Until I setup the full lockout, its set to lvl 2 so followers can find items and ask for sex, yes.

I want player -> follower dialogue to be a bit more solid before I release 13.13.X as 14, then with more users more bug reports will likely come to the surface, so maybe another week before it's stable enough for the translators to be happy.

 

It's probably solid enough for now, honestly, but I want another few days to work on it, I guess I could make friday the aimed release of 14 RC1.

 

Edit: Hmm... my todo list of stuff that should be fixed before 14 is a bit longer than I remembered, maybe not friday before that gets done, but I think we can do 14 RC1 now, to get more bug reports now.

Is there any plans to see if there is a way to fix the brawl event? I know we talked about it before basically when you kick someone they start a brawl event and when you win that NPC will forever be stuck in the dialogue "You're tougher than you look" While everyone in the immediate vicinity will run around acting as the brawl is still happening, not only that but they will continue to follow you even if you leave the current cell you're in.

Basically the brawl quest stage doesn't advance leaving it in limbo, where normal vanilla brawl events only end in using forcegreeting the player after the brawl to set the stage of the quest.

 

I was reading back and saw you added an exclusion option on certain NPC's I honestly was just about to ask for that lol, cause in slaverun they have an NPC that follows you to watch over you and he kept approaching me lol.

Sorry for ignoring the issue, got lost in my todo list.

 

I think I fixed it by stopping the generic brawl quest 3 ingame hours after it starts, should give you enough time to run away or fight, and it'll end otherwise.

 

You can either install this version or type "stopquest DGIntimidateQuest" in console to stop it manually from your end. If the console or mod don't work, let me know.

That's a follower exclusion, it doesn't stop regular attack. I'll see about making the feature work for both though, since I doubt most users want one NPC to not count as a follower but do count as a regular attacker.

Yea that would be awesome for an exclusion for certain NPC's its just after I installed Slaverun is the only time I felt the need for an exclusion I just recently started getting back

Bug Report?

 

In the gagged dialogue  (MmMmmmMmm *struggle*) with a follower, they remove all restraints. For instance if I get equipped with a gag from Deviously Cursed Loot, then talk to a follower, they remove all equipped bondage items regardless if they themselves are bound or have a key. It doesn't seem to check for keys or what items came from the follower. Something this big not reported makes me think there is something wrong with my install. Usually if there is a cheaty dialogue like this I'd avoid it, but there isn't an obvious way to.

 

Also asking to be tied up is really fun, I love it, thank you.

There's probably a missing condition in the dialogue, thought I set all of the release dialogue to require keys...

 

It isn't finished yet either. I wanted to detect if the follower themselves put on the said items, but haven't finished that integration.

This is minor but Peaches wanted to wear a gag and is going to the Ysolda school of sex,

and the lessons are all anal.

(so no oral or vaginal are checked)

CRDE decided to use the dialogue "I'm horny...."

and then a box appeared on the screen after ysolda unlocked the gag, that there were no animations for crde ever.

Ysolda starts going back to bed.

2nd try,

Knowing what just happened, I tell a different mod to kick in "Are you OK? You look a little nervous"

and things proceeded normally without CRDE.

 

OK you probably didn't get any of that so I'll re-word it as best as I can:

CRDE is not only starting sex, it's looking for sex-acts with specific tags, and not finding any, aborts.

This is either a bug or a feature, and if it's a feature, couldn't you just override sexlab and do whatever animation you want?

13.13.X switched from using the old DEC filter to using the DD 4.0 animation filter if you have 4.0 installed. I have a suspicion this filter is passing bad animations back to DEC since I keep seeing animations get swapped out last second. If it's passing false positive animations then it might be blocking false negative animations too, reducing available animations to a smaller number.

 

I cannot just bypass this from my end, because DD checks the animation sexlab tries to start and overrides. If I just tried to force sexlab to use any animation DD thinks is invalid it would stop sex, pick an animation it thinks is valid, and restart sex. That is why DEC used to have its own small animation filter, to pre-check that the animation wouldn't get sniped by DD, because in the past DD would drop all tags, tags we want and tags we want to avoid both, when it throws our own animation away.

 

I might go back to doing my own animation filter though if that works, need to run some tests.

 

If there is an animation you have installed that you think should be valid, that isn't showing up, with 13.13.X using DDi 4 animation filter, go post in the beta thread with the animation's information, what tags it has, and what gender the player and NPC are, what items they are wearing. You can find the tags any animation has by looking up the mod that adds the animation, going into \SLAnims\Json\*animationfile*.json and scrolling until you find the animation by "name" the tags should be below it. For instance, in *mods*\SLAL_AnimationsByLeito_v1.6\SLAnims\json\AnimationsByLeito.json animation "Leito Anal Doggy 2" at line 55 has tags: "Leito,Leito,Sex,Straight,Dirty,DoggyStyle,Kneeling,Anal,Behind,MF".

 

If the animation has "Oral", then it might get sniped by the DD filter if one actor is wearing a gag. "Oral" doesn't specify which actor is receiving or giving, not even if oral is genital or breast, so even if the actor that is giving oral is free without a gag, the animation might get sniped because the filter doesn't check which actor is free to give or recieve. DEC's filter had trouble there in the past, detecting which actor was belted and needed to be free, gag, armbinder, ect. Lots of room for the filter to be wrong.

@Verstort Made some tests v14. There are so few DD content with followers in skyrim mods so any features with, make me happy ;)

I'll do more test but at this moment I found only few flaws. When you and your follower was enslaved by SD+, you can still have sex and make some fun like "I want you to tie me up" dialogue.

And the second one is the thing that I misunderstood: you can play with your follower with "I want you to tie me up" dialogue and when it happen you can ask to release you immediately. Also there is another dialogue when your follower don't want to release you so soon, but few seconds later she did it.

How about make the MCM slider to control this games with follower. Something like "Minimum time for devious fun with follower ... (game mins)" and "Maximum time for devious fun with follower ... (game mins)". And the time will chose randomly between this two values.

 

UPD: Also, "Can you unlock me" dialogue removes devices from SD+ too.

Huh, thought I checked for enslavement lvl before those dialogues, guess not. Will fix.

I haven't decided what kind of timer I want for the tiemeup, but yeah getting released immediately after being put in is a problem on my list to fix. Min/Max with random could work fine I guess, still needs to be put in though.

Need to finish the code for the follower to detect if items were put on by them, or other followers, or put on by 'other'. Haven't found a way to detect that the player put items on themselves.

 

But yeah, right now the code just removes everything, doesn't even check for blockingkeyword I think, that code should get a few hours of work.

Which version? I could have sworn I tested it working as recently as like 13.13.10 but I'm pretty sure I haven't touched the code in a long time.

 

Can I get a papyrus log of you opening a game, going to DEC's MCM menu, debug tab, bottom right should be an option called "SD distant start" turn that on, then leave the menu and sit and wait until something starts or ~2 minutes

13.13.20 testing only has minor bug fixes on top of RC1 (which was 13.13.18 effectively) If you don't brawl or have trouble finding enough sexlab animations then you can use either or. For bug reporting I would prefer the most uptodate it shouldn't matter here.

Sorry, I don't quite follow that sentence. I'll go with the latest testing then :smile:

 

A general purpose question, because even now I have trouble identifying what the hell DEC is about. Would it be possible, without the risk of being sent to a third party mod, to have the PC enter a world of free solicitation? By that I mean, my PC could voluntary put some unlocked DD gear on to entice the populace to use her and so without fearing to be sent to something like wolfclub. So I guess disabling enslavement.

 

And another question would be: does DEC's purpose to serve a soft slavery mod? In the way that the PC followers would be defacto masters of the PC, but in a non intrusive way: you can still play skyrim, and the followers will react appropriately by adding or removing devices depending on the situations or player requests.

 

To be honest, the sheer amount of MCM customization confused me to the point I couldn't understand what DEC was supposed to do.

i followed the instructions and it worked, but somehow it doesn't work when i use SD+ surrender button or a loss in battle(tried to test this using Death alternative, SD+ and this mod and nothing made SD+ trigger.) i don't know if the chances are not happening fast enough or something i have installed is making a conflict i'm not catching

I didn't name the mod, Chase Roxand did (the original author). I originally only picked up the mod to fix bugs, then I added more of the same content the mod already had for the most part, but not being the original author I think the mod has slipped off center.

 

I think DE was supposed to be an immersion mod, making NPCs around the player treat the player like a slave for wearing slave gear (ZAZ/DD). The description in CK is "Look like a slave, get treated like a slave" but it never got fleshed out in that area. There are two NPC approaches where the player gets raped, given more items, or enslaved, and that's it really. Had it continued under chase, it would probably have NPC comments like slaverun, and dialogue blocking/interaction like cursed loot misogyny but for other aspects of the game, maybe branch into combat interaction if defeat/helpless didn't already offer those. I agree the original name is confusing since DE doesn't really provide an enslavement of its own.

 

The MCM options were written for better control over what is generally a rather overbearing/interrupting mod. Controlling how frequently it interferes, when the player is considered vulnerable or not, which slavery outcomes should be more common, ect. In general, I prefer having more options to fewer options, but it has led to a very full MCM menu that might be a bit daunting.

 

I added follower interaction in 13 partly because at the time devious followers didn't exist and keeping a follower with you would nullify a lot of the content of DEC, blocking NPCs from approaching and enslaving. I thought there was lots of room for follower interaction to the player regarding bondage gear, especially since most existing follower interaction is either limited or niche. Follower interaction in DEC is 3 parts: The follower can find items in the world and bring them to you (cursed loot-esque) or can approach you if they get too horny, and not-yet-finished the player can approach follower for some interaction, asking for item removal and asking for item adding.

 

As for player being free to be solicited for sex by nearby NPC's without enslavement, best bet is to go grab a cursed loot collar that has a blocking keyword and put it on the player. Unless you turn off cursed loot item blocking, the default behavior is for DEC to make the player un-approachable for enslavement if they are wearing a device with the DD armor blocking keyword, which a lot of cursed loot items have (striptease collar, cursed collar, rubber doll collar, slave/slut collars, might be more). You could also make the vulnerability to be approached for enslavement higher than you can ever get for any item, and then put on any combo of items you want. Don't know if there's any unlocking DD gear, but you could probably use any locking gear but manipulate the locks.

 

Edit: slipped my mind that you probably don't want enslavement at all and that setting the slider to 0 is way easier than searching for specific DD items.

Well there is one loud DEC error in this log, but it should be inconsequential (papyrus attempts to keep going, so it should just bypass that spot of code which isn't important). It shouldn't matter outside of spamming the log a bit. DEC looks like it's running fine from this angle.

 

However, you might want to post this log in the SD thread, this doesn't look too healthy:

The specific way I've disabled the enslavement function in DEC is to go to General Settings, then:

1: Under Dialogue Chances, set Chance of Enslavement Conversation to 0%

2: Under Rape Events, set Chance of Enslavement to 0%

 

With that I've never had an enslavement forcegreet occur.

 

Although I've never really messed with the Vulnerability tab, there's a section under there called Vulnerable Items. I assume that if you set the values for each item higher, the more likely you are to be approached for sex while wearing them.

 

EDIT: Oh and if you set Chance of Sex Conversation to a higher value (in the Dialogue Chances section) you'll be more likely to be approached.

Well I don't use Cursed loot (because there is too much features I don't use from that mod), which is why I actually use DEC for the devious sexing. In the area of PC abuse by NPC, Cursed Loot is fine on its own. And yeah I don't want enslavement to third party mod at all in general, unless I get into a specific situation where it make sense. The prospect of being enslaved for simply walking around is a bit silly to me. If I my character get enslaved, I want it to be because I did something that encourage that outcome. For example, contracted a debt that I can't repay. I do see DEC filling a spot in the mod ecosystem: soft dom with no or little ill effect to the player. It would feel quite organic, as the NPC friends of the player could help with the most nocive devices while not locking the player into a no-win situation (like cursed loot likes to do).

 

If I can be clearer with what I have in mind, I see DEC a bit as the equivalent of Sunstone. Bondage and sex game can be fun without turning the player character into a fuck meat.

So playing with 13.13.20, DEC started to stackdump like no tomorrow. First at line 2038. I'm not quite sure why it started to break down. There was that one event when TDF interrupted a sex scene because of public solicitation: a guard came up, said "no, no, no" then proceeded to fuck my character instead. This is a brand new game, started in riften. There is something like 130 dumps.

There was that one event when TDF interrupted a sex scene because of public solicitation: a guard came up, said "no, no, no" then proceeded to fuck my character instead. Can I get the save file that generated this log? Think there's a race condition, too many crdefollowerscripts still active in the stack, sexlab too. Would make sense if they're stuck waiting for something else to continue. The save file lets me see the active line of code if I load the save into resaver

 

I need both the save and the skse for that save

I played for quite a while, so I'll get you the earliest after the first stack dump.

Edit: loaded earlier saves into resaver, and the suspended stacks are also in there. So I guess my "precaution" isn't really relevant.

Previous stack dumps might explain what I'm seeing...

 

It sure looks like a race condition, but the lock seems to be that everything is waiting for crdeplayermonitor which is waiting to get a list of actors from sexlab. Never seen that before, race conditions inside of DEC sure, accidentally got a few of those in 13.13.X even, but waiting for sexlab? Would make the most sense if sexlab was broken first.

 

My assumption is something else caused a starting stack dump, and all of DECs hung threads came second. Not sure what started the rolling dumps though...

 

DEC doesn't get stack dumps on my machine all that frequently. I wrote that checker script to debug a save that I've since condemed as being unsavable. This new save has only gotten stack dumps when a mod decides to all at once move all of the players gear/items (like SD+ without limited removal), and since DEC is only set to detect items unequipped, not items removed from inventory, and the code it runs on that detection is as small as I can make it, I feel safe its not DEC alone that causes that dump, DEC should only be at best the straw that broke the camels back. If you ignore that specific dump, I haven't gotten a stack dump on this new save of mine in at least half a year.

 

The only mod that I know that, when run alongside of DEC, causes stack dumps is Mia's lair, which you don't have.

 

Would love more info about the start of the stack dump avalanche if you find it again.
