I'm using UNPB (that body type I like), SoS Light (because I made personal custom textures for it), XP32 Skeleton v2+ version (not the new ones) and CBPC for buts/boobs/bellies.
FauxFurry Posted November 7, 2019 Posted November 7, 2019 I use the UUNP Special body for females, Ixum's SOS HDT body for males (converted via Cathedral Assets Optimizer), HDT, CBP with Collisions and the XPMSE and its required files. That is really all that one needs to get everything up and moving properly.

So even if I had a collision-proxy UUNP body with all the sliders, I don't think I would go to all the trouble of replacing the reference shapes in my hundreds of outfits, one outfit at a time. I know that the YunDao SMP Wigs and Azar Ponytail Wigs have collision head and/or body shapes (and virtual ground) built into them and I'm wondering if I could copy the virtual ground and collision body from one of them into my KS HDT Wigs Sky 188 ponytail, because I really like that wig a lot and have made a few recolors of it already. 1

I know that the YunDao SMP Wigs and Azar Ponytail Wigs have collision head and/or body shapes (and virtual ground) built into them and I'm wondering if I could copy the virtual ground and collision body from one of them into my KS HDT Wigs Sky 188 ponytail, because I really like that wig a lot and have made a few recolors of it already. thanks for explaining your end, that "automatic" doent work for me either , i use CBBE SMP which was released not long ago, before i had regular CBBE and it didnt work also despite setting <margin> and <penetration> to values osnius stated in this thread long long ago m=0, p=0.2, somewhat when i crouch the hair falls on back and then after a second it starts clipping trough head,neck,body - same result using either CBBE body , then i also tried copying virtual ground and collision body to koala.xml from random Yundao hair xml and later all bones...the result was that the hair just became static, and then i lost the will as i have seen some people have it working but mostly noone stated which particular body they are using or if they changed any values in xmls, i hope someone comes forward with the working version or at least clarify what they did to get it working, otherwise all other hairs, BDO, Yundao, azar pony tale work except KS HDT WIGS.

The problem happens with the body ,no collision, when the character is dressed some work properly. Happens for most hair, some are ok. means that it would be possible to solve, to compare hair, what one has and the other does not have to cause such an effect. It's a shame, too, but watching the longer styles just fall through my body is pretty much of a buzzkill for me.

As far as I can tell, all of the YunDao wigs (SSE version 4.9) have good collisions whether dressed or nude because they have collision proxies built into the wig meshes instead of depending on users to adopt proxy bodies and manually convert all their outfits to it: The Dint wigs also have their own collision proxies in the wig mesh, with the same result: On the other hand, the KS HDT Wigs meshes do not have collision proxies, and (as you said) may or may not have collisions, depending on whether or not the body in use (which can be different depending on whether or not the character is dressed) has collision shapes: So it seems pretty clear to me- collision proxies in the wig mesh (and xml tags to support hair collisions with the proxy) is the way to go if you want good collisions, and certainly easier than users having to replace the reference body in hundreds of outfit meshes. 1

Yep. This is not the only but the most optimal method in terms of performance. If you need to adapt some wigs from this package, tell me which ones. I will do.

You don't want to overwrite any of the original files so that you can have both the non-SMP and the SMP project installed. thanks for the instructions , indeed it's easy to use and i have a last question but i don't know if it's possible and if someone know this is it possible to get the nude body with the physic of 3BBB and get all the clothes smp working with the CBBE SMP physic ? currently if i try to build all my armor set with 3BBB (use the batch build option of bodyslide ), only the butt have physic and boobs have lost all movement.
