So far everything is working pretty smoothly. I did have to use the reset function twice, but there was another animation trying to play at the same time as one of yours and the game got confused. Here's a few more screens if you want to use any of them.

 

 

There was something that I forgot. Even with the chance set at 35%, nocturnal showed up 3 out of 4 times when I was trying to do the greybeard thing. Made it a little tough to hit the targets......

Try below the chance to detect the scream setting 3 other parameters to 0. Nocturnal then it will just come to the rescue in battle. I put it in my place, because I really interfered with my games during the quests where I had to apply TU'UM.

Hello friends, do you know if there is a way to disable tales&tallow once it started? Because that questline really bothers me, as it started nearly right away and I'm now experiencing nearly all aspect of SLaV. I have the virgin training on because I thought that I had to report to Nocturnal with another artifact, but I just needed to report back before the timer end, and I had some fun along the way. I have plenty of tales and tallow stuff equipped, which is annoying because I want that virgin training to be gone before I venture the T&T path.

 

All in all, SLaV has been very chaotic to me. Everything tends to happens at the same time and I don't know what to prioritize. That and every time I use fast travel, some random group will show up to put stuff on me or dance or whatever. It is entertaining at first, but the repetition is slowing shipping away at my patience. Another thing that I found frustrating is the crawling collar idea. It is nice in theory, until you realize that the trigger for people to "punish" you to remove the crawl animation is entirely random, which lead me to wait quite a fair bit in a city with nothing happening when I wanted to actually go and do some questing. So I simply used the MCM option to make my character stand again. This was with the aim to put a stop to the T&T quest line by going to Movarth's Lair, I had wrongly assumed that it would end there. But in fact no, I have to go and do a whole set of statue  loving to get those stupid item off my character. And now I have a T&T chastity belt because being a "virgin" help, yet my character isn't a virgin.

 

So what do I have to do? Finish the virgin training, get the virgin DD off my character then follow the T&T questline?

 

Also, how do you orgasm people to death with a chastity belt on?

 

Edit: Regardless of the tone if this post, I do enjoy SLaV a great lot. It is very well made, minus the dumb RNG event. I intent to continue playing.

There is not. And for the first play though it's a good idea to do it as you get a device that you will need for other quests.

It's meant to give choice. You can do things in parallel. It's not sequential. Order does not matter.

Use MCM settings to slow it down then. You have much choice.

Increase the chance to get punishment. At max there'd be very little waiting. Or go crawl through the questing. It does not slow you down as it's meant to be very practical to do anything while crawling.

Does not matter. Which ever you like. Maybe Training first so you are a virgin and can take advantage of the Chastity Cage enchant? Until both done you are locked in some DD.

Virgin Training is going to reoccur unless you stay a virgin forever and always report in on time. If you don't like being locked in DD at least some of the time, this mod is probably not for you.

Oh it's not being locked in DD that is confusing, just that everything happens at the same time. I had planned to do the nocturnal/dibella quests in sequential order, so to earn some type of punishment for each artifact. I guess that's not meant to be, as the T&T will prevent me from what I intended to do. I guess I'll just ignore dibella for the time being.

 

Right now, I have so much to do that I just dismiss any of the event that can be avoided or dismissed because I just don't have time for it.

 

BTW when nocturnal "brand" the player as a slave, I have errors from the branding device (0.50) mod listed in my log. There is also a notification that the device is busy after each branding, which I assume to be coming because SLaV is too quick to throw requests?

 

Other virgin errors are in the log I attached, but I don't recall what was happening at that time. Check around line 1200, the branding errors are a bit lower.

On a side note, what is frustrating me in LL's mods isn't being restrained but the randomness of some event. For example, the gag talk is basically just that: you have to navigate a dialogue menu, which is a pain because skyrim, to get to a specific entry that will succeed or fail. If it fail, you exit the dialogue menu and you have to start all over again, if the selected actor do not dismiss you by telling you to remove that gag yourself. All of that mechanic revolve around "luck", and all you are doing is just left clicking and waiting and left clicking some more. So yeah, I get it, I have a gag in my mouth, why does the guy I try to talk to don't take it off instead of trying to guess what I'm saying? Or why do I have to "mmmh" 5 times, each time I initialize a dialogue, instead of directly trying to use body language? It's just a frustrating mechanic.

 

And this apply to every random based mechanic in a game. If it's random and in your face, it'll frustrate the player. One way to alleviate the issue would be to give the player the ability to trigger each event without relying on the randomness. For instance, the player could bugger some NPC by following them around, or throwing too much "mmh" at them, that they'd get compelled to (literally) set the player straight. That can live alongside the random nature of the design without too much issue, or even no issues at all. And that'd replace the MCM option to bypass the crawling too! Two birds with one stone, heh?

Neither the log error, nor the notification is from this mod. Slav is not throwing requests too fast. Nothing I can do better. There's no impact, as nothing breaks. All is well.

Gag talk has nothing to do with this mod. I don't like to use it for long either. You have the option to never use a gag by setting it to None in MCM.... so even when in training with no key, you can remove it.

Randomness is a cornerstone of this mod. Very extensively used. I'd be writing a new mod from scratch if I were to use a different approach.

 

I think it works well. Perhaps you see the punishing collar as an example... but that's because you choose to wait around and this is not the intent. Embrace your punishment... let it last. Pain is pleasure

After this, i've put the priestess erotic arts encouters to 6 a day to ensure that highest chance for replacing it with a love collar, and yet no priestess approached me, even though nothing else is happening.

I don't know if this is the right way, but it seemed like so to me.

I did this after someone approached me with a bodyguard and did stuff with me while in a pillory, so I'm assuming that these encounters happen after that. But it didn't 

 

I'm assuming these priestesses that replace the asphyxiation collar with the love collar are the priestesses of Dibella in the Temple of Dibella, right? (Anwen, Hamal, Orla and Senna).

 

Again, I don't know if this is the correct way of replacing it with a love collar.
