not needed) (three of these are my mods)

thanks I'll try that, i assume FPE was incorporated into another mod? if so which one?

 

edit: I fast traveled away and got a ctd how do I fix the mesh? just disable mods until I figure out which one is causing it?

ok, assuming that it is a bad mesh (this is an assumption) (DON'T DELETE ANYTHING YET)

you will want to rename meshes to meshes_2 and test the game (if it still CTD's then you have different problems)

then make a new folder Meshes and slowly reintroduce folders back into Meshes, testing the game each step

 

I had issues like this before, one was caused by functional Displays and another was caused by some empty text file

Yes the're supported, and after the texts they should automatically start.

If they don't start, then you might not have the correct animations packs.

Having an issue with caits quest the animation just goes on forever in stage 4 and getstage wont advance it any help is appreciated

You can end the animations with AAF commands. The quest should then progress on its own without issues.

The mod worked at first but when I get close to the girl with the deathclaw brother, the game shuts down.

The game have stopped before, but then it was just to start the game again and it goes fine. But now it stops every time when I get close.

Anyone knows if this mod is in conflict with other mods?

I know this mod is the problem.

Quite weird, but I had a similar issue with "enter the lair". Everytime the deathclaw approached me the game crashed.

At which point you get the crash? Before the rescuing, or when her brother arrives? Or at another "time"?

Some question.

-I can't get animation after the text -I try for The Lost Children and Twisted Minds - (I can pass my mod order but after install and reinstall Aff and animation pack , nothing)

- For Twisted Minds (I love lovecraft style) I can't continue if Pikeman is alive (finish dungeon , no respawn so no combat time and Brooke have a romance with the wall ... need to kill Pikeman to trigger the next) ... and I have a syth when I go to Zanoth's lair (lvl 1 so kaboom but well a secret lair and a syth 'w')

 

I don't continue for now (I fight for animation before ... A yes a have a save before in case)

It's weird. After redownload the mod and going back and using a much earlier save (lost a lot of progress), fixed the problem. But after more playing, it now crashes when entering diamond city.

So to me, it crashes randomly wherever this mods affects the area.

The default hotkey to "open" it should be the "home" key. Then it should tell you which other key press to change the "page".

II searchd the thread and don't see it mentioned, so I'll mention this bug that's happened to me on two different playthroughs in "A Family Affair."

 

I get to the point where Jean askes me to take a walk with her.  She walks past the water tower things, past the yellow pipe, into the middle of nowhere.  Then she turns around and comes back and goes to the pipe.  Some radroaches pop out and Jean shoots them.  I assume something else is supposed to happen?  Because nothing does, she just stands there for the rest of time with no dialogue.

Yeah I had the same issue, I've killed it like 6 times before he decided to die for real. I guess that it must be the other guy (I don't remember the name) to give him the final hits.

Having my own trouble, Hermes spawns and runs up to me, though then he just stops when he reaches me and walks off. Not sure what's happening there.

Note: I've tried stuff like the AAF checker and it says I've installed it correctly (though I can't activate Debugging for some reason)

Edit: Figure out the issue, it was something to do with CBBE not installing correctly. It's fixed now

Why does April repeats the final speech (the one of the maximum affinity) when talking to her? I did it 6 times in the last 2 months, and I'm getting tired of it.

 

Also, how can I induce the quest for Curie without the console? I have maximum affinity with her, and Jade is my companion too. But still I didn't got her quest.

with actual voices, no

with silent voices which somehow takes over a gig, yes

I had issues with this part of the quest

so my question to you, are you using bodygen? or any generated bodies mods like diverse bodies? then you might be only able to see their heads (which is fun)

 

nevertheless, it has been a while since I played it

1. should be above the cave

2. on the top level of the parking structure

3. Cannot remember
